I'm with you, but have been screwed by these people before. Look at BIHC. It compares to SPNGE except for BIHC got suspended right away. Janis was there. She can tell you all about it. They filed a bogus SEC complain, and they ended up on the GREYs. These criminals will stop at nothing. They have literally nothing to lose.
