Is this only a shell company now?
Truth
Exactly. clearly no one has any ambition at this company
Can you imagine working for a company that moved this slow?
I know geez can’t even place an open market order haha
No I get that, are you thinking like me where you might want to jump in at these low share prices since CNNA clearly wants to reset and build a real company now. Maybe the worst is over? IDK
At least my portfolio isn't filled with two-cent opinions like yours! LMFAO
Yes $0.01c that’s all this conversation with you is worth LOL
Oh, you meant the third step down LOL
Yes, by your own admission.
Stay out of the OTC. You’re clearly out of your league.
Haha that statement proves you’re a fool
Thank you for that response. I wasn’t sure if it was happening only via TD Ameritrade. But it’s clearly across the board. Thank you for clarifying.
Thank you!
Stop wasting everyones time go away
Are you guys seeing any level 2 action ( bid and ask ) using iHub?
As of today, TD Ameritrade isn’t showing level 2 anymore.
Let’s pin this post
Well, the odds are definitely better than Vegas LOL
I’m happy I waited for this to cycle down before grabbing shares. It seemed pretty strong in penny land, but then totally collapsed. Weak hands provide opportunities for others.
Downward trend with no volume and no news. Until another day.
I can’t believe I’m able to buy up all these shares at these prices
That’s what they call a buying opportunity
Concerned just slightly by the lack of volume after reading all the moderators posts, which sound very optimistic, but today 5/31 there was less than $2,000 traded on IFAN. Now the good thing is there is not a lot of selling, which is a tells me the current investor sentiment is to buy and hold. Hope that the company is truly working hard to produce news about its progress towards future growth. Go IFAN!
Unrestricted shares are fully transferable shares that can be freely traded on the open market. Period.
Since IFAN has a significant number of these shares, which will be surely distributed, it will lead to dilution of the existing shareholders’ equity.
This is Trading 101
You are EXTREMELY wrong
Yes we do LOL
Oh wow, now they are showing as Unrestricted

They are OUT THERE that’s all that matters. It will impact the share price when they hit the market. And they can be released at anytime.
Again, IFAN has approx 1.2 billion shares that are restricted. MAYBE those shares will be applied to their crowdfunding campaign and some have also been given to their C-level executives, which generally comes with a six-month restriction and cannot be traded until the legend is removed. Just speaking from experience here.
Read & weep Davvvvvv. Apology accepted.
My man! I shared that exact information the other day here, but of course all these paid actors jumped all over me saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. SMH
OMG do some research.
IFAN has 2.5 BILLION shares. Of which nearly half are restricted shares.
The truth will set you free
Open your eyes. No one’s buying the stock right now. Only 1 trade in 1h 30m since it opened. Looks like we got some paid promoters on here.
Well there’s no volume. That’s why.
By definition…”Holding nicely” is when a stock has lot of volume and doesn’t drop in price.
Price action (bid & ask) indicates a lack of liquidity with uncertainty and weakness in the market for IFAN. Hopefully, news hits soon to get it moving. Cross your fingers and best wishes!
Thank you!
True, and I know what you mean. it’s a little bit tricky to find plus, there’s another company with a similar name that has doctors involved also that’s named PALANTIR
Do you recall where you saw the doctors listed?
Got it! Thank you for that.
