If chang is nice to carl and all the shareholders they could do a reverse merger,however,what would this do to the share price of vgref,and would it really be worth it? what would the vspc shareholders get for their shares 1-100,1-1000?And how would chang benefit? Might as well just run with vge.

i believe that vspc owns 75% of vgref.
so if vspc/vge get a, lets say a 75m dollar contract.
would vspc recieve 50m and vge recieve 25m of the contract?

yea it doesnt quite make sense.

also if vgref goes too high will not this create too high a price for the commodoty to be purchased and planted to be able to make a profit for the elect co and or banks and or any other energy plant, kinda like wheat,corn etc....remember there needs to be an established price for the banks to loan money on the projects financed so the bank can get a return on their loan,otherwise, they will not loan the money,because they are not guaranteed that the powerplant or whatever that is financed will stay open.what does everyone think?this is only my opinion and we all appreciate replys.remember when corn went too high so did the diesel and food prices and look what is starting to happen with corn as far as a source for energy, it is starting to be frowned upon and so is sugarcane and others. also the farmers that are raising their prices on the rice husk and wheat straw, the banks and utilitys do not like these fluctuations. thank you.

you guys are forgetting one small fact.if i recall correctly,and i may be wrong, but doesnt chang have 51% ownership in vspc.vspc has 75% or73% ownership of vgref, vspc owns the license, (ipa)and changs family is also involved?so, im thinking that vgref has more room to be taken advantage of than vspc because of the 3.00pps,and vspc has less room to be shorted,and also with just 1 or 2 prs of late it jumped up pretty good for a penny stock.and yes with that many shares o/s in vspc it can be of some resistence to the upward movement,but! when this takes hold and big money gets involved it wont take that long to get cobbled up. what do you guys think?what is your opinion? and btw, this is all only my opinion.and one more thing, dr k did say awhile back when this all first started that vspc investors would be pleased along with owners of vgref. thanks.

Remember, does chang have voting rights now, does he not have the 51% share voting authority? I thought he did , but I may be wrong. However, my thought is this,would chang have to okay a deal for a buyout to happen with 51%? I think Dr K is ahead of the game here, why would you want to sell a company with so much upside potential and growth for a mere several million dollars , when the potential is in the hundreds of millions, perhaps? That's why southeast asia built a shipping port off the gulf of mexico.
This way they can export into the united states through mexico, and get around having to pay tarriffs. This may suck to some people,but personally it is a brilliant business plan.

They may use their own waste , turning it into pellet form, and trying to establish their own pellets(pellet mill)to sell. But dont give them any ideas!

I agree, that is more realistic, I plan to buy on dips and see where I'am at in, oh, lets say to start off, in 3-4yrs, say the year 2015,however,when you read all the information on what the biomass companys are doing and the governments,after 5 years the power plants and the biomass industry should be looking very interesting at that point in time.If it happens before then! Let's say 2013,it is fine with me.My only problem is I really like this grass, just simply because of its yield/cost, and it's energy content,I hope I'am willing to part with some of it. I believe it will be around for a long time to come.Just as long as it is benefecial for everyone to turn a profit on so that the banks are guaranteed a return on their investment and are willing to do the financing for what ever type of projects there are to be done.I believe that will happen as long as there is a market price, it should be fine.

Has anyone thought about a reverse merger? selling off dmfcc and ionfinity and then whoever wants to retires and vspc merges into vgref. this is all mere speculation but what are your thoughts?
