Rarefind - If this stock is performing in a manner that is not consistent with your investment objectives, please move on and find one that suits you. Those of us who have witnessed the progression of NBRI from an exploration to a mining stock are very happy with Perry and his business plan. EP
Great post. The summarization of the processes currently anticipated or in motion at this time makes one realize the that future payday may be closer that some think.EP
Phrantic -This part from today's PR indicates that Perry is moving ahead with his business plan and the ride could be one that we will long remember. "In the U.S., the Company is acquiring the Ruby Gold Mine in Sierra County, California, and is presently planning to acquire additional operating mines in the western US." EP
Here is a statement from Perry's update on 5/5/2011 "....the Company expects that at least one or more new acquisitions will be announced before the Ruby Mine is in full operation." It is difficult to determine the present value of future worth because of the variables involved with a mining operation. No one knows for certain what the price point this stock will hit. One of the reasons I continue to hold is that Perry has not made any statements about the business plan for NBRI that hasn't come to fruition. EP
Illinimatt81 - $10.00 + is correct. Perry mentioned it in a previous interview a couple of years ago. When I posted that reference I'm not trying to hype the stock - no need to. The stock will move on its own merits. Look at the progress over the past few years in both leases acquired, partnerships developed, and the CEO's uncanny ability to find new potential revenue sources for the company. Oh yea, did I forget to mention that there are only 81 million outstanding shares and your guess is as good as mine as to when the long term holders will sell their shares. My guess is, if Perry continues to make this company's bottom line stronger, the long term holders like myself, who may have a large share of the float tied up, will hold for many years to come. Hope this helps. EP
Thanks. I feel the same as you. Those of us that have been on board for the last 3 years have seen the pieces to the puzzle take place as we transition from an exploration to a mining entity. In my opinion, this should attact a new breed of investor. I have spoken to Perry numerous times and each time he was unwavering in his committment to the business plan he outlined 3 years ago. Every one of his benchmarks have been attained with minimal dilution. In my opinion, his statement of the price point on this stock being two decimals to the left is very reasonable and attainable. EP
Phrantic - Not sure what you mean.
Phrantic - Thanks for the update. Great job on the analysis. EP
Thanks.EP
Smarter Money - In one of your previous posts you stated that da_chief recommended GFRE in the .20s and NBRI from the .05s. Just curious on where and when that was posted. Does he have a newsletter, website, etc? I would be interested in seeing what he has to say. Thanks. EP
Thanks for the translation post. The fundamentals on this stock keep exceeding my expectations. If half of what Perry has planned is accomplished, NBRI could prove to be very profitable for its investors. EP
Thanks for the article. Is there a translated version available? EP
Chade - With your last statement, your confirming that CGAQ has been sucesful in its bid. Could you share the basis for that fact?
Tasty Teens could be next. DR gov't is under pressure to get this track in order. In my opinion, it could take a long time before anyone commits to a contract.
Chartman - In the last PR, it was stated:Mr. Swank also stated, "We spent days and days carefully elaborating detailed and proper documentation on the company and the business plan, now it's the government officials and their investigative departments to revise this and make a decision as to what is the next step."
If the response from the DR on the proposal requires revisions by CGAQ and additional steps before the gov't will accept the proposal and this is perceived or misconstrued as negative, what is the first level of support if there is a selloff of the stock?
Thanks.
I'm not trying to be negative, but I want to share something with you. I am long CGAQ and have spoken with Stephen Swank and, in my opinion, I feel he has the business acumen and experience to make this a profitable venture. I did business in Las Palmas and Tenerife in the Canary Islands for many years. As a Spanish province, their concept of deadlines were different than mine. I know the PR stated a 2 week window, but be prepared for some unknown contingency to surface. Nothing negative, just some additional prerequisite that wasn't discussed in the prior meetings. Perhaps things are different in the DR, but "Island Time" is calibrated differently. I hope it all goes as planned because we all could be in for a very profitable ride.
Roberto - Thanks for the reply.
Roberto - President Leonel Fernandez announced yesterday that he will not seek a fourth term as president in the upcoming election according to the Dominican Today newspaper. The chosen candidate from the DOMINICAN LIBERATION PARTY will face former President Hipolito Mejia of the opposition DOMINICAN REVOLUTIONARY PARTY. What safeguards are in place to protect a company, such as CGAQ, from being nationalized or being forced to pay higher "taxes, fees, cost of doing busines in the DR, etc. by a new ruling party? Are they protected by the DR's constitution, Busines Rules and Regs. etc.? If there are any laws in place that offers such protection, please refer me to the statutory reference, case law, etc., so I can make a better decision on what the future might hold for CGAQ. Thanks.
All I am saying is background checks could be a stumbling block, although nothing that can't be remedied. If you want to probe a bit more, type in " Dominican Today" in your web browser. It is a local newspaper in the DR. Then type in the name Armando Casciati in the search screen. Mr Swank and Armando were part of a group with another company in the DR called PLBI - Proton Labs. Armando rescinded the contract and left the stockholders holding the paper. Read the article and judge for yourself how the system works in the DR. I believe Mr. Swank is a man of his word. I am only stating that until the background checks on the " executives" have been completed this isn't a done deal.
Mr. Swank may be clean, but what about the new investors they need to make this work. Are they considered "executives'in CGAQ. If they are committing the resources to take this global, they would, in my opinion, want to be part of the decision making process.
Background checks include criminal history checks. We shall see.
We need some good news from Perry.
SanderAM - Thanks for the reply. You stated that this is another scam by Jim Wheeler. Have you had dealings with him in the past? Just curious. Trying to find out about this guy. I did send emails to Wheeler and Ed Alexander. Mr. Alexander replied and said he left the company 3 years ago. He said he would try to contact Wheeler and get back with me. EP
Vordain - I'm confused by this move by Armando. How so you see this playing out? EP
Phrantic - I just got thru listening to the latest interview Perry had with ChartPoppers. Anyone who has any questions or doubts about what Perry's business model is and NBRI's involvement with current and future JVs should listen to it. He also states that once, not "if", the Ruby Mine begins production, NBRI will become a gold producer and no longer an exploration company. He also gives an extensive overview of the potential of the Ruby mine and other mines that can be purchased with the proceeds from the Ruby. The EB-5 process is also discussed. The interview can be accessed on NBRI's website under the "NEWS" tab. EP
Yose- Dr.Lopez replied to my email. She said the clinic is now operational and the next available appointment is March 1st. EP
Yose - Thanks for the info.EP
RAY-RAY, I'm trying to make an appointment to visit the clinic. Regenody's website doesn't have a send function after you fill out the required information. I called Dr. Lopez but can't get through because the phone is on the fax function. I emailed Dr. Lopez, but no reply. I called the hotel and get disconnected each time. I am looking for someone who can tell me if the clinic is accepting patients and is fully operational with all staff and required equipment in place. In a previous post, it was posted that the clinic was accepting patients as of Feb 15. I am trying to find out if this date is still ok. If you know of anyone who might help, please let me know. Thanks
Yose - Do you know if Tyler is still the IR rep for PLBI? I have sent him three emails and he has not responded. He used to be the IR rep for CGAQ in the DR as well but was recently replaced by Roberto Cabrera.
Ray Ray - Thanks for your good work. EP
Thanks.EP
RAY RAY - Thanks for the update. If you get a contact number for the clinic, let know. I want to make an appointmeent with them. I tried through the Regenobody website link, but no luck.
Clinic Opening - Anybody know when that could happen?
Thanks.EP
Phrantic - How long does approval of a EB-5 submittal usually take?
YOSE - Thanks for the update. Any idea when the clinic will be operational?
Yose - Thnaks for the headzup. Just saw the updated website listing the clinic in the Dominican Republic. It appears to be everything we had hoped for. I just don't understand why we haven't heard anything from Tyler or Armando regarding the opening date. I am satisfied with RNL and their PR on the clinic, but the lack of info from PLBI is very confusing. Maybe we'll hear something soon from PLBI. EP
Thanks for the article. Lots of potential. All we need is a fully operational clinic. Does anyone know if the clinic is still being considered. The lack of confirmation that the equipment was delivered raises some concerns.
Thanks for posting the article.
YOSE - I don't understand the politics of Kim ll-sung or his son Kim Jong-lL, but, IMO China will keep a tight lease on these two because it is in their best interest to keep us out of this problem. RNL also has labs in Yanji, China and Germantown, Maryland to the best of my knowledge. I am not too concerned about this conflict, but I am concerned about the lack of information from Armando or Tyler regarding the completion of this lab. I realize that island time has its issues, but the remainder of the equipment was to be delivered last month. Is Armando planning on completing this lab or is this another pinkie that just "goes away"? EP
