Does that sound like a stable business model with sound margins?
Yes it does.
Here in Cali, their have been more than the national average of foreclosures, and short sales of homes. This has caused a drop in the average credit score for hard working people in the state. This doesn't stop them from wanting to take their families out for a good time. In So Cal that includes outings to the desert. There are many great places to use ATVs, and buggies ( http://www.glamisdunes.com/index.php ), but buying a name brand such as Yamaha, Honda, and Polaris costs twice as much as the products offered by Buggy World, and their partner County Imports. The funny thing is the name brand Rec Vehicles are made in China too. They are only assembled in Japan, Canada, or US. These guys also offer after market upgrades, and service their products. They have been making a killing over the last 9 Months, and Halloween is the start of their high season that continues until April. Don't take my word for it call Brian Britton yourself. I spoke with him for over half an hour. He loves to talk about the business, but loves to talk buggies, and ATVs even more. I am very interested in buying one of their 1100cc Trooper T2 buggies ( http://www.buggyworld.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=34&Itemid=10 ) for myself. They cost about $10,000. Compared to Japanese, and US comparable products at over $20,000, this is a huge bargain. Anybody here a hunter? I like to do gold prospecting myself. Just check these guys out. You will be very impressed. Awesome machines.

No problem vm. I was actually trying to draw out some of the more knowledgeable SNWT shareholders to get some informative conversation going. This board had been borderline dead. I think it has worked, and what I am reading today has been very helpful.
Thanks all,
SpongeBath
Thank you Steve. I was only sure that vmanager was incorrect. I did not see the details you have posted.
Very helpful,
SpongeBath
That 1 for 80 was a reverse split. A completely different animal. It would have been better to make that clear. Also the date you receive the shares is Nov 2. The date of the split is Oct 26. Sorry can't let you get away with passing along misinformation. This board has very few posts. It would be helpful if they remain as accurate as possible.
SpongeBath
Patch,
Why would an investor in SpongeTech contact the SEC? Do you think they want to throw their money away? Only someone short in this stock, or working on behalf of short sellers, would do such a thing. An investor would simply sell and walk away. Anyone on this board that bashes the stock/company, not only has no money invested in it, but is either short, or working for shorts. Stop with all the hero stuff. You and your like are not heroes. Quite the opposite. Anyone who believes otherwise is a complete fool. This especially since, all the so called evidence presented by yourself, and others, is either circumstantial, or hear say at best, and manipulative fabrications at worst.
JMO,
SpngeBath
Not a sell off. In case anyone believes otherwise, the price has been taken down by MMs for reasons other than buy vs. sell ratio. Buys, and sells were almost dead even yesterday, and are even today. Definitely no conviction selling here.
Backing up the truck!

CYPE-Continuing uptrend. Looking good today.
SpongeBath
SNWT 5-for-1 forward split is creating a definite uptrend today.
Record date is 10/26/09, so still time to get in. Could be in an uptrend leading up to the X date of 10/22/09. JMHO,
SpongeBath
No problem 22. Thanks for the chart info. I don't follow charts, but I do listen to those who do. I look for great fundamentals, and trigger events. CPYE has a great game that should sell well. Parents always looking for exciting games with less violence to buy for Christmas. There will be lots of ups and downs between now and early January, but should be mostly up.
By the way, take a look at SNWT. They announced a 5 for 1 forward split, at 4:05PM. This is also a growing company with possible Christmas up side. JMHO,

Sorry, should have read the rules?
CYPE, just getting started. Christmas is coming!!!
YONG was a great pick. Might be a slow mover, but has the fundies to keep moving up big time.
Thanks,

Explain, "Wells Notice"?
I'm with you, but have been screwed by these people before. Look at BIHC. It compares to SPNGE except for BIHC got suspended right away. Janis was there. She can tell you all about it. They filed a bogus SEC complain, and they ended up on the GREYs. These criminals will stop at nothing. They have literally nothing to lose.
SpongeBath
If you were here to inform investors of a mistake, just to help our LOL, why do you seem to take such enjoyment in stomping all the longs on this board? Sponge is an investment to most on this board. We are not happy about the way this news is coming out. If you were so honest and noble, you might say to get out as soon as possible, but would a decent person really dance on a grave.
You've been real helpful,
Thanks,
SpongeBath
AND/OR OTHER PERSONS! Maybe the investigation of SPNGE has to do with the unusual trading patterns we see all the time. What about the 48M bought after hours today, as form ts? Let's keep in mind, the investigation started on 9/18/09. Why would SPNGE be allowed to put out rebuttal PRs, as well as a PR about a huge sponsorship of a Showtime boxing event, while under investigation by the SEC, if they themselves were the target. These actions don't add up.
SpongeBath
Can you prove D&T hasn't signed an agreement?
I can't disagree with that, but would need to be a huge stock divi, with no restrictions. I think they will want to make more shares available, considering the institutional interest SpongeTech will attract once on the NASDAQ. In any case, a stock divi is no different than a forward split. JMHO,
SpongeBath
Think again. Stocks on the NASDAQ with the kind of growth SPNGE has, usually command a 50 to 100 P/E. Even based on old earnings of .011 per share, post split would be a $55 to $110 stock. Since that would be a bit unreasonable to buy at, several forward splits would be in order. Now take the possibility that earnings are currently at .05 per share, post split would become a $250 to $500 stock, requiring many more forward splits to make it attractive. Maybe you should look at a few NASDAQ stocks with 700 to 900% revenue and earnings growth (If you can find one) before you make your ridiculous claims.

Only in spongebob2010's alleged phone call conversation. Show me a PR.
SpongeBath
OK HELP!
If the SEC is such a watch dog on SPNGE, then why did it take them until 11 days into an extension to tell them they needed to redo their 2008 10K. Boy have they been watch dogging. The auditor in question was disciplined in June. Really seems the SEC is right on the spot. Enough of the BS. We know this was orchestrated to make sure SPNG would not have enough time to comply. Millions at stake? Anyone can be bought. Seen it before.
SpongeBath
10K coming out tonight. Might be a good idea to go back to thinking very hard.
SpongeBath
10X is 1000%. Initial buy in of .012, not .00012. Wasn't math a prerequisite for high school graduation?
SpongeBath
I put in a sell order this morning for 200,000 shares. It was filled in seconds. I bought back the same 2K this afternoon, and it took ten minutes to fill, and the spread has widened to 5,000,000 shares.
Yes you answered the question, but it is not a very good answer. Try again.
SpongeBath
What in the world are you talking about?
SpongeBath
You say the PPS is all you have to see to determine that longs are bailing. Then tell me why the buys are out numbering the sells by 4,000,000 shares?
SpongeBath
I'm in Northern Cali. I probably won't get a flier until next month.
SpongeBath
Put me down for 1.7MM shares.

Sponge™, (OTCBB: SPNG - News) is pleased to announced that the Company has received approximately $13.5 million in new orders thus far in August. The Company has benefited from substantial reorders from existing customers as a result of the increased marketing campaign utilizing television, radio, six NFL teams, Major League Baseball teams and the World Football Challenge.

That's what I said the other day, in this post, and got no response from anyone. Guess no one cares any more about the manipulation. It's just too common place.

SpongeBath
Earlier, there was no sell off. The buys were ahead of sells by 3,000,000 shares. I watched as the MMs lowered the ask during prolonged buying streaks. This is manipulation plane, and simple.
MMs are lowering the price on buys, and on sells. I took photos of the screen that show this.
They did the same thing yesterday. They lower the price little by little during the majority of the buying. then they wait until the buying is exhausted, and start their selling from a lower price platform, with very few buyers left to counter them.
Very strategic manipulation IMO.
SpongeBath
Try comparing it to CMG. This is a growth company. Their growth has slowed considerably, and their P/E is 30+. Granted, if you apply a 30 P/E to the earning we know of from SPNG, that would only put them at a PPS of .30. SPNG deserves a higher P/E, based on much higher growth, and their earnings should be considerably higher by now. When CMG's revenue growth, and earnings growth were much higher, they were never anywhere near 900%, and 700% respectively.
If SPNG reduces O/S, earnings could conceivably reach .10 per share, in near future, their growth is probably higher now, and could command a speculative P/E at 40. That's $4.00. Move the numbers around any way you want, but what I am trying to say, is that $4.00 is not out of the question, in a very short time, if the company makes the right moves, and sells more product.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
No employee of SPNG is going to give you inside info on anything, much less an R/S. Just give up this ridiculous scare tactic. I'm sure you can do better than that.
JMO, but if SPNG ever did a R/S, it would be in conjunction with some kind of bock buster P/R. Something that would drive the stock up to ludacris levels. These guys are just too smart to just hang a R/S out there by itself.
