The Paula Deen spices have started rolling out nationally in Walgreens stores (I actually saw them in one of the Chicago area stores last weekend).

The rest of the Paula Deen line will roll out in the first quarter of 2010.

Also, the reason that our releases would not give specific dates is that it is never a good idea to provide a specific date -- for example, if we said December 3 and there was a snowstorm that caused the product not to arrive in time for that date and it was missed it could cause problems in terms of people thinking that something wasn't going to happen.

To Whom it May Concern,
As an investor in SYBR, I would like to know exactly when the roll out of your Paula Deen products will start? Your news releases don't give a date, and instead say for the Holiday Season. Today is December 9TH. Christmas is only a bit more than two weeks away.
It seems to me that a roll out should have taken place before Thanksgiving. Can you explain what has caused the delay?
I will continue to accumulate SYBR stock, as I truly believe in the Paula Deen label, but am feeling a bit discouraged that not only are her products not available in stores yet, but I can't even get them on either yours, or Food Network's websites.
Some supportive comments, and/or answers would be helpful.
