Hi Gary... after seeing Alek Milosonovic's recent filings for buying 105K shares, I decided to check the short share count, and as of today's update, shorts increased from 1.34 million shares up to 1.47 million shares. He supposedly bought shares between $1.85-$1.97 and since then, we went as low as $1.70! I just shake my head in disbelief! Share buyback still authorized until mid 2025, insiders buying and still the share price drops lower! Something so very wrong with this ticker!

It's all in the last filings Gary. The MeridianBet owners that merged, now own roughly 80% of the company. And because of those almost 122 million shares they own, along with the remaining roughly 22 million shares owned by the rest of the board, including Brian's shares, and also the free trading shares, that shareholders own, our market cap is almost $300 million dollars. Until the new quarterly filings come out to show our actual revenues, even though MeridianBet was supposedly over 100 million per year along with GMGI's 40 million annual revenues, no wonder this thing is stuck around $2 bucks. We are already trading at a 2x multiplier based on sales. Some gambling stocks trade in the neighborhood of 5-10x multipliers, but those are the big boys. Most are still losing piles of money, but their revenues are in the Billions annually. I hope this helps... but read the filings. All this info is in there.

Sold off the last few thousand shares today...moving on as well. I've had enough of the never ending bullsh*t here. I truly believe these new Serbian overlords are responsible for the price manipulation. Every time the company put out an update about the previously agreed price per share to consumate the merger, the price kept going lower and lower and in turn, the company needed to increase the number of shares at a lower price to complete the deal. It started @$3.50 per share and by the time the merger was satisfied, the price was as low as $2.00 for Zoran's last tranche. Now the Serbs own almost 80% of the company and I'm sure Brian will be ousted as CEO in a matter of the next year. It seems like this was all just a stunt for Brian and the Serbs to sell their shares. We haven't seen much insider selling other than Brian's girlfriend but I think it's just a matter of time.

Hey Gary... I've been going over the last few disclosures on OTC markets. I'm wondering why Brian has not updated any information there other than the outstanding share count from the middle of August 2024. Based on the last filings, by my calculations, it looks like there are now just under 20 million shares in the float and almost 129 million shares outstanding. I'm curious about whether our new overlords...the Serbs are selling some on their shares? Something doesn't make a lot of sense here.

We traded about 500-600K after hours between .72-.75 cents. Some douche dumped a whopping 10K into the bid to drop the price to .62 cents. MMs or shorts playing hoping to scare some shares. No reason for that to drop .12 cents on 10K shares. All just a setup by criminals!

Have some decent after hours volume with .75s being hit hard, followed by some small sells to drop the price back to .72-.74! Just a matter of time that whoever the culprit is selling there runs out of shares.... unless it's our resident basher shorting a bunch @.75! Who knows but it's a big mistake in my opinion.
