Looks like jail #13 added today. Rockwall County, TX.
Congadulations CPSZ
Montrose, Co. was on their ezmoneyload web site.
OH MY!!! Congradulations on #12 facility CPSZ
AWESOME!!!
Looks like they landed Yuba County in Ca.
Yuba is on the ez money load site.
Keep closing them one by one EZ!!!
Through my own research, I find Touchpay and Jaypay to be one dimensional. They are not even close to offering what Ez Card has.
Please remember Ez has replaced Touchpay in several locations as well as beating them in the RFP process. Clark County, NV. comes to mind where EZ beat both Jpay and Touchpay.
If you were to look at their money load website you would see they are in Michigan as well.
I do agree that Touchpay and Jpay are large, thriving companys, but EZ is right on their heels offering alot more services.
EZ is on the radar!!
Very interesting.
Everyone seems to forget they also do online bail, cash bail and credit card bail at the kiosk. I do not believe any of the other providers offer this option. Huge revenue producer!!!
Can anyone guess what the solution to this problem is??
http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2010/mar/08/want-post-bail-wait-until-morning/
We already know they are in FL.- Broward County!
I am sure they will be doing a P/R on Broward soon.
They are knocking on the doors of the "Big Boys" now.
It's all about setting the table and closing the deal.
From what I can see so far is that this company is very good at doing exactly that.
Their growth factor is amazing.
You can bet the people selling shares at .027, .028, .03 are going
to be crying in their Cheerios come one morning real soon.
Bid .0394 Ask .0395
Lets make March our month!!!
Like I mentioned in a previous post, March will be our month.
I see it like this: Financials, P/R, P/R, P/R, P/R, P/R, P/R
What a great time to buy.
Go get'm EZ!!!!
i do see Broward County on their website.
That should be a great P/R when it comes out.
6000 bed jail!!!
March wil be our month.
Hold onto your seats and get ready for the ride
Over time I have bought in at .12, .10, .08, .075, .06, .05,
a lot at .04, .03, and .02
I guess you could say I am "ALL IN" and waiting on that River Card.
.05 would be a good start to stage my comeback.
Go get'em CPSZ!!!!
Friday P/R coming up??
Does anyone have more info on Broward County??
Broward County is back up on there website.
I seen it on their ezmoneyload site.
No doubt it is coming or it would not have been there.
Do you agree?
I believe Broward County is about a 6000 bed facility.
What an AWESOME account. Looking forward to this P/R!!!
Clark county officially on board. WOW!!!!
This is a large account. Should be quite the revenue producer.
Good job CPSZ
Continental Prison Systems Deploys Kiosks In Three Jails
PaymentsSource | Thursday, January 28, 2010
Three county jails in Colorado and Utah have installed or are scheduled to install payment kiosks, eliminating the need for jail
employees to handle inmates’ cash, according to agreements the jails signed with Continental Prison Systems Inc.
Continental Prison Systems, a Fresno, Calif.-based company that does business as EZ Card & Kiosk LLC, installed kiosks in
Clear Creek Jail, a 120-bed facility in Georgetown, Colo., and Montrose County Jail, a 220-bed jail in Montrose, Colo. Continental
plans to install kiosks in Davis County Jail, a 600-bed facility in Farmington, Utah, by the middle of February.
Inmates deposit funds into the kiosks, which are manufactured by Kiosk Information Systems of Louisville, Colo., and another,
unnamed company. The kiosks issue two receipts–one to the inmate and another to the jail. When the inmate is released, the
kiosk loads the inmate’s funds into a debit card account offered by U.S. PayCard, a Las Vegas-based company that is an investor
in Continental Prison Systems.
Peoples Bank of Paris, Texas, issues the card, and is Continental Prison Systems’ merchant acquirer. Released prisoners can
withdraw funds from any Star network ATM or point-of-sale location.
Installation of kiosks save jails $150,000 to $200,000 annually in overhead expense because the institutions do have to assign
employees to handle inmate cash, says Frank Hofmeister, a Continental Prisons Systems spokesperson.
Davis County Jail will deploy four kiosks. Employees will use one of the kiosks to book arrested individuals, and inmates can use a
second kiosk to post bail either with a debit card, credit card or cash. A third kiosk, located in the jail’s lobby, enables inmates’
friends or relatives to deposit funds with cash or a credit or debit card into prisoners’ jail accounts. It will use a fourth kiosk to pay
inmates participating in the county’s work-release program. The county will load payments into the U.S. PayCard debit card
account.
Clear Creek County Jail deployed two kiosks, one in the booking area another in the visitor lobby.
Montrose County Jail deployed three kiosks. One of the kiosks is for booking suspects. The second is used to pay inmates
assigned to the county’s work-release program, and a third, located in the jail’s lobby, enables relatives or friends to deposit funds
into inmates’ accounts.

I am happy to buy all your shares and then take the money and "invest" in some professional therapy!!
What a sense of humor!!
Ez seems to be taking over the state of Colorado.
I believe once these correctional officers speak with each other about whats works for them the word spreads fast.
Good job!!
No such luck. I heard about this company and what they do a while back. I loved the idea. I have a lot of money invested here. I guess you could say I put all my eggs in one basket. I truly believe they will be a success story real soon.
To Frank H.
Most of the people on this board are 100% behind you and your staff. Your company has accomplished a lot in a short period of time. Keep signing and installing accounts.
Do your homework!! Ez's accounts are in county jails not federal. County jails have a faster turn over. IE: more debit cards, money loads, bails.
I do not think you will see a P/R on signing/opening a federal facility anytime soon.
I agree. Frank H. must have a lot on his plate as he and his company are making moves to secure accounts, partnerships and
everything it takes to be a profitable company. This road is not
traveled overnight and takes time. I am not bothered by "no news"
as they put the pieces together. This company will not fail.
Like anything good that comes, it takes time. It is all about Staying Power!!
Outstanding!!
My understanding is the commissary company lost their account
with Rutherford county and Ez was tied to them.
I believe there was only 1 kiosk involved plus they are a much smaller jail that 750 beds. Ez only did money loads at this facility.
I believe the company has shown who they are and what they due.
Thank you Surf for all the info and the quick education on this company.
Most likely the 30 day silent period is they are getting all their
ducks in a row per the end of the year.
Even when the P/R's were coming out it did not shoot the stock
through the roof. The MM's still did what they seem to do on a daily basis. This will all change soon.
I am sure the company has a boat load of info they will be sharing with us in the near future.
I feel very good about the direction we are moving.
Let's all stay positive!!
Just hold on to your seats. This ride is going to take off real soon. Buying would be a very good thing right now.
Very well put Sandls.
There appears to be unrest among a selected few.
I guess it helps some people feel better when they bitch.
I am in it for the long haul and lets give Frank H. and the
rest of his crew some credit for what they have accomplished.
This is a growing company and so far so good.
2010 will be our year!!
Fraud is such a strong word to use when you have a company
that has several money making accounts up and running.
The New Year will provide us with all of what we need to know.
I truly believe they are putting together their financials
and have several more accounts to be announced within the same
time frame.
There will come a day soon that we all look back and say: I GOT
IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR.
To All: HANG IN THERE!!!
They are filling the chamber with accounts and will come out
with both barrels "a Blazzin"
Patience is a very good thing at this point.
Here is to an Unbelievable January!!!
Granted, the company has not put out any financials or info.
The fact still remains that they do have 12 accounts up and running and they are a company less than 2 years old.
There are several people in the jail space that know of these
guy's and have confirmed what they have is a GREAT product!!
They are very much in demand and you can bet that all the info
you want to see is coming!!
.03 is a steal and people will understand this when they pull up
CPSZ one day and it is at .10 or higher overnight!!
Take advantage while you can.
Do MM's only play with penny stocks?
Do they go away when you move up to the next board?
How do the MM's work?
Do they control the Bid and the Ask to where they can make it go up or down at will??
