I hear ya. But from what I heard it’s a revenue issue and at this point they are pre-revenue. Once that’s starts picking up the PPS will follow. Lots of good prospects on the horizon for them currently though.
While I feel your pain, this is an airline trading at less than a cent with a shot at making it. LOTS of headroom my friend :)
Baltia made Reddit today:
Now everyone can get to learn about the hot new rip off sweeping the nation!

Why in God's name would anyone believe that?
I don't post here much because I really don't have any analysis or insight to contribute most of the time, but I've been reading your guys' posts for like 3-4 years now. I feel like I know you guys in a weird way. It's been a hell of a long wait for this upcoming milestone and I cant wait to come on to this board and see "Baltia has made it's Maiden Flight!!!"
If I can buy in more I am going to. This is getting real, people!

Maybe I should inform you that even though you think you might be telling us info that is useful or true, there is no way I or anyone else on this board will take what you say seriously or consider it as good advice. Why? Because one of two (or both) things are going on with you. One, you are leaving disparaging comments about Baltia on this site because you think you can manipulate this stock by discouraging investors. Or two, you are just immature, unintelligent and enjoy wasting your time. Anyone who tries to be a troll on the message board of a stock they have no stake in obviously has ulterior motives. And it's obvious you don't have a stake in this company from what you say. So, speaking for the rest of us on this board, stop embarrassing yourself and go talk about a stock you're actually invested in, if any.
I've been holding around 50,000 shares for about 3 years now, averaging at around .05 a share. Nothing huge but it will seem like a whole lot more once the share price hits double digits and beyond!
Verrrrrry funny... lol.
I think they should include another shot of the turbine.
/sarcasm
Baltia seems to be very active on Twitter. It may very well be the best source of updates from the company that I've seen to date.
Sorry but this type of post is not useful to anyone. If you don't see the airline succeeding there should be no point in posting on a board for investors unless you want other people to agree with you and sell thier stock before it "fails" completely. Are you just trying to be a "good Samaritan" and save us from ourselves? And if you truley feel the airline does not have a chance of succeeding then I would assume you are not a shareholder anymore. We are all concerned with the fate of this airline because we all have a financial stake that for each person is probably considerable because we forsee a big return. But the only reason we are posting here is because we believe it will succeed and want to stay current with company info. Don't come here and post doom-saying messages.
I think they should have the rooster cock-a-doodle-doo sound whenever a Baltia flight arrives at a gate. Would be hilarious.
Good things come to those who wait. And wait. And wait. And wait.
If it were me I'd stick a Wii, a huge Flatscreen and every sports game I could get in there.
Well one obvious reason would probably be that they don't want their passengers flying in any old airplane. They want the interior, the staff and everything else to be the way they have been promoting. Although I get what you are saying it is probably more effort than it's worth and a break from their business plan.
I can, you'd probably start going all "MyMoney123" on everyone's ass! (Those of you who get that will find it funny.)
No, you're right on that.
What book?
And the Curling lanes!
I can't explain how the person typo'd so badly but I think it's supposed to be "common practice"
Those are some great pictures. It's nice to be able to lay your eyes on the plane and the people working on the process.
i sent an email to the WSJ asking about the article about a week ago, if it was ever going to get done published etc... no reply from them
True, but like I said "once they start to gain capital" which i meant to mean once they have enough money to throw at something like that safely, I hope they do. I agree the most important thing is to remain financially stable and debt free, right now and always.
I have been thinking about modern airplanes recently and as we all know they are pretty much the same as they have for the past 20-30 years. As Baltia gains capital I hope they adopt a newer fleet such as the new 747-8 or the Dreamliner instead of adding too many more of their current 747s. If they really want to set the bar for world-class international flights they will need to adopt a better looking, more comfortable and more efficient fleet. I hope they plan to jump into these new planes as soon as they can.
Yeah, and we'll also be busy wiping the drool off of our keyboards. We might also have our winter coats back on as well at that point. I hope not. Maybe we should mail the FAA review team and the Baltia staff a couple of bottles of aderol.. they'd be flying in 3 months!
Thanks for posting the news.
Thanks for posting this. I'm very glad to hear this is not a truthful story. This goes to build on the fact that there are a few people out there with the vested interest in the failure of this airline. May they never realize their goals!
Yes, I agree that when I saw the May 6 launch date announced a voice in my head said "I'll believe it when I see it". But this time around I hope they all hustle their ass off to meet that date or try to launch ahead of schedule to send a good message. I know they're trying hard.
Everyone do yourself a favor and don't read those avation disaster stories, it pretty much made me never want to fly again.
All this talk of plane reliability is totally unnecessary. Do you think that after all of this monumental effort the whole staff has gone through, they are not going to make damn sure this plane is going to be a reliable, well oiled machine? I think that it will be. Too much is riding on this for too many people, it will fly just fine.
Remember the statement in one of the Baltia PRs about the people who promised them a huge line of credit in exchange for a large number of Baltia shares? That turned out to be a scam because there was no line of credit. they ended up returning some of the shares but not all, apparently. These people were trying to sabotage Baltia financially probably because they were associated with people who would stand to lose market share / money from Baltia's exclusive direct routes. Maybe I am being a bit of a conspiracy theorist here for a minute, but there is no denying that when a person or business has a great opportunity to edge out a bunch of other people in a certain market and become dominant (can you say Nicola Tesla?), the people standing to lose money sometimes go to extreme and malicious measures to prevent it. Why do you think we are still driving gas cars in 2010?
Very true. I am looking forward to that and also to read/hear what the WSJ comes up with. I hope the people who are trying to sabotage Baltia's success don't have any way to influence what comes out in this report.
Suprising price dip and return today..
I am personally going to keep my buy order open at .08. I feel like there is still a chance it will drop that low. If it remains in the 9 cent range for a few more days I may reconsider.
That was a very informative read, thanks for posting it. I guess it's just how it's done, but Baltia is going to request a frequency increase before they start their first inaugural flight.. strange.
Based on an earlier post on this board, it sounds like the WSJ brought a film crew and interviewer earlier this month to the terminal but the final product to be aired won't be ready until January. None of this info is verified but it's all the info I have. The price could very well stay above .08 before the story so do what you think is the best move.
Based on the fact that the Wall Street Journal is going to be breaking the story soon that they've been putting together about Baltia, I have personally set a 60 day buy order at the limit price of .07 because I think one day we might have a periodic dip to that price one of these days. But, that's the lowest I think it will go until then.. maybe 7.5 is more like it but we'll see how it pans out.
$5 is the highest estimate that I have heard anyone give about the initial launch price jump. Most was "maybe 3". Do you have an example of a startup jumping that high under similar circumstances? If so, link? I sure hope that you are right though, I think we all do.
If that is possible it makes every little 10th of a penny you can save on the stock price so much more valuable now.
A $5 share is 62.5x more valuable than a $.08 share, so if you buy $1000 at $.075 instead of $.08 like what you could've done today, you've the potential to make $4100 more dollars. That's a good return.
Think it's going to go to .07 today?
