Sure .........you and Peter don't like the train to be derailed by the Truth. You rather pull it along with BS. The BS train pull has already been done in the past. That does nothing but hurt everyone.
Let the train go forward................I am all for that, but let it proceed on honest facts. Not pumping lies on how rich and great Toscano is..............nobody needs that.
I don't think Toscano is a good manager of a company. Let a deal come and let him step aside..............IMO
Ok I glanced at it quickly............I looked at the position held by Toscano, the 113 million shares listed, it was the same as four years ago............it looked like old data because I knew that he had borrowed on those shares. So the number did not Add up in my mind.
Wake up and please go back and look at your link and compare the number of shares held by Wajenty and Toscano. Toscano is listed as having more shares but the value is way off............why is that????
IMO..............someone has a claim (lien) on those shares.............
No need for a pissing contest here. It don't matter as long as IPWG has the goods this time. That we don't know that yet for sure..............but it appears hopeful.
Yes they are on the Pinks only a few months..................but they had a life before that. go to Pink sheets .com and look up the filings when they where a reporting company. It is good reading. read the old Pr's while you can still find them.I don't think they are on the IPWG web site any more...............for obvious reasons.
Mr Ebb.........can I smoke what ever it is you are on???Toscano was worth 200 million before IPWG??? What a bunch of crap. he didn't have a pot. His ideas are revolution???
How is that???............Lets see the stock used to be on the OTCBB............now it is a now NON-reporting Pink sheet stock who has just raise the OS to 10 billion with a magic wand ..............not to mention the $35 million or so spent so far and not one single deal completed
In fact................they still haven't paid off the Million they own Leonard Strand for Add Power...............Yeah that is revolutionary Alright.
No...........they don't need share holder money because they already took all they could and no one would give them any more. That is why the price fell to .001 at the lows. I was called the result of the death spiral loan made by Mr."T" to get money to keep the doors open.He was borrowing on the companies shares while telling everyone all the great things that where about to happen.
I know..............I was there and bought into all of it with several private placements at much higher prices than now.None of the revolutionary stories came true.....even after pictures with Tony Blair and all of it.
IMO...............this loan was finally paid off the last week during the high volume as those bankers finally got enough shares(with the increase)so as they could bail.
Looks like they didn't want to be investors any more................Hmmm????
yet the positive side is that someone else wanted the shares.
Someone wanting those shares is the hope I have for IPWG.............it means that there is probably substance to the shareholder meeting.
IPWG is not a major player in anything so far except BS production . ............and that BS has always come from the top down.If they ever get any deal......................we are doomed as long as MR. "T" stays. If new management comes in............OK Benvengo.....OK
I have a lot of IPWG stock................yet it makes me sick when a con artist like you shows up to shovel the pure lies to teh stupid sheep.
IPWG has a shady history with no performance yet. This does not mean that even Toscano can not bump into a deal.
I hope that he has ...............I just don't like more people loosing more money investing in falsities. Let everyone know what they are investing in...............They should know the TRUTH..........so that they can manage their risk.
I don't wan tot see useless pumping............that makes me think that it is more lies again. If IPWG has got a deal with the Britts and Add Power everyone should be OK.
Btu with the number of shares out a reverse is coming..........that may not matter much if they have a few deals though. It is not going to be easy.................yet may be they can do it.
Soory friend.............but that data is over four years old.
Lots of water has flowed under the bridge since then. Just look at the number of shares ..............all wrong. We actually don't know the number of shares.........but a good guess is probably between 1B and 1.5 billion.
go to pink sheets.com and look at the old filings
Interesting point.............what is the list of insiders now?? does Jack want more?...........I think he has enough. What is Peter going to have when this all know?............who knows.
Benvengo?...............Hmmm? Don't even know if they have to file now. Probably they do..........if they are for real and want to eventually get back on the BB and better. I would bet they may be prevented from doing so.
If you sing a non-disclosure as an investor IMO, you can't act on the info. That is what I always thought was the way of it.Insiders have lots of rules to obey.
As an investor, you on the other hand...............don't risk more than you can loose. You are in charge of your life and have to manage the risk.
With great potential comes great risk............If it was all settled and known the price would be much higher. Once it becoems clear, the price will respond. Up or down.........:)
Coupe:........that is conservative if the price of vanadium keeps going up and it should since there seems to be a shortage of rare earth minerals world wide. It seems that the new energy revolution can't go far with ought these exotic materials.
Also when they start to do deep drilling we will all get a clearer picture of what is there. The place could be a mother load for all sorts of rare earth metals and gold, silver, copper, zinc.
This large area is virgin ground, hardly any exploration............if you read the geology report on the black smokers and the type matgerial found there............it is extremely exiting the potential here.Plus the vanadium deposit could be really deep...............don't know yet.
I was also wondering about the tier one status in this application to the Canadian exchange?? How do tier 2 companies differ?........because it now seems that they are going for tier one status VS tier 2.
No..........Peter is not calling Gappa and neither is Gappa calling him. What for?.............been there done all that for too long. From experience I have learned that it is just better to go from the actual released news.....that is what ultimately counts the most and plays with your head the least......IMO.
A lot of money has been spent on this game already. A lot of it mine and used to be friends.........
Mr Ebb or Mr Edd..............what ever. He scares me. I prefer not to see that kind of pumping.............it all reminds me of the horrible past here.
The only hope is that there is something real this time. I am hopping that there is so as to get back to even. I have been in this thing since the original .03 cents of four years ago.
I hope that the selling is over...........IMO, the only people that had that many shares where the people who lent IPWG 800K in the past. If you read the past 10k's ...........it is all there.
I would think that they would stay on board for the turn around............but may be they are not real investors and more like bankers and just wanted their money back.Don't really know, but it sure would be interesting to really know what they think. But may be they told us with their actions..............we will not know for sure until the game is over and IPWG has their day at the share holders meeting.
If there is no more selling.........may be they are done and the debt is payed off. That might be good...............what is also good I am thinking is that somebody wanted those hundreds of millions of shares that flew through here at .003.
If it was all just more noise...................who was dumb enough to buy that many shares?? All very interesting for sure.
I guess if both sides are happy for now.......the new buyers and old sellers..........May have a new start here.
The past and all the heart ache will not matter if IPWG can produce the goods. Add Power sales and hope too dream ............a second item? Something else may be...........like a WTE plant somewhere? forget the last item for now. I don't care about that.
Add Power alone should be enough to make everyone happy for life. If it does what it is billed to do..........there is plenty of demand world wide for our lifetime.
I am hopping it is a new day. Now we just have to wait for printed material to arrive in our mail boxes.......so we know what to vote for, and then some news to convince us which way to vote and most importantly to turn this around.
I have waited this long...........what is another few weeks.
Does it really matter how long it takes to get there?? a few days...........a few weeks more??? Not really, as long as we get there. We will............patience and a nice steady stair step rise..............all is good in URST land.......IMO
This will be a real life changer stock ...... me thinks..........and it is so easy. Just buy and hold it........how hard is that? this ain't working.....
The first number you called is the right one........try option #3 to reach the secretary.
Now..........do you really think Mr Toscano is going to call somebody named Vuddu right back??............EEhhRRR!....IMO
Ricky boy............I don't think you realize what a good stock you invested in.Put it in a drawer and don't mess with it..........you will mess yourself out of a real good thing.
You just don't stumble on world class deposits all the time just before the rest of the world finds out about it.
Just put on the Mama's and the Papa's and dream about how you are going to spend it.
IMO.......a house on the beach somewhere would be nice.......but I just can't stand it when it is overly crowded. I wonder if there are any nice little places in Florida?? A friend mentioned Melbourne..........outside of Orlando.
then there is Mendocino in old Kalifornia.......not that warm, yet it used to be fairly scarcely populated .......
We have time to think about it still............
Did anyone ever find out if those Canadian newspaper articles in Chinese ever came out??...................I think I missed what ever did or did not happen.
California Dreaming..........!!

URANIUM STAR CP
Daily Commentary
Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 08.17.2009 (10) days ago, when the stock price was 0.4300. Since then URST has fallen -18.60% .
BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick with a lower open and a higher close. The buying price is the previous close ( 0.3100 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.
Patience pays off. The market wavered a bit but finally confirmed the recent bullish formation. The dose of the previous day was not enough for a BUY-IF confirmation but today it is. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion. The market is now ready for a bullish move.
We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.
If you bought, continue to hold this stock until the confirmation of the next SELL-IF signal. You are on safe grounds as long as the future prices continue to trade above the benchmark price. What to do if you did not buy? Maybe, you did not have time to follow the session or you simply delegated the delicate job of confirmation to us. Well, it is a bit late, but not too late. You may still find suitable prices for buying in the following sessions.
The market is currently cold for short-sellers. Avoid any short sales and cover the short positions immediately if there are any.

Dragynn: I actually I am not that concerned I just wanted to see if people where even aware of what was going and how they felt.
I also called the company a while back and asked then how the political climate would effect them. This call was about two months ago before the two parties had reached a deal.
At that time I was told that they where not concerned. The problems where in the cities and they where very remote. They also said that they where well connected and not worried.
I notice that the articles you posted where fairly old except the Lemur one. They focused on what happened when the government changed.
Here are some more recent developments.

Over all..........of course nothing is certain in life, yet there is a lot of money at stake here. I think politicians know if they go to far things don't work out.Like NO international financial aid.............they will do what it takes to get back to normalcy.....IMO
This correction is a normal part of investing and healthy.....plus a buying opp for those who took some off the table in the .40's. I bought back 85% of what I sold at the highs. When it reaches the previous highs it adds up to a 50% return. Most of my position I don't trade. I am not risking missing a move here too much. I only trade about 15% of my whole position...................so I am fairly aggressive holder long term.
I don't think you find opportunities like this often, you have to take the leap and know that over time it will work out just fine.
OK.......thanks. Is the 50 day moving around .25 or something like that?
I wonder if the political situation in Madagascar has people worried??....................hence the price weakness???..any thoughs?
Texas Ripper..........when you mention "additional things". What is your sensing on that??
Do you think this may be in the area of more clearly defining what they have found??................or could it be a totally unexpected thing??
Like...........they found some other mineral there may be?.....gold, copper........uranium, coal?
Also...........when you mentioned the widths of 50 meters and depth of 150 meters or more in the deposit. You gave out figures that I have never seen the the releases, Yet I don't know it this is so.
Have you seen that kind of information in print? 200 million tons and more would require such large specifics it seems.
When you spoke with them did you get a hint if the upcoming compliance report will have that sort of details?
IMO................it would be nice to see that kind of information directly from them.
Looks like URST is getting the word out. I went to the URST board on stock house and clicked on the main message page and URST is running an Add there. Here is the link. I don't know how long it has been there or how long it will stay.........interesting.

I will try to correct the previous typing mistake on more time. It was meant to be 1.5 billion in that old post. Yet it really doesn't matter what I calculate. The market will calculate it correctly when the time comes.
Here is someone else calculation from the Yahoo board. Interesting about the price increase in Vanadium.I am assuming it is true. Here is his post:
Vanadium price up 25% 20-Aug-09 03:50 am
Vanadium prices have gone up $1.00 a pound in the last week alone. Now $5.90 to $6.85 a pound. URST looking at 2.5 billion pounds so now worth potentially $13-14 billion worth. With 100 miliion shares outstanding = $140 a share
Stnkng1............the market cap in now around 34 million dollars @ .40 cents.
At 10 bucks the market cap may be say $150 million allowing for an increase in shares...............since they have to raise $10 mill to do the resource analysis. I am guessing they may end up with 150 million sharers issued at some point for expenses over the next two years lets say. The exact amount we don't know............I don't really think they will need that much dilution to prove it up.
So $10 buckaroos times 150 million shares gives a market cap of around 150 million dollars. How much is the resource worth??
The article just posted say at least 11 Billion.............By the time all the research is done it may be much higher.
So how is 10 bucks a problem?????? Looks like a pretty good risk reward ration to me...............IMO
guy62:.........after you read that article.......... look at this link about Mr. Tobin and the PR for the $240 million dollar deal with Consolidated.
Part of this was posted earlier but it is good to see the whole context of that deal. The connections here are just mind boggling in how well they relate to URST. It just excites the conceptual divide between the right and left hemispheres of my medulla oblongata and gives me and endorphin high.
I was going to try to trade part of my position in this...................but I think it will just mess me up.I holding this tight and will think about profit taking around $10 bucks............IMO.

I did go to the companies web site and found a geological report on the three horses property that explains was is going on so far as they know.
http://www.uraniumstar.com/_resources/download/Three_Horses_Exploration_43-101_Report_2008.pdf
Somebody posted it last night and I was lead there by them. I missed it in the past, may be others have also. It is very good find. Really worth reading even thought it is very technical. This whole area is virgin ground for exploration since nothing has ever been done there with modern technology.
I think the diamond drilling of hot spots will help a lot and they could possibly find some deep deposits there. From the look of those black smokers. the white smokers and the VMS deposits.........You could find gold, silver , copper other rare earth minerals....
It appears to me that there has been a lot of weathering over time in what appears to be a old ocean floor. Then that has been eroded and been lifted/shifted over time. Looks like our Vanadium deposit could be deposited by weathering of the VMS areas.............that is my amateur guess.
Yet not all of it has been weathered.....so if you find the sources , the old black smokers and the VMS areas. They should be rich with all kinds of goodies................. Who knows how deep those could be? IMO.............those smokers are found deep in the ocean floor. Here is looks like this is a very old part of the ocean floor that has been exposed for easy pickings.
Take all this with a grain of salt..............since I took geology 35 years ago and only got a "B" grade...............:)
Also, it was mentioned that they originally found areas that had a Vanadium depth of 8.5 meters which is what prompted them to proceed with the trenching program since it was deep enough in that original sampling to warrant further exploration.
So far they have not told us more about the depths except in the form general estimate of 200 million tons............it seems to me that estimate could go much higher as they do more work.
this is fun.............IMO.
Mike..........thanks. I did not expect you to do a 3-analysis of the of the deposit. A little to much work unless they paid you real well.
The question about depth and the type of deposit UTST has was something I was looking for and have wondered if that kind of information had been released and I had missed it some where in the past.
It looks like it is a little too early for that kind of detail to be release.
May be, with drilling updates they will release more information as they themselves acquire it and get a better understanding what is underground. I guess that is the goal of getting the 43-101 and getting the Vanadium to proven resource status.
We will just have to wait some................but it looks like this has huge potential................plus they went there looking for gold originally. We don't know if they have even had a chance to follow up with that aspect.
I wish I knew more about Vanadium and what may be found along with it..................like silver and copper which are often found with gold. That sort of thing.
I will look at the URST web site again and see if there is some more information there that I may have missed that describes the type of deposite more
Thanks Mike. You are right the more accurate the better. I had just taken a glance at the chart and was a little confused. Its fairly simple now to understand.
I have another question if you don't mind? URST, determined the length and the concentration............but what was the depth that they used for the calculations to get the tonnage? Was it the average depth of the trenches that they dug? and that is what they used..........Say a couple of meters deep?
And how do you think the next step will go to prove up the resource regarding these varying depth? They said they are going to have a diamond drilling program ............I assume to clarify the depths of the resource.
It would seem that could also have a LARGE impact on the size of the deposit and clarify the actual proven tonnage and reserves.
They also mentioned that besides the varying widths of the strike the deposit also pitches up and down.I don't know how the drilling compensates for these pitch changes in the deposit. I would imagine they would need to build some sort of computer model to describe the resource and possibly drill at varying angles to get an accurate picture of what they have.
It would seem that since this is a sedimentary type of deposit as they described it. That would imply that the layers of Vanadium are stratified and horizontal in nature since that is how sedimentary rock forms , through erosion of the host and then becomes compressed and over time..........The pitching of the sedimentary rock would have to come latter through uplifting and subsidence by plate tectonics.
Is the Vanadium there deposited through erosion? do you know?
I don't really know if this is a sedimentary deposition of the vanadium........yet this is a flat savanna. There does not seem to be much pitching there now on the surface.
Or is this a sedimentary host with with some form of intrusion of the vandium into this these zones of sedimentary deposition..............therefore the trenching discovers pitches as the vanadium intrudes into the sedimentary zones.
Did you get enough from the release to understand the geology at all?? if it is some form of intrusion......they could only be hitting the upper zones.
Any thoughts?
I read this on a Yahoo board about the resource estimate. This person figured it out differently. He calculated the vanadium resource in relation to the percent concentration.
IMO..........that looks to be more realistic, other wise the number seem to large. I don't really know. what is your thinking on this? Here is the post by "shkintl1"
Re: 200 million tons of vanadium... 16-Jul-09 08:17 pm
If they are targeting 200 million tonnes of mineralization at a 1 percent concentration, then that is 2 million tonnes at $11 a pound. (2200 lbs per tonne x 2 million tonnes x $11) is about 4.4 billion dollars divided by 100 million shares outstanding = $44.00 a share
this seems more realistic than the 200 million tonnes of actual vanadium. $40+ a share selling under .20
