How is this even still trading? CEO stopped working here May of last year according to his LinkedIn profile. Dr. Rohn no longer lists Intellect on his university profile page. No press, filings or activity for a year. This is not a company anymore.
What's the significance of that date?
I placed a small sell at the ask (at the time .041) and it got intercepted by an auto-bid of .052. That's good for a couple of reasons: (1) I made a little more money on that sale than I expected and (2) it confirms my suspicions that someone is accumulating right now. I'd really like to know why, considering that this appears to be a completely abandoned and forgotten company. Hell, the CEOs linkedin profile says he stopped working here in May of last year.
Anyway, something is up and I'd love to know what it is. Until I do, no more sells for me.
If something is happening, when?
But...what could possibly happen here? If there were an acquisition or RM, wouldn't that have been announced mid-last year?
100K on the bid today. Something brewing?
Maybe. I didn't realize that ILNS and cerespir had the same majority ownership.
We'd be happy for literally anything to happen here.
Interesting idea. They said they were going to spin it off into its own independent company.
Any evidence of this?
How has nothing come of this:

A tricycle with three flat tires?
So the Jesselson family holds a vast majority of ILNS common shares. this is the only thing that makes me think something might come of this company. Their involvement in Cerespir makes me think they're making a big bet on Chain's tech.
But, as majority holders--why aren't they demanding some sort of actualy management of the ILNS portfolio? There are no updates, no website, and Maza's linkedin profile implies that he stopped working here in May.
And what do you think that has to do with ILNS, with whom they've voided the licensing agreement?
Forgot-to-pay-for-hosting mode.
Yeah but you've been following ILNS for a long time. You may have been confident in your investment, but what's your average share price?
Up to 2.08MM. Something's brewing.
Somebody wants 1.14MM shares at .042.
THAT is interesting.
What are you talking about?
Montanus--do you think something is actually going to happen with this company?
The fact that they are even bothering to clean up the site makes me think they're planning to PR something.
Changes to the site! Interesting. That's the first actual thing that's happened for as long as I can remember.
If this were the plan, I think ILNS might have bothered to stay up-to-date in their SEC filing.
This seems like a pretty opportune time to be shopping the anti-tauc3 molecule to the highest bidder. But, the question is, is anybody actually doing that?
and what sort of move are you anticipating?
somebody is still accumulating this. i'd love to know what's up. radio silence.
Totally agree that there was a reason for that move. I was just commenting that SHxxx designation means it's a Shire compound, which it isn't anymore.
Shire dropped shp622 though, remember?
People still want shares of this 'company'?
I wouldn't expect people lining up to sell at .04. Most investors are so far in the red it makes more sense to hold out for a miracle than to pocket a few dollars for years of waiting.
Wow, if Maza could get half of that we might have a company again.
Man, this board is dead. I was hoping someone who follows the industry might comment on the potential importance of the TauC3 article from Monday.
Published on Monday. Must have been psychics buying last week...
That is a big deal. Looks like ILNS might be back in the game.
That is a big deal. Looks like ILNS might be back in the game.
Some random buying this week. Any thoughts?
I'm guessing you're talking about the potential success of some other company still.
Here's the thing, though. Shire doesn't gain anything from terminating the agreement, do they? They weren't going to have to pay anything unless certain success criteria were met in trial. The only possible benefit I can think of is for ILNS, who can now shop OX1 around elsewhere. I'm not saying this is necessarily the case, but it's the only reason I can think of to terminate the agreement instead of simply not touch it.
What's the point of terminating the agreement? It's not like there were any active trials.
