Not too shabby for a .0014 company with a bright future (see WNBD).
Lots of room for higher PPS.
IMOOC,
SpongeBath
I don't think so. There was allot of buying after me.
19,643,000 to be exact lol.
I just couldn't stand to see them drop the ask back to .0013 again. i had to pull the trigger. Sure got things started.
It's a new company, with a bright future now.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
My $140 buy at 15:49:26 got the ball rolling.
Now, who was supposed to paint the tape with .0015 at the EOD. Someone dropped the ball. What's up with that lol.
Great day. Looking forward to news from the new CEO.
SpongeBath
Today I think I know what Charlie Foster meant by regaining control of their operations under SSEV.
SpongeBath
So far only 3.19mm shares sold from what I can see. The rest are all buys.
SpongeBath
Where is everybody? I thought there would be a flood of post by happy people.
SpongeBath
Since restricted shares are part of the O/S, this looks like an increase of 323,731,937 shares. This should work out to about $145,679 in working capital using average sale price of .00045.
They may have a private deal to sell for more, or less $$$.
While no investor wants to see their stock diluted. We must all realize that this is how development stage companies grow. That is why they go public in the first place.
We will all just have to be patient, and wait for the production, and sales stage. Hopefully they will use those profits to buy back the stock.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
okiearki, I don't know if that is good, or bad?
How do you feel about Mr. Humphries, based on your personal involvement with SSEV.
SpongeBath
That's OK, this was from my call yesterday. I don't remember the exact wording, but he was talking about where HOSS had been, what they had gone through in the past, and did say they had take back control of their day to day operations, and product designs.
Of course, I did not introduce myself as SpongeBath, and it seems that a few more people have called him since yesterday, so I can understand why he might not know what conversation you were referring to.
I will call him back, and see if I can get more clarification on some of these points.

Also per otcmarkets.com
Business Stage
Development Stage Company
Development stage companies go public to access capitol. It is normal for them to sell shares (not directly into the open market) in order to build the business. Once they get to the production, and sales stage, and profits begin to come in, they will usually begin a stock buyback program to reduce the O/S.
HOSS is very near the production stage, and HHHI has applied to the EPA for a grant. If the grant is approved, that equals allot less shares that will need to be sold.
This is a ground floor opportunity to buy at .0005 - .0006.
Would you rather wait until they are profitable, reducing the O/S, and pay .005 - $???. At that point it may be too late IMO.

Sonic, call Charlie Foster at 877-599-7872. He says they have take control of their own business, while under SSEV. Just call and ask.
SSEV is just a shell, and deals with the public side of things, not the day to day business of HOSS.
SpongeBath
And dollars, this technology is not only good for diesel truck emissions, but much of the electrical power in this, and other countries is still produced by diesel generators.
SpongeBath
I was told that until the changes were finalized, that they could not give me any information. The woman seemed to feel bad about not being able to tell me. No way to tell if good, or bad, but as senator said, looks like allot of buying today.
After talking with Charlie at HOSS, I feel confident that there is some great news coming in the next month, or so. He certainly seemed upbeat about the new production facility.
SpongeBath
That was exactly the answer I got.
SpongeBath
If I'm wrong, it was only a misunderstanding. He definitely mentioned stimulus money.
As I said, I may have misunderstood what he was talking about. He had allot to say, and I apologize if that is not the case.
SpongeBath
Senator, I just got off the phone with Charlie Foster. He designed the first HOSS UTVs
He says the factory should be up, and running in the next thirty days. The gas version will sell between $4500, and $5900. They will also be building a fully electric, Hybrid, and a Hydrogen Fuel Cell version of their UTV. He seemed very excited about their future, and verified that they are under SSEV.
The money for the factory is coming from government stimulus.
Hurrah,
SpongeBath
Thanks bacon, Someone should update this in a PR. I searched everywhere, and could only find their old web address. Is this new, or has it been around for awhile?
SpongeBath
Senator,
I would sure feel better if HOSS' website was up and running. I actually communicate regularly with the owner of a company that might sell HOSS UTVs online (nation wide), and at brick and mortar locations in Southern Cali.
I bought an ATV from them (not HOSS), and have an interest in any US manufacturer of ORVs that can compete with Japan, and China. HOSS was actually the reason I first got into this stock.
SpongeBath
Senator,
I have no idea how many employees HHHI has. I wasn't trying to paint a bad picture. Just trying to answer Cburg who said they couldn't find the number of employees. SSEV is the shell, and does not require allot of employees to operate. Shells never list the number of employees working for their subsidiaries.
It does look to me like HHHI, and Hoss Motors may need to push Humphries to do better by the shareholders, of which I am one.
I just added more today at .0005.
I'm hoping they get the grant they applied for. If that happens, this stock will be singing a different tune IMO.
SpongeBath
Egal, how long do you really think it would stay at .06 - .08 if he started dumping 175mm shares? He wouldn't even get 15mm sold before price dropped below profit range. It would be ludacris for him to do so. No point in selling until price is at least five times .08 (.40 or more).
I believe he will hold until it is much higher than that, and may not sell until company is bought out IMO.

And this???
BIHC are the only liars here, many poster proved this years ago,,,We all know Edward W Hayter has been lying for several years. We know Edward W Hayter uses message boards and to pump and control the postings on his related companies,,We know Christian Gallo been lying since day 1 about BIHC,,,,,,Gallo also admitted using the message boards,,Do all great companies have CEO's posting on Message boards???What is Gallo and Hayters intent by lying??? This group of thugs are about to face some serious issues that can land many of them in Jail!!We have proof that Edward W Hayter has used the message boards to attack certain individuals!
The only Lies told here have been from BIHC management,,BIHC lied over and over again for their own personal gain! Now coming to a screaming halt by the SEC!
BIHC is a SCAM! BIHC are the LIARS!
The SEC is gonna ruin Gallo,,Thats what he deserves!
And this???
To BIHC investors,,,,This is Kinda Sad,,,
Bihc management are liars,,
Those certain people should file a suit if they feel i Slandered them and caused Damage!! My suit with Edward W Hayter is against him and only him,,, for now..
Slander and Cause damage???Thats why Edward W Hayter is being sued by my wife and I,,Dam That's Funny !!
Edward W Hayter should stop posting on message boards,,I wonder if his lawyer Sammy knows hes still at it!
Certain names in negitive post??? I would'nt think those certain people would file a suit against me,Gallo would crumble and the Astroms wouldnt like it nor would a few other selected CEO's
These CEO's knows i have covered every track cover since 1999!!

Gallo couldnt even spell his name right!! Had to hide it from the public,,,Cant wait to see u fall Christian!!!
Esta no problemo, I'll pass it on to management.
SpongeBath
You know me, you just don't know it. I have 18.4mm shares.
I started, and dissolved an LLC. My name is on Gallo's subpoena. Does that help you figure things out?
SpongeBath
Actually, I do, and soon you will too. The O/S is just under 400mm shares, and Mr. Gallo owns 300mm of that. The float is around 40mm, and is owned over, and over, and over, and over. I own nearly half the float myself, and personally know of at least 100mm more shares held by retail investors. Those are called air shares. They were produced by NSS. If the SEC had found that somehow the company had sold unregistered, or restricted shares, they would have submitted a wells notice long before this. To suggest that the SEC needed testimony from Gallo to know if shares were illegally sold by the company, or Gallo, is to suggest that the SEC is completely stupid. Is that your contention?
SpongeBath
Thanks Sony, you are completely correct on all counts.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
There is no reason to do that unless he is unable to provide the info the SEC is asking for. If he could provide the info, he would and BIHC would have continued with business as usual and still be trading on the pinks and probably at a much higher price than what it is now.
Again, a total lie. BIHC was suspended. Standard procedure put them on the Greys. They would be there now, whether the subpoena had been served properly, or not. Christian Gallo was the CEO, and is still the controlling owner of BIHC, but even if he were not the CEO at the time (ad he was), it would not change the value of BIHC. That is strictly based on the business of Baron Intl. If you really knew how to do any DD, you would already know how well Baron is doing in relation to the share structure. This stock should be trading at .50, and that scares NSS to death. They will do anything they can to keep this stock from rising from the dead.
I have news for you. No matter what you do, it will.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
All questions were already answered through hours of depositions, and documents presented to prove everything was true. That is why no wells notice was ever issued. Gallo's testimony was never needed, as all the PRs were related to Baron business. Remember, this is a shell. Ingalla, even though in great pain, submitted all contract documents to the SEC, and was deposed for hours himself. This is nothing but a witch hunt.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
Every PR BIHC put out was a lie.
This one is precious. Every PR, REALLY. I want some of what you're smoking.
While I believe they should have put out a PR in a timely manner, explaining that Baron had turned down the Citi Field contract, I do know for a fact that they had the contract, and so does the SEC.
"EVERY PR". Now who is lying?
SpongeBath
I actually think it's time for a class action suit against the SEC as well. There is not one thing BIHC has been accused of, that would affect the value of the stock, but the suspension, and subsequent move to the Grey Sheets definitely has. The SEC has hurt shareholders, and has acted on bogus complaints, and has found nothing. The system is so screwed up that the SEC has no power to go after people who file false reports of wrongdoing. Instead they try to justify spending taxpayer money on useless investigations. It's time for shareholders to act, and put a stop to this BS.
Again, JMHO,
SpongeBath
Would be nice to see some more buying volume to knock NITE off of the ask. Next stop would be .08.
I recommended a young, local band
( http://www.2lostboys.com/default.asp ) to check out Sunset Island Music. I hope they do. Could be very good for them.
SpongeBath
Saw the news today. Had to have some of this stock. Bought my first 50,000 shares.
Thanks Slaz,
SpongeBath
MoneyMagnet, you need level 2, but you should be able to see what the bid is.
Right now it is at 19.2. That's a huge gain in just two weeks IMO.
Sorry I didn't get this out to you before EOD, but there is always tomorrow. I would be up in time to watch the open.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
Realistically, I think we are due for some profit taking. My charting friends say SNWT is way over bought, and due for a 25%, or more pull back. I'm keeping my ammunition ready just in case.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
Sorry I missed today, I was out gold prospecting on the Trinity River. Got some great buckets of dirt to process.
Looks like SNWT is finally starting to move back to where it belongs.
SpongeBath
10K some time in March, from what I was told.
Does anyone have the exact due date?
Q1 10Q should be due by 4/15/10.
