mea culpa, you are right. I will change that in the next few days.
Good point Newmedman. The bilge pump has been working overtime lately.
I see the silence to investors, but they are also out there in the trenches doing the work, they are not being silent -- by no means.
While the boat has a few holes in it, they are playing it safe with the feds by not marketing any products yet. (there are major battles going on with feds and dispensaries ... in which CBIS does not have to spend resources to wage in that fight.)
Yeah, I seen those products last week. There are literally hundreds of cannabis products out there. FDA prohibits them from being marketed with the claim of treating certain conditions.
KushCon II showed us, with hundreds of products, just how innovative this sector is.
Without FDA approval these products are limited to certain dispensaries. CBIS aims for the broader and more lucrative market.
Good things are coming, do not get discouraged by advances made by others. "A rising tide lifts all boats."
While looking for research articles, I came across this one done in Australia in 1973.
The effect of cannabinoids on intestinal motility and their antinociceptive effect in mice [PDF]
They used a very complicated way to extract a "red oil" using petroleum and chloroform.
Took me a while to find the actual source of that study which occurred in August of 2008.
Here's the link, fyi.

Massive bids coming in this morning @ .05 , level II is showing a 285,700 bid ready for those who want to exit their position !!!
There was a 43 minute radio interview with Dr. Bob a few weeks ago in case anyone missed it....http://www.radio4all.net/index.php/program/51001
Each day, as some investors give up their positions, making a declining pps chart pattern ... it makes for less resistance on the way back up.
The next major cannabis news may come from the uprising over the latest DEA actions. There seems to be a major increase in activism lately. Each day brings new stories.
Largest cannabis deal in history goes down

IMO, GW has the funding to get Sativex FDA approved this year.
I am assuming that there will some collaboration between Rick and CBIS in the future. Rick has been curing cancers for years now.
News!
Rick Simpson held a seminar last Saturday in Europe. Rick Simpson U Hrvatskoj – Opatija
Sorry about that Mike. Those were money makers who facilitate trading. You can see them on level II.
LAMP = Lampost Capitol, LC
STXG = StockCross Financial Services.

I don't think it will take 3 years. I'm thinking it will happen this year.

my heart goes out to that toddler. Hoping the community can come together and raise the money for the oil.
It won't be long till the wall of prohibition comes down.
The mantra made famous in the cold war was "...tear down that wall..."
That could still be today's mantra in the war on marijuana. "Obama, tear down that wall..." Patients need cannabis ... not dangerous pharmaceuticals.
Seems that big pharma desperately wants a piece of the cannabiniod craze. I mentioned that I can find almost daily the race toward rescheduling. Today is also a good example.
Most pharmas know this report well: A drug discovery case history of ``delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol''
Interesting to note that STXG and LAMP picked up shares of CBIS this morning. Both of these firms have asks at .15 and .22 respectively.
Here is a news story out of Oregon, shows one way to deal with state and federal laws.http://www.kgw.com/news/Tualatin-medical-marijuana-apothecary-expands-121034634.html
Yeah, well maybe.
A search of related subjects produce promising efforts by various activists and scientists. I see progress almost every day in getting cannabis legal and rescheduled.
I also see major battles taking place that are changing the landscape. There have been lots of set backs lately too; Mollie Fry and Dale Schafer will turn themselves in tomorrow for their 5 year sentence, Feds are threatening Governors about state legislation, IRS still harasses dispensaries with high taxes even after court victories in overturning the dis-allowances; Christie, Epps, Emery and many others still rot behind bars, etc, etc,..
I see CBIS well positioned to take advantage of pharma's efforts to use, study, make cannabis products.
Yeah, I do understand things aren't happening the way investors want them too. I am frustrated as well.
On the other hand. School is winding down so the professor can give CBIS more attention.
The trailer was in need of funding to promote and publish the film. Not sure what progress has been made there. Lot of irons in the fire.
LOL
CBIS does not traffic in marijuana, so it is not affected by the IRS attacks on dispensaries. IMO
GW patent news. This is really good for CBIS !!!
Seems that rescheduling is coming along too, once Sativex makes FDA approval the gate is open.
pre-market selling @.06 Yippeee
10-Q is released here
Looks much better than last years.
Insys Therapeutics aims to take the rough edges off of chemo and cancer pain. The company focuses on developing drugs for treating side effects of chemotherapy, as well as therapies for pain management and other central-nervous-system conditions. Its Dronabinol candidate, a generic capsule form of Marinol awaiting FDA approval for treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. In addition, its Fentanyl SL spray, delivered under the tongue for quick absorption, treats pain in cancer patients. All of the company's drug candidates are unique formulations of already-approved therapeutic ingredients. Insys acquired fellow drug-maker NeoPharm in 2010 and filed to go public in 2011.
Yeah I suppose someone with limited understanding might find it difficult to follow a train of thought. I am glad Dr. Bob is teaching this stuff to bright young minds.
Try looking at the sticky to see the trailer.
You sure are persistent about wanting a lower price here.
The charts show that is not the case. RSI shows uptrend last three days as with most other indicators.
Actually, a golden cross has appeared for the opening on Monday. The 50 day average is on an uptrend and is crossing the 200 day average on Monday.
Maybe they are biting more than they can chew. There is also a documentary movie being released by CBIS. I am guessing it will be released or announced to be released on 4 20.
As someone who has been long on this company, some of your questions gives me cause for concerns. Some of the material is old and some of it puzzling.
Simpson
1. Simpson has legal problems and has stepped aside.
2. The oil is not an issue, other than setting quality standards.
3. The only thing patentable would be the name, the strain, and the unique delivery method. (Same with CBIS)
4. The Phoenix Tears will morph into a healing center/dispensary of some sort. idk
Litro
1. I can't find any place to purchase the litrogrow bulb or any other products other than to contact the company. (they do not list a price or have a shopping cart.)
2. This stuff is cool. Even the security system with EAL.
CBIS
1. Does not need revenues at this point.
2. Needs an effective marketing and branding, starting with better investor relations and communications.
The philosophy of becoming rich can easily begin by giving when there is need. If CBIS can heal a few, then it might heal many. When many are healed, benefits are given to the healers and to those who made it possible (including investors). (true wealth, imo)
Thanks for taking the time to call Rockbrook. I never did like the way they set up the arraignments. I'd prefer if they manufacture their own oil and extracts. They might even be better off by giving it away to any patients who are under monitored doctor's care, and would volunteer to self report with doctor report.
Interesting perspective R2R, maybe we should be asking for a pledge to not accept pharma bucks. (LOL, like that will ever happen.)
Anyway, I see this more as a states rights issue that parallels alcohol prohibition. Truth is an element of law and should be demanded at all levels. If Obama is going to placate the MMJ patients by promising them noninterference if they follow state law, then Obama needs to be accountable.
Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire says she won't sign medical pot dispensaries bill under threat of federal crackdown
www.oregonlive.com/pacific-northwest-news
Tell Obama to stop the threats and honor the commitment to allowing states the right legislate cannabis laws. sign the MPP Project letter

Lots of shorting today !!!
That's good info.
Too bad about the news today, here in the USA. I do not know the details, but listening to the radio, a mother was sentenced 8 years minimum or 10 years maximum for not giving her autistic child cancer medicine.
This whole health care scenario the USA is upside down. Cannabis to the rescue, but you have to risk imprisonment in some cases (some states).
Power hour is the time to slap the ask with small bids. Usually, CBIS includes lots of information about past and current projects.
With proper ask slapping we could see .09 today. With news PR maybe .12
Hopefully we end in green today.
At least at 0029, eh ?
Good info... sang k
But most people think Sativex is whole cannabis. As this article points out, Satavix contains only 2 elements of cannabis, THC and CBD.
The CBIS/Simpson oil is whole plant extract.
The idiots at the FDA presently only allowS THC, and soon CBD.
