Wallymac, Great Post! I posted this thought a week or 2 ago. Thus far selling this stock with the hope to buy it later at a lower price has been a losing strategy. I have traded the mkt for over 20 yrs. I feel the fair value of this stock today is 1-2 cents. That being said stocks rarely trade at fair value. It's like a pendulum. We could trade for more than fair value. GLTA

Ultima, Although I think your anxiety statement was pretty true, you have to give Goofball credit for not bailing at the bottom. He just so happened to have top ticked the last run of about a month ago. Goofball congrats for hanging tough! Ultima, I think that if you try and trade out of this, like every investor before you, you will get burned. However, there are many different trading strategies and I wish you the best. My suggestion to those investors who don't feel like looking at their screens constantly, is to hang with this stock until they stop making money. Q3 should be announced in mid October. Master01, welcome to this board. Since you are an "oldtimer"like me congrats on holding. I too have never been so excited about IFSL! The stock is trading at an all time high, record earnings, board meeting this Friday, followed by a shareholder CC next week. Why not be excited! GLTA

Springroll, IR called me today just after lunch and Paul said that they just made the CC decision this morning. Not surprisingly the decision was based on all of the questions that the shareholders on this board have posted over the Summer. Good job to all!

KingErik999, I just got a call back from IR regarding my list of questions for the board. Paul told me that their would be a PR after the meeting announcing a Conference Call to discuss questions with shareholders. He said the call would probably be for sometime next week. He also mentioned that they would put out a PR stating that they had no plans to do a reverse split for the next 12 months.(If ever) Congrats to all longs. Go IFSL

Goofball, I think the company was listening to you. This is a great PR. IR told me about a month ago that some analyst was writing a report on IFSL, I guess he finished it. It looks good!

I am putting a list of questions together for IR to present at the board mtg. The #1 thing I want to see is some details on a share buyback, and #2 Reducing the # of Authorized shares. Now that you are back in the black, do you have any questions that I could put on my list?

Babeemer, this is good news. Christmas time of 2004 the economy was going well and RE was hot. Today with RE is 20-40% lower, slower economy, and much higher unemployment. No wonder business is booming for IFSL The video also mentioned dvd's, they don't make $ selling CD's today. Today they have a residual revenue model. They charge a growing pool of potential customers $30-50 a month. To quote from the PR this morning "We are excited to be entering the international marketplace with such a great company," said Chris Sunyich, Pres of IFSL "We recognize that the enormous success we're enjoying is the combination of the perfect product at the perfect time and we are going to be aggressive in making sure we seize the day. Retaining this marketing firm gives us yet another "frontier"in which we can prospect. Given our successes thus far in new marketing initiatives, we've got cause to be optimistic." This is exciting! No wonder the company went from making $1M in 2009 to making $1M a month in 2009. Pretty awesome growth!

Babeemer, what I thought was great was that after Steve Sunyich gave some examples of potential customers, you realize just how huge the potential market is. Then today they announced they will do business in India. What a day, and we had a new closing high @ 0037. Wow!

Ezyy, you are spot on with that statement, and I to have done my DD. Although this is a pink sheet stock it has a very different feel to it. First of all they make money, secondly their business fills a void that is critically needed, and lastly and probably most important is access to the company. How many on this board have called in to IR and have Paul Currie pick up the phone live and spend 20-30 minutes with you. I sometimes feel bad taking so much of his time, but he always says to me not to hesitate to call back with a question! I feel that for many longs this is 1 of the reasons they don't feel the need to sell when the stock spikes. Today I sent an Email to Steve Sunyich to thank him for putting someone competent as the head of IR, someone who actually seems to care. Let's see where the next run takes us, 0043 sure seemed EZ today. GLTA

Ezyy, we don't need to celebrate, the stock just continues to march higher! The longs are staying long. Today we sold off late do to momentum traders. Those guys have a different trading mentality then I do, I don't have a problem with them since they provide more exposure to the stock. If they want to waste their time trading for peanuts that's their business. I have been long for several years and own the majority of my stock @0001, I think this is a 10 cent stock in 12-24 months, and when it gets there I will consider selling some, but not until. The fact we picked up a new basher is encouraging, last Summer when the stock was 0001 I assure you there were no bashers. I welcome the bashers, and I invite them to try and short the stock. This is a real company making money. Lots of money! GLTA

Olandug, I agree with you. People will be buying this stock tomorrow morning with both fists! I would imagine that we will get some PR this week, probably Tuesday, or Wednesday. IR will probably be slammed with phone calls this week as well. I know of at least a dozen of my friends who will be buying at the open. I'm sure that many on this board have friends who will be buying also. The big buyer from last week is probably not done either, which could make for a wild final 30 minutes, and lastly IFSL might be in buying too. This week is going to rock! GLTA

Skivail, What is your current position, and average cost basis if I may ask?

Skivail, I did not own SPNG. I have done a little DD on them. I think that it is great that they are a real company making money, but honestly how many sponges does the average household require? IFSL has a recurring revenue model, and their clients pay $30-$50/ a month, and stay in their program from wks to years. When I first became aware of IFSL 4+ years ago, I knew that at some point the company would take off. This entire country is way over leveraged, and since RE prices have been going down people cannot use their houses like an ATM machine. Americans have to come to the realization that they need to get out of debt, and IFSL has a service that most people need. During my conversations with IR this summer, Paul indicated that the company was in the process of tweaking the business model in order to make the current members stay in for years and years. He used the term "stickier". We have a real gem on our hands here. In 2008 IFSL did less than $1M in revenues, they are currently doing $1M+ month! I think this company is unbelievably cheap. As I have stated I think this stock trades to a dime in 12-24 months. GLTA

Skivail. what kind of earnings power does BEHL have? IFSL will prob do 13-16M in rev this year with high margins. They make $ have $1M in receivables as of June, and will most likely buy back shares. I honestly don't know. But I'm holding out for 5-10 cents within 12-24 months.GL

Ezyy, whomever "Mr Big" was over the last 3 days certainly cleaned up the stock. With very little selling and more buying pressure, this stock should be making new highs. Going fwd I am expecting the company to be is the stock aggressively especially on days with selling, and or low volume. Congrats to all longs for staying long! With little exception almost everyone who has sold this stock in hopes of buying it lower has "outsmarted themselves". The substantial money will be made by those who hold for at least the next 12-24 months! GLTA and enjoy your weekend!

Goof, Be right and be patient! I have owned this stock for several years, and I have never felt more at ease with any company. Relax! If you would have tripled up last wk when I suggested you would probably be up today. Listen, I own most of my shares @0001, however I think that they are worth 5-10 cents a share. Enjoy the ride! If you ever have any questions just call IR. Paul Currie will answer any and all of your questions. He is not only a board member but he is one of the largest shareholders in the company. I appreciate your caution but don't over-analyze this stock. GLTA

Criscros, I had a great call with IR today. Paul told me to expect some very solid press in the coming weeks, and suggested that any shareholder should call him next wk with any questions or concerns before he leaves for the board meeting in Las Vegas on the 28th.

Does he feel ripped off because he sold @0019, only to watch as it grind higher. Poor guy is probably losing his mind. Pray for his lost soul. Don't beat him up!

Ezyy, like I heard Steve Sunyich say in an interview "Everyone's financial situation is unique and different". Many of these guys are probably trying to make a couple of extra bucks. They will be sorry like Puckhead, and be tortured daily as this stock grinds higher!
