I don't even want to say what I have now. :(
Hopefully, we'll see something good come out of this. Fingers are crossed.
Yes, looks like NITE backed off

What's going on here? Did I miss a PR or something? Glad to see the volume for sure but I don't understand why it didn't happen three PRs ago...
INIX
I just looked and they are current on pinksheets? What are you talking about?
INIX
Hopefully the stock will go up! If they retained a CPA that can do audited financials, that means they came up with money from somewhere. Cautiously optimistic.
INIX
Looks like people are willing to buy .0001s and there seem to be plenty for sale right now. I don't know where they are all coming from but someone most have owned a lot.
Maybe you should say a shed-burner. :)
Or maybe is was Bernanke doubling down on his position.
INIX
Etrade self-clears so they don't have to worry about the DTCC. One of the nice things about trading through them.
#1 on the Breakout Boards! Its been a long time since we've been here! Hopefully this means a good day. The news is good enough to bring life back into this stock.
INIX
Wow, a lot of posts last night and INIX is hitting the breakout board. I hope this spells good things to come!
Edit: I just checked and we're #4 on the breakout board! Go INIX!
Well, from here, anything would be a jump. In the long-run, a slow steady climb would be nice. Definitely looks like we're getting more attention here. Got my fingers crossed.
INIX
Yep, you sound like a pesky shareholder. :P I guess that's one way to make sure they never PR a contract or a new business relationship again. LOL. Let's have several pennystock shareholders bug their new supplier! That's a great first impression for the company. They are probably not allowed to give out this information anyway.
They wouldn't be able to put it in the PR if it weren't "legit".
Looks like all the INIX peeps are sleeping in. Hopefully, this is a good new path for the company.
All I can say is... wow. Looks like the news isn't spreading very fast. Still not showing on Ameritrade for me. Glad the company has something with revenues again! Hopefully on the way back up now!
INIX
I saw this come through on my news feed. Nice to know this company has a pulse! For old times sake, Go INIX!
Is that 106th bone your trigger finger? :) LOL.
My RSS feed just went off. Couldn't believe my eyes...
iFinix Corp. Reports Financial Results for Second Quarter
PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire -08/11/11)- iFinix Corp (Pinksheets: INIX.PK - News), a provider of real-time financial information and services to active traders and to the securities industry, today announced its financial results for the second quarter.
iFinix Corp. reported revenues of $163,733, and a loss of $21,289 for the quarter ending June 30, 2011. These revenues were derived primarily from its wholly owned subsidiary iFinix Futures. This represents an increase in revenues of $33,910 and a decrease in losses of $153,342 compared to the same period last year.
The majority of the losses can be attributed to the company's cost of paying various fees required to gain entry into the DTCC. The company is very optimistic that revenues from iFinix Futures, Inc will continue to increase, allowing the company to become profitable in the very near future.
iFinix CEO, Benhope Munroe, stated, "The company's revenues are on target to meet the projected annual increase of 25% compared to 2010. With that said, I am absolutely committed to uplisting our company to the OTCBB and moving away from pinksheets. This move should allow re-entry into the DTCC, increase shareholder confidence, and make the stock more attractive to investors."

Take a look now... Ask is at .0001. I did have a stupid opinion...I thought this would go up. Time to suck it up and write off $50k. :(
By the L2, looks like we might hit no bid today! Crap....
That's probably because the question has no relevance.

There are two methods of uplisting that don't have share price requirements: FINRA BB and OTCQB. Ben said "no reverse split" in the same conference call as "uplist" so I would guess its going to be one of these and not AMEX. Go INIX!
Anyone who's been in here for over three to six months is averaged higher than you. I've bought shares from .0001 all the way to .038 (no, this is not a typo). Glad you were able to get in now. With an uplisting, this puppy should really take off!! Go INIX!
Somewhere between .0007 and .0008 now. Go INIX!
Yeah, that was a really mixed call of good news and bad news but I really like the sound of uplisting!! Go INIX!
I think I need another beer though.......
I think he just used the word "uplist"!!!???
Got my shares, a cold beer and dialed into the call. Let's hear something good! (PLEASE!!!)
I ended up getting another 2.5 million. Still have to get the average down. What's another $500 bucks after $50k anyway? :)
Go INIX!
My finger is hovering over the buy button at .0002. Still have 30 min to decide if I think this is going to go up like it did after the last conference call.....
.0002 to .0012 and back down again....
Go INIX!
I'll belay. Still got an order in for .0001 to help lower the average. Go INIX! "Its all up from here!" :P
I like gummy bears. They make everything feel better. :) Go INIX!
Now that's just wrong.... 2000 shares? Really? .20 cents in shares $9.99 in trading fees. Nice.
If anything, the DTCC issue is keeping buyers away, not sellers. The current price and futility of selling is keeping us little people from selling our shares. Right now, this doesn't even make a good flip. I was having fun in the .0003/.0004 range cycling shares around. Now is just time to buy. 100% gains coming on any news that's halfway decent.
I believe it was.....
What happens on the tenth???
My brother just picked up 10 million at .0002 and I picked up another 5 million at .0002. I'll wait until it climbs back up.
I use iStockManager. Its basically been screwing up since the last update. Its completely broken now and I haven't been using it. It doesn't update properly and sometimes switches symbols and prices. Not good for a trader. Now would be a good time for the eFinix mobile app! :) Go INIX!
I'll take it that you didn't read the report. On page 5, Section 1.0, (yes, that's the beginning) the report states that there are 56,115 ounces of proven reserves. On top of this, there are inferred reserves and resources as well as other exploration targets.
As of right now, gold per ounce is $1,486.30. That means there is a minimum of $83,403,724.50 worth of proven gold reserves in the ground.
Just FYI, gold is in the ore, which is in the dirt.
Oh yeah, Go INIX! :)
Ummm....Are you serious? Is that a real question? Read the 43-101.
I really don't see them going after a bank. Why do you keep harping on that? The future acquisitions could be anything but I doubt we'll be seeing them acquire a bank. They are expensive to set up and expensive to maintain and the current market for a small regional bank isn't the greatest. I also don't see how a small bank would benefit by going public through iFinix. Do you have any reason to suspect INIX would acquire a bank other than the possible example of a bank in the conference call?
Edit: This post is for mktmkt.
I think you're just trying to outdo lookup's post to get post of the day! LOL!! Good job, Professor X, as always. Go INIX!
