Wow, so there are others who think like us.
Let's get this party started.
Nice work LFV
What a great 8-K.
No more financial problems and Southwestern contract
commences "Producing Income" on November 16, 2009.
I guess Dennis and the boys will have them completed, delivered, and up and ready in less than 1 week.
This has got to get some interest from the Big Boys.
Way to go ESPH.
Investor Confusion! LOL

I wonder what the reasoning is for receiving
half in restricted common stock and half in stock options.
With such large blocks and high volume, I wonder why there's no upward movement yet.
He's listed under the Board of Directors.
I stumbled upon this letter a week ago that tied Ecosphere into it without the writer even knowing who they are.

Then I found the following release on Newfields site today.

I wonder if we're heading into the Marcellus Shale?
STOP THE INSANITY!
The soonest we'll see the next 10-Q will be mid Nov., and we have until approx. Dec.10th to fullfill the Southwestern Energy order, so we have awhile before any news from these comes out. I drove past ESPH yesterday and saw 3 of the Big Blue Ecos Frac Systems. There were more vehicles and people working than I've ever seen there before. If we can't get people to buy into the fact of Ecosphere creating the technology to preserve the worlds #1 resource, maybe at this time, it may be more important to examine all of the JOBS that this one small company is preserving (or creating). Just think about all the different parts and pieces that are going into this technology that needs to be manufactured. How about the Trailers and Containers that have to be built. The assembly guys to put it all together, and the Truck Drivers to move it all. Somebody needs to get hold of this story of a little company from Stuart ,Fl. named Ecosphere Technologies. "Stimulating the Economy While Preserving America's #1 Resource". NOW THAT'S AMERICAN.
Try this link http://online.wsj.com/article/SB125488083831569881.html
If it doesn't work, just Google Southwestern Energy and you'll find it under news.
Evidently , it did not work.
Looks like I can't blame NITE anymore. They're at least keeping their ASK up. Who's the smuck that sold @ .42 ?
I just stumbled upon this article from yesterday. The Heavy Hitters like Haliburton and Schlumberger have got to be in talks with Simmons & Co. on ESPH. These companies must show they are proactive today.http://www.forbes.com/2009/09/28/cabot-hydraulic-fracturing-business-energy-fracking.html
I noticed that the ASK were holding their grounds and not following the BID down yesterday. That's at least positive.
Time to organize a good ol' Glenn Beck Tea Party, outside the NITE office.
Here's another name to add to your list. "Schlumberger"
I was reading an article some time ago on Haliburton, and this name came up. I just went to their website, and the first thing that popped up was an article titled "Gould speaks at Simmons & Company Investor Conference" . Gould happens to be Andrew Gould, Chairman and CEO of Schlumberger.
I scanned through the article and just happened to notice that he quotes evidence and data from "BP". I don't know if I'm reading too much into things, but Schlumberger had a transaction with a Company that Simmons rep'd in 2008 that I found on the Simmons website.Schlumberger also has a "Water Services" division. They're Worldwide. Could be nothing, could be something. Time will tell. http://www.slb.com/
We're going the wrong way.
Could it be just filling gaps?
There's 5450 @ .51 !
What's it telling us when the "Ask" size goes down from 5000 to 2500.
That would be a good number for Dennis or Patrick to buy and
get this moving.
What we need now, is for somebody to step up to the plate and do some significant insider buying.
They revamped the website on or around Sept. 10th.
I think it's pretty impressive to send people to.
That post was incredibly scary to read.
You replace Irish with English, seven figures with high six figures, and .38 with .46, and my wife would have thought I wrote it. I'm glad I'm not alone in this venture.
You are absolutely correct.(I researched the definition)
I never intended it to be a dig on you, I simply was trying to compare the figures to the WSR Analytical report. Please accept my apology .
The release states REVENUES exceeding $20 mil. This is not a "Gross" sales figure. Revenues are the actual profits after costs. If you revisit WSR Analytical report from June '08 and assume that it was written a year pre-mature, they reflected a 12 mos. target price of $2.15 based on "Revenues" of $16.56 mil.http://wallstreetresources.net/pdf/fc/ESPH2.pdf
I count on this boards knowledge for following the progress of ESPH. With the release out this morning projecting greater than $20 Million profits for 2010. What should that make our stock worth? http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Ecosphere-Technologies-iw-3147027275.html?x=0&.v=1
At the risk of sounding greedy. I'll be happy with .50 this week and wait until next for .78. LOL
According to the 6 mo. AOL Technical chart. News came out on 4/14 about the Ozonix break through, then on 4/16 they released the BCG option agreement. Investor reactions didn't really happen until 4/21-4/29. We'll see how this one plays out.
How about to .44!!!!
What do the charts show now?
Is this the beginning a something big?
I had also read that article. With the Gorgon project alone netting $300 Billion over 20 years, you've got to believe that our little company has the potential to be worth in the Billions (with a "B")IMO to a company with worldwide exposure.
We'll see how it rides out.
It looks like the largest players in the Industry are Schlumberger,Haliburton, and Baker Hughes. Baker Hughes just finalized an aquisition with BJ Services for $5.5 Bil.. Simmons & Company has assisted on transactions for their clients with both Baker Hughes and BJ Services. This could be the Company to watch for.
Is that annually?
Why aren't the MM's driving the price up?
The news was from Dec.'05 When they contracted to build the
Disaster Response Truck. Joe Allbaugh was the guy to get this pushed through to the Government under Homeland Security for contracts.Obviously the job didn't get done. A year ago ESPH announced that Dennis McGuire would pursue the Natural Gas Industry and that Pat Haskell would be working on their other products.Do we know who/why SAIG was brought in? They sign Multi-Million Dollar contracts with the Government,Armed Services, and Homeland Security weekly.Look at the Patents and Prototypes that ESPH holds and you'll see that we could be very diversified in the near future.
You still have me curious about the Pierce link.
Is something presently happening? I've been following SAIG
since ESPH partnered up, and now with them acuiring R.W.Beck in August,I can see how things could come into place to move some Disaster Response Trucks.
Followed your link from Yahoo.Thx
Their releases typically come on Tues. or Thurs.
Still Hope for tomorrow.
