Perhaps NIR shareholders would scalp Ribotsky if they knew what kind of a deal he had to cut with Itronics. He would be foolish to agree to a deal that would bankrupt Itro. Just sayin.......
NIR will NOT get 8 million shares on the 4th. Guaranteed. I'll bet you my house on it.
Yes, we have all seen the court docs. Who knows what the settlement agreement is? I suspect it is a long term payoff structured to allow Itronics to continue operations. What else could it be? The judge surely knew that a short term settlement would bankrupt Itronics and no one would get paid. The best part is that THE LAWSUIT IS OVER. No more uncertainty for investors. Strong selling season coming up, weather is great, plenty of water, Auric, etc. Never a better time to get cheap shares of a company about to grow a lot.
Perhaps it's more about how the questions are asked. They are rarely asked without a little itro bashing along with them. Perhaps the person asking refuses to believe the answers and bashes the person answering. Nice atmosphere for constructive dialog. Believe me, I have plenty at stake here too and am looking forward to a nice payday. I don't think many of us have a basis at the current share price. But raving impatience doesn't help.
That's a great idea, but only if the answers are not continually questioned and bashed. Want answers? Maybe someone should try reading the press releases more carefully. That's the only true, legal source of info. Everything else is pure speculation...........IMO, of course.
That info is based on a public statement from Itro that fourth quarter sales should be equal to last year, which was record breaking. Just another misquote from VI#1. Too bad aboout CR. Your checks may stop coming.
Oh well as they say, "A day without FED is like a day WITH sunshine" It's been pleasant the last three days anyway.
Please. We're not on the same team. I have never gotten a check from the MMs. BTW, did you find my post yet where I said I didn't know where the Auric property is? That's why when I read untrue statements I call them blatant lies.... No, you just make up stuff. Ooooops, busted!!!
Ok, genius, how long does it take to get a permit for a mine in Nevada? What agencies are involved? How much does it cost?
I'm not "instructed" to say anything. I'm not affiliated with Itronics in any way. I say what I want to. Every time I try to fill in the blanks on a PR, you crucify me. Every time I try to answer a message board question, you tear it apart. I have never claimed to always be right. Like all the other people who post, I'm just trying to add to the conversation. And then you wonder why Doc won't take your calls. I wouldn't either.
Whatsamadda, didn't your check from the MMs clear this week?
Show me the post where I said I didn't know where the property is. I said I was unaware of the roads and the rail, and that's all. How come you didn't address any of my questions? Yeah, lets go spend a bunch of money we don't have to drill holes on land we don't have a permit for. No wonder Haiti didn't work out.
Yeah, I'm Chief in Charge of Stalling. I don't want to be rich so soon. Oh, the burden of money!! Why don't you do a little research to see how long it takes to get a mine up and running? You seem to have plenty of time on your hands, and we all know you're a genius.
First of all, most mines are not on "bought land". They operate by permit on BLM land. Second, why bother to spend money on test drilling if you don't even have a permit yet? You also need a permit just to drill the holes.
You seem to know much more about the mining process than the world renowned Dr. Whitney. Perhaps you could move to Nevada and run the whole operation for us? There's only one moron on this message board.
A tempting offer.
Very nice. I did not know that.
TI,
I found out a litle info about the Auric process. Your question was if auric gets the private placement (money) and now that the stake claimed are just about complete . How long does it take to start mining..
Once all of the staking is done and all of the claims registered, a permit must be obtained from the state. That time period is not in Itronic's control. The tall stack of paperwork required for application includes a lot of testing, legal paperwork, and supplementary applications to other agencies. As usual, dealing with a government agency is not a quick process.
Once a permit is received the mine infrastructure must be built. Roads, utilities, buildings, etc. Then, finally, start mining.
IMO investors will be buying Auric's potential for a while rather than realized value. Still, the mine is in a really good spot, and with Itronic's proprietary mining processes, that potential is enormous.
Not sure, TI. I'll see what I can find out. We should get a very nice pop when test holes are assayed. As usual, as you mentioned, $$$ is the key.
Absolutely, Mom and Dad are the best!!!!
Chrion,
The photochemical waste fluid used to make the fertilizer is processed based on the demand for fertilizer. So yes, that part of Itronic's silver recovery is dependent on fert sales. The phase 1 process allows a 10X increase in the amount of silver extracted per batch of processed photochemical waste fluid.
The other sources of silver recovery are the steel wool cartridges and batteries as stated in a previous pr. That process, again as previously stated, is in the future and is based on Itronics proprietary, revolutionary SuLix and FeLix processes. These processes, while independent of fertilizer production, will provide raw materials for fert production.
But you really don't have to believe me. remember, I'm a blatant liar!
You guys are making me cry. Stop it. I'm so proud..........
I could comment, but I'm a known, blatant liar, remember? Ignore.
Harpe,
I'll check into your question today. I tried to respond via pm, but you have me blocked for some reason.
Then I would suggest that you report me for illegal activities, princess. You pretty much read whatever you want from posts, don't you? There are several sources of silver production, you know that. Of course the part associated with fert is dependent on sales. And I never said that silver sales wil be 10X in the fourth quarter. Gotta go, gotta think up some more lies. BTW, all my lies are blatant and intentional. I just do 'em to piss you off.
What's wrong, are the MMs squeezing you because your diatribes aren't driving the share price low enough? They probably pay you based on the decline in share price, right?
Perhaps Haiti can use some of your futuristic doghouse designs. There's plenty of stimulus money for useless crap like that. Go for it!!
Here's one from a local rag: Barrick Gold, the state's largest gold producer, says its Goldstrike Mine in Nevada produced 380,000 ounces of gold in the third quarter at an average cost of $494/oz, and its Cortez property produced 370,000 ounces at an average cost of $277/oz. Another smaller mine in central Nevada near a town named Winnemucca announced production costs of $370/oz. Auric's potential is staggering, and Doc's one of the most respected mining experts in the world. Great things to come. Now if NIR would just go away.........should have a trial date very soon. GO ITRO!!!!!
Fed, you interpret a whole lot of nothing out of other's words. It's no secret that the Fed is buying treasuries and that sooner or later it will come crashing down. I never implied that Doc is a crook. That's the one thing he is not. He is trying to make you a fortune, and you're not even paying him. Why are you so negative? IMO, Itro is set for a large rise in share price. Why are you not happy? The last PR was dynamite; the one we have all been waiting for. What's the problem?
Fed, you crack me up. You should write a conspiracy theory novel. You have a great imagination. A little paranoid, but interesting.
Wrong again. You never cease to amaze me. I was referring to fertilizer operations, not Auric anyway.
You are correct, Ag. The scrubber was originally installed to remove the sulfur smell from the exhaust airstream of the silver refining melt process. It was bothering the neighbors. The scrubber works great and does produce raw materials for fertilizer production.
I was using it as a poke at his failed Haitian housing business, nothing else. Fed does a fine job of discrediting himself with no help from anyone else. I've been around Itro for 13 years, so don't start with me. BTW, what's a "Hatian" home, or a sharehoulder? Ever heard of spellcheck?
The money to continue operations comes from fertilizer sales. Pretty simple.
The sad thing is, you don't even know when you're just plain wrong, and you don't listen to anyone else's explanation. Please tell us what proof you have of the source of funding that is used for staking? Who said Doc has no problem disclosing personal info? YOU DID, no one else.
I may be mistaken at times, but I don't lie. Try it, it may be salvation for you. And we can always ask the board who is more amusing, me or you.
The meds work better with a little Jack.
Itronics is on the brink of significant progress on several fronts, yet it's never enough for you. Are you up for another "no bashing" agreement for November?? Got the cohones for it???? You didn't make it thru the last one.
Fed, would you take a phone call from a negative basher that has done nothing but disparage you publically? You post little but rants and raves about Doc's inadequacies, then expect him to treat you with respect? I don't necessarily agree with everything that happens at Itro, but I don't have to operate the company on a day-to-day basis either, so I cut him some slack.
I'll bet when the stock price does start to move up significantly, you will disappear. The shady mms who are paying you will be too busy wondering what happened to their azz to keep writing checks.
Have you ever worked on a survey crew in the middle of nowhere? I have. It's slow, expensive work. It's being done as cashflow will allow. Staking costs money, selling fertilizer makes money. Get it? It's not that difficult.
Resolution with NIR looks like it MAY be happening about the same time the merger is complete. How's that for a PR?
Hey, I read that a 3 bedroom house in Haiti sells for $900k. You must be filthy rich by now..........
It's funny, when you write a book, I want to read the whole thing............
Fed, part of what you say is correct. Most of it is not. Not bad guesses, just not right. The relationship with CPS is fine, and they have a large sales force and 800 retail outlets to sell itronics fertilizer. Doc didn't blow off the retail aspect; the obstacles to entry were just too much to overcome. Itro didn't have the millions in advertising that was required by all the big retail players. Doc didn't have "opportunity after opportunity".
Getting large customers to switch fertilizers is a slow process. Would you risk your livelihood on a new product? First you would do a small test area, then maybe more.
Here's one that made me laugh. A local architect has announced that he is working with a panelized building company to produce..........ready?..............................modular housing in Haiti. This guy's no rocket scientist, and he figured it out. Eat that red herring, pal.
Stooge
You answered your own question. As soon as the balance sheet information becomes public knowledge through filings, you'll know about it. If it was "public information", anyone could look it up. Is that so hard to understand?
SS, The answer that I got was that, according to SEC rules, any specific info has to be issued thru a public channel. Previous filings and press releases are currently the only source of info. Go ahead, Fed, write a book.
Thanks, imjtw2u. I certainly don't have all the answers, but I try. BTW, what the hell does your alias mean? LOL. Good night, all.
I believe you did, Terry. Nice to hear from you!
Thanks, Cancun. Politics are crap!!! Itronics is becoming more of a silver play every day. GLTA. I should talk to Doc tomorrow, Maybe get some answers for Super.
You're pretty close, Fed. Usually not a good idea to talk about a lawsuit while it is active. You never know who is watching or what is important. Yes, the suit looks promising and damages may be involved. But it's a court of law; you never know.
What, I'm supposed to answer all the questions is less than 8 hours on a Sunday? JFC, give me a chance to talk to Doc. I doubt I can get all of the answers, maybe a few.
Do, get real. How many companies have has their second best quarter EVER in this economy?? Well???
