True North its fustrating if you look at it every day , i agree. But imo PSC is the issue , not manipulation. IMO they are just cashing in every day x-amount of shares , till there gone. I would say they got paid x-amount and can sell x-amount a day. They
can't sell more than x-amount on any one day. So when they are done we will see upward movement. AND we will get to .02 by the end of the year
