Good morning MM. Sure could use some volume. Not much happening today.
SpongeBath
No problem Drewbe. Believe me, it took allot of buying high, and selling low to figure out just some of the things that go on in the market. I don't think anyone ever knows everything. It's a constant learning process.
Another thing you may want to watch for. There is an old saying "Buy on rumor, and sell on news". While many of us buy on news, since there is seldome a rumor in penny stocks, The MMs nearly always bring down the ask during buying, on news days, and sometimes for a few days after. Why, you may ask. First, because they can, and second, because the big money, and MMs don't have crystal balls either (they have huge balls of steel lol). They know the stock will eventually react to the news, but since they didn't get the chance to load up ahead of time, they will bring the price down so they can. Then when they let it run, they make money. They don't need a crystal ball. They control the market. We always wish we could turn the clock back, and buy before the big runs. Well, they can, and do, especially in the penny world. Watch for this. You could buy too high when news first comes out, only to see it fall way down. This can cause you to panic sell (helping them to get the price down to where they want it) at a lower price than you paid. Then to add insult to injury, the stock runs up higher than your original purchase price over the next few days, and now you don't own any. This one probably cost me more money than almost any other tactic they use.
Two stocks I own had huge, unexpected news today, and both ended the day lower. I know they will eventually run back up, so I bought a little more on the dip.
JMHO,hang in there,
SpongeBath
Yes they do, but I just picked up another 10K @ .205. I'm grabbing all I can, and holding for EOY earnings announcement.
I believe we will see, and may already be seeing Institutions accumulating this stock.
Just a note on the Trades for the day. Trades show up as buys when they are at, or near the ask, whether they are buys or sells. Trades show up as sells when they are at or near the bid, and questionable when they are right in between. You can't always trust the buy/sell ratio. MMs have been known to hide buying by filling buy orders at the bid price. This is one of their manipulation tactics. Don't be fooled. They have the ability to see where the majority of stop loss orders are set, and when they want to take the price down (for a big money buyer, or to facilitate short covering) they will try to trigger those stop loss orders. I never use stop loss orders, because once a target price is reached, the big money buyers, and short covering come in, and back up we go. Patience is sooo important, especially when you know the fundamentals of your stock/company are strong.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
Agreed, at least, but just wait until numbers come in for Q4, and EOY. All they need to reach is $4.00, and back to the NASDQ we go.
Q1, 2010 will be a blockbuster, and we should see many PRs about new Paula Deen products, and more retailers carrying them IMO.
SpongeBath
I agree, but think they will go back to NASDAQ once the requirements are met again.
I also believe, that with this new line of products, they are headed for the big bucks. Especially since they have such a small share structure.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
As long as the MMs hold the price down this low, there will be allot more buying. I just picked up 30,000 shares @ ,22, and below.
This is market manipulation, at it's best. It's giving us a great buying opportunity though.
JMHO,
SpongeBath

Thank you Bev. The info is very much appreciated.
Do you mind if I share this info on the stock message board?
I think other investors would like hearing that the roll out has begun.
Thanks again,

Hi XXXXXX:
The Paula Deen spices have started rolling out nationally in Walgreens stores (I actually saw them in one of the Chicago area stores last weekend).
The rest of the Paula Deen line will roll out in the first quarter of 2010.
Hope this helps you.
Also, the reason that our releases would not give specific dates is that it is never a good idea to provide a specific date -- for example, if we said December 3 and there was a snowstorm that caused the product not to arrive in time for that date and it was missed it could cause problems in terms of people thinking that something wasn't going to happen.
Hope this helps.

To Whom it May Concern,
As an investor in SYBR, I would like to know exactly when the roll out of your Paula Deen products will start? Your news releases don't give a date, and instead say for the Holiday Season. Today is December 9TH. Christmas is only a bit more than two weeks away.
It seems to me that a roll out should have taken place before Thanksgiving. Can you explain what has caused the delay?
I will continue to accumulate SYBR stock, as I truly believe in the Paula Deen label, but am feeling a bit discouraged that not only are her products not available in stores yet, but I can't even get them on either yours, or Food Network's websites.
Some supportive comments, and/or answers would be helpful.
Thanks in advance,
XXXXXX XXXXX
Yes we talk from time to time.
SpongeBath
I'll volunteer. I'm already an assistant on SNWT, but own both of these stocks. I really love the potential here.
My girlfriend loves Paula Deen, with 50,000 outlets coming soon, and more products on the way. Wow, we had to own some of this stock.
SpongeBath
NITE is sitting on the ask, holding it at .2299. I have seen 24,358 shares bought at that price with no movement in ask price. Could be good time to load up. NITE can't hold it here for ever.
SpongeBath
It's your money drewbe, but I would learn to trade part of your position, and accumulate shares, rather than just get out. I don't know how many shares you have, but I would sell one third, to one half when it is up around .25 to .26, and buy back at .22 to .24, depending on how low it gets. You don't want to be caught with none when it finally does run.
Also the big moves are going to be in February, when we get close to 10K deadline. This stock could also run on any news containing earnings projections for Q4, or fiscal 2010, since we know they are having an awesome Q4. They will also be able to include revenue, and earnings from CountyImports.com.
Why would you want to sell below .22 anyway? It makes no sense, or cents.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
The float was under 40MM post split. You must be thinking of O/S, or the phantom float. If the latter, then it would be much bigger than that.
SpongeBath
Tons of volume, but I agree, the trading tapered off to being like watching grass grow.
SpongeBath
I still own nearly half of the post split float. I guess I'll be calling them heroes if they pull this off.
SpongeBath
Hey BT, Did you see this post?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44508575
Also, I have a friend who's daughter has been on the Price is Right. She said that a show airs sometime within a week of taping, so we will just have to watch every day until we see the show. Since the ATVs will be in the Showcase Showdown, they wont's show up until the last part of the show. This also means that they get more attention, and longer airtime.
SpongeBath
Called Brett Maas at Hayden IR (Office 646-536-7331,
Mobile 480-861-2425). He is saying the Price is Right actually airs one day later than when it is taped. Right now I don't want to get anyone's hopes up since my experience has been that game shows tape a week in advance.
Don't know why County Imports was given 12/14/09 to put on their website. Seems like a blunder that makes them look a little foolish.
I am set to watch tomorrow, but am having my doubts, so will watch the rest of the week, and maybe next Monday, or until I see the ATVs on the show.
SpongeBath
Anyone see the show yet? It comes on three hours later in California, so I have to wait over two more hours to see it.
SpongeBath
Hey, get this stock to move up, and maybe I'll be able to afford a subscription.
Thanks BT, and GLTY as well,
SpongeBath
I thought so too Tuna.
Bryan has a business to run, so I don't want to bother him with too many emails. He has given me a contact at their IR firm (Brett at Hayden IR firm), so I will be directing my future concerns to him. Bryan is a great guy though. It was a pleasure meeting him in person. He is very excited about sales, and the direction of the company.
I only get fifteen posts a day, so will kill two birds with one stone. I will be recording the Price is Right, but I will be watching it too. I want to make sure I don't miss anything, and may want to watch some parts over, and over again lol.
SpongeBath
This is an excerpt from an email I received from Bryan Britton.
The first e-mial contained a message about Cambio Enterprises being in default of a note witch is incorrect, we had a agreement early this year with Mr. James Jordan and as of today we are just about even!
Nice try PCsLeasy,
SpongeBath
The Price is Right airs Monday 12/14/09. Everyone got their recorders set?
SpongeBath
I use E-Trade, and get L2 free. I don't know if Zecco offers it or not. I'm not familiar with them.
Until you get L2, here is a 15 min delay of trades that IHUB provides for free.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&cb=1255376506&symbol=SNWT
Don't know if you have already seen this, but at least you will get some kind of idea of what has gone on during the day.
It is not completely accurate either since it calls a trade a sell if it is closer to the bid, and a buy if it is closer to the ask. As we all know many times sales occur at, or near the bid, and vice versa.
Sorry I didn't respond yesterday. I ran out of posts. IHUB limits me to 15 per day.
Good luck, and hope you get L2 soon.
SpongeBath
Walmart would be awesome. Could that be how they expect to be in 50,000 outlets by first quarter of 2010? Hmmm?
SpongeBath
Not a problem. I have gotten intimate with their websites. Buying one of their products will do that for you lol.
SpongeBath
Really hard to trade micro caps without L2.
Who is your broker?
SpongeBath
It's on the County Imports website, in the box that says "This month 12/14/09 we're featured on the Price is Right.
http://www.countyimports.com/home
It says it right on the box, but if you click on the box, it is stated again.
I'll post what is says here.

Looks like MM manipulation to me.
JMO,
SpongeBath
I posted this earlier.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44367509
The air date is 12/14/09.
I agree, it was funny. A little strange though. I'm trying to picture how a wild panda could run in a closet???
I do see some manipulation going on here. Someone big is loading up cheap, and MMs seem to be holding the price down for the.
With the ratio of buys to sells of over two to one we should be up ten percent.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
I agree, and former owner is receiving some residual income from San West in return. Will love to see the details of this deal when they come out.
SpongeBath
Great post SD!
Now that's what I'm talkin bout.
SpongeBath
Don't really know why they didn't PR about the ownership, but it sure slipped out in this latest PR. I think they are moving so fast that they forget, or don't have time to PR everything.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
Here, let me give some examples of what I mean by fortune cookie philosophy.
1) Volume preceeds price.
2) one left at 25 now, time to strap in
3) lot of movement this morning lets hope that movement end in
the green today
4) Once we break this area, it will RUN LIKE WILD PANDA IN CLOSET!
I'm not trying to single out anyone in particular, but investors want to read a board with intelligent information on it, not a bunch of cheer leading.
Let's try to clean this up.
Thanks,
SpongeBath
How about a response to the fact that San West actually owns CountyImpors.com? This is a development that has not been seen in any previous PR. All that has been mentioned is a partnership, and now we hear they are a wholly owned subsidiary.
They are planning to create a megga mall to sell all brands of Buggies,ATVs, scooters, and Personal Water Craft (PWC).
Bryan is designing a buggy to be built just for Buggy world. This means they are stepping into the world of designing, and manufacturing.
These could be positive subjects on which to start some intelligent conversation.
I have talked with Frank on the phone, and met Bryan in person while taking delivery on my new ATV. This is a great company, with huge plans.
We don't want SNWT to look like a pump, and dump. It is not!
SpongeBath
It would be nice to see some real informative posts, or at least responses to those that do have important information to share.
These posts are like reading a fortune cookie.
Can we get some intelligent conversation going on this board?
SpongeBath
Buggies are designed here, built in China, then shipped back to USA for final assembly. Bryan says he is designing a new one to be built just for Buggy World.
SpongeBath
CountyImports.com has been nationwide for a long time, and San West owns them.
SpongeBath
Did anyone catch this part of the PR? San West actually owns CountyImports.com
San West Inc. (OTC.BB:SNWT - News), an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repairs of off-road buggies, and its wholly owned subsidiary, CountyImports.com
This is huge, unreported news.
SpongeBath
This is it on CountyImports.com
SpongeBath
http://www.countyimports.com/inc/sdetail/3595
The date of the show is Monday 12/14/09. The ATVs and the date are on CountyImports.com, but a little hard to find.
SpongeBath
This press release also makes it clear that CountyImports.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of San West Inc.
This is something I was told by a sales person at a time when all that had been announced was a partnership agreement. Guess it's a little more than a partnership.
