this is my take on this link, first off, this is dated 2/5/2014. what is actually behind this is the CEO of ttdz before the takeover was very corrupt. I know I've been a shareholder of ttdz since 2010, still never sold a share. got it in the 000's and just let it set, for the day ole Gregg scammed it up and then sell. Gregg L was the biggest lair ever, I can't tell you in ten pages the ventures buyouts etc, etc ,etc and some of the craziest things I've ever seen, like having TTDZ owner of E-FACTOR and it listed on E-FACTOR IPO in details, how he pulled that off is beyond me, E-FACTOR said they never heard of Gregg . and then NEVER hear another word on anything but a new venture are something. nothing ever showed in filings, he used TTDZ as his own ATM and got away with it. when GRCU or TTDZ took over the company from Gregg L { the takeover }. everyone just knew ole Gregg was up to his old tricks, just as before he hits the hot sector for his pump.
