What is that white noise I hear.....for a minutes thought it was ntelligent life form, my mistake.....
I love good lawyer jokes, what a way to bring in the New Year. What do you call a cruise ship with a 700 lawyers on the bottom of the ocean floor?
A good start!!!

I love a good BBQ.
I was sitting here watching a couple Blackhawks do touch and goes and decided a good food post might be in order. Fred and I have the Caronas at 34 degrees and they actually form a little ice when you pop them.
We have decided to cook crab stuffed Steelhead Salmon. I know, I know Steelhead is actually a trout and someone is going to argue about that.
Anyone want the recipe for crab stuffed Salmon and how to cook it. We are going to sit here, watch planes and helicopters, drink Caronas and watch the salmon cook in anticipation of a killer meal.
Just to keep this on topic, we will be talking about getting an 11 meter demo craft built and how do we do it.
Sorry about the lack of updates that darn old site has been giving us trouble.
Don't you just love capitalism.
God Bless America and the free market

Has anyone here ever cooked real killer ribs. I have been wrestling with how to cook good ribs that are moist, falls off the bone and melts in your mouth.
I heard of a way and gave it a shot. You take the ribs, put beer and spices in a pressure cooker and cook for about 15-18 minutes, turn if off or take away from the heat and let is slowly cool off for about 20-30 minutes.
You then finish the ribs on a grill with a mop sauce on medium low heat cooking slightly offset of the heat source.
The pressure cooker seems to break down the fat and somehow push the moisture in the meat.
Now I am not sure if the Caronas with lime during the cooking process made them better, but man, after about 2 hours of drinking Caronas and cooking ribs, I am not sure who was cooked the most.
When all else fails, a good BBQ makes ones day!!!

Greetings all.
Just wanted to stop by and wish everyone a Happy Fourth. Take time to remember what it really means and get involved politically. Be engaged or we will loose this great Republic. No matter what side of the aisle you are on, go work on a campaign, initiative, referendum and make a difference or you will deserve what we get. We are a representative form of government and all politics is local.
Our founding fathers took great risk and most ended penniless and broke in exchange for freedom. We have been too busy wearing our hats backwards and watching the playoffs, meanwhile, they are stealing your freedoms right under your nose.
GO GET INVOLVED!!!!! IT CAN BE ALLOT OF FUN!!!!!!!
OK, off the soap box I go.
HAPPY FOURTH!!!!!
Brad
Actually it was in Richland Washington and it ran north if you know whats there...caused major "sh*t storm" to say the least....but at least the toilets flush. Now if we could just sell tags for lawyers like dear and elk life would be grand!!!
Brad
Lets see, 10 hearings in 7 weeks, depositions, discovery demands & requests, move a 51,000 square foot warehouse contents that is full in 3 weeks, move 5 trucks and excavator in 15 days or it is a crime, city sewer was not connected to warehouse when sewers were connected couple years ago, had everyhting back up,hire contractor because you are so busy and he hits 1,000 pair cable and fiber optics that were mismarked and then your 20 year old daughter calls you for help and it could be life threatening. Just a tad bit busy, I can't make this crap up (pun intended)and this is the short list. I am sorry for the delay.
Brad
yes, just been unexpectedly busy with these pesky little critters. When they don't have a case they baffle with bull***t....great system we have but payback is a you know what. Standby
Brad
Rainbow your a hoot. Sorry for the delay, had a couple yappy chiuaua laywers nipping at my pant leg. Have to teach them a lesson of life. Some day they will sell tags for lawyers and politicians like elk and dear. If not, they will send them to SEC to read porn.
Taki, I see Greece debt is reduced to junk bonds and Portugal followed...then Spain next....here it comes boys.
Sorry for the delay, can't just shoot the pesky little rascals, have to "slow roast" the yappy little B***ards.
Greetings,
Just wanted to stop in and say hi. I have been overwhelmed on several projects trying to beat the deadline of the further tidal wave of commercial credit melt down. Many do not share my view, but I think we are about to see a tidal wave of "bad news" in the commercial credit markets. You have to be brain dead not to see what is unfolding as you drive around town and see the vacant store fronts and behind each of these are people leveraged that cannot make their mortgage payments. The tallest building in Seattle just missed a 68million payment....hello.
I have spent a great deal of time working on several client projects and now can spend a great deal more time on Radix. I am actually looking forward to it.
Sorry for the delay, time to roast some people now....don't get mad...get even. Keep an eye on the web site for updates.
Brad
Great article in the Seattle Times business section last Sunday about market makers and what they try and do to pink sheet companies and manipulate. It gives an example of a local company and what they had to deal with.

I resent any inference that I called Kathy doing something "stupid". Kathy and I have done business and been friends for 15 years. She has been like a sister to me through allot over the years. She is one of the smartest, hardest working, sincere people I have even known. She has more integrity in her little pinky than most people in business have in their entire body.
She gave her heart, soul, health and finances to the companies over the last 15 years that I have known her. She always put shareholders interest well ahead of her own even to the point she ruined her own health. While we have not always seen eye to eye on some subjects, she never wavered from her commitment in her working in the best interest of shareholders.
Lajolla is a "unfortunate" part of the past. That is history now and we can all try to move forward. The only thing Kathy ever did wrong, in my opinion, is trust and entrust some people that did not have the companies best interest at heart.
As for "lawsuits" you are giving that way to much weight in life. Many lawyers are decent people. Several need to have their ears pinned to their a**es. We need to sell tags for lawyers like we do dear and elk and the world would be a better place. The crooked ones get theirs in due time. Like Kathy has said many times...don't poke a rattlesnake with a sharp stick or kick the sleeping bear!!
Brad
I think this guy is chewing, smoking or otherwise ingesting too much khat.
Get me a point of contact for both boards and we will contact them and ferrit him out.
And the scarry part is these people reproduce and further mess up the gene pool.
SORRY FOR THE PHONE ISSUES: We have been moving desks, phones, computers and offices around the last couple weeks to make things more efficient around here. If you have had problems, call back and I appologize. This is my busy time of year and just leave a message with Tanya.
As for being Pi**ed, yes and dissapointed. I really tire of bustng my hump and to have armchair quaterbacks with alterior motives banter and churn old, otherwise worthless, dribble about.
For those of you with IQ larger than your wasteline, we enjoy talking to you and answering questions of real value.
BG
Sorry you had trouble. I am really busy this time of year trying to get ready for the white stuff...no...snow on this side of the hill....4-5 weeks.
You can call the company, 509 248 0283. Email had a glitch in it off the web site. I think it is fixed now.
Brad
Correction,
As I have stated, I will only weigh in when I see a mistatement of fact.
I had NO conversation with anyone about shorted shares in recent days and specifically NEVER mentioned a number of 30 million shares being short.
For those of you that have written and called, thanks for your interest in Radix and support over the years.

The credit market is in the porocess of imploding as I see it. I tell people it is like snami's coming and the first one was the sub prime real estate. The "lagoon" has emptied and we have this "sense" of calm just before the next 2 and it will make the sib prime look likes child play. Now you have credit card and commercial credit. 76% of all commercial loans come due in the next 24 months and these people have no where to go. What is happening now is the pundits are doing their best to convince you we have turned the corner and real estate has bottomed out. Real estate will sink another 20-30% to get to its "real value" and it will be another 18-30 months to bottom out. It will then take another 5-7 years to "flush out" the existing over supply before new property is broght online. The best economy in the nation will be the area from Yakima Washington to Richland Washington IMO.
3,000 of the 8500 banks need to be shut down. They are over leveraged and they have only closed 60 for the year. I think we should see an acceleration of consolidation coming.
I have some real good statistics I can post, but the files might be too large and most people simply do not want the truth, because they can not handlle the truth.
Banking leverage over the past ten years has risen from 19% to 50% versus tangible equity and is currently about 45%. In England it is 55%. UK bank assets are 5 times GDP, whereas they are 2 to 1 in the US.
U6 unemployment minus the birth/death ratio is 20.5%. Job losses are now equal to or greater than at any time since WWII. All job growth since 2002 has been totally wiped out. The average workweek is 33 hours as more and more companies request employees to take unpaid leave. That government says amounts to more than 9 million people, or 5.8% of the workforce. Those figures are greatly understated as factories work at 65% of capacity utilization. The average length of official unemployment is 24.5 weeks, the longest since stats began in 1948.
While all of this does not bode well for the economy, I think it creates huge opportunity in the market for thinking people.
People are out of cash and banks are rolling back credit lines on even business with good credit and payment history. I work with a company that had a 8mm line of credit, bank rolled it back to 1mm. He sold off inventory for 65-70 on the dollar just to get the cash to pay the bank line into compliance. These fire sales were to future customers of his products. This in turn robs him of profits now as well as future profits as these customers filled their needs early and created a "sales void".
At this point in time, book debt means little as most creditors are running around with their "Monte Hall" hats on and want to make a deal for 20-30 cents on the dollar or better...they simply need the cash.
Just a few thoughts off point.
If you want some more info off topic, but about economy, would love to share my thoughts...Did I tell you I am an optomist.
Brad
Lazyeye,
Yes it is me, I do not hide behind fake sirnames or alias. Taki did send me the email and was really pi$$ed. I am tired of bashers of the company and you have never called. I keep track of people that actually take the time to call. I also get their share count, address and personal info to confirm who they are. It is amazing how many people on these boards play the "pea and thimble game". I do not post on boards, but do jump in now again when people "loosly" handle the truth. Taki is not one of these.
For the record. I mistated the float to Taki when he called the other day. I told him 78,000,000 it is actually 83,104,435. I felt bad he had to take some heat for my mistatement.
If any of you are real shareholders, please go vote on the location of the annual meeting. We want this to be fun, informative and something shareholders will come back to. I look forward to meeting many of you and if you have legitimate questions, please call the company and get answers to your questions. This is your company and you neet to be pro active.
If it is in Yakima, you will be treated to some of my to die for prime rib and salmon and a wine tour and I will drive one of the limo's for a private tour and you will meet some wine makers.
I am sorry for the error. Hope to see you at the meeting. We will post pictures on the website of the event.
