I agree. The price will probably fall more and keep falling before it takes off, so I am waiting a little to get in, but there is huge potential if you don't mind waiting until the funding from the government comes through.
That site is xplosivestocks.com if anyone wants to check it out. They have been promoting the stock since the buy-out rumors.
I bought a million more this morning also. Was going to buy more if it dropped, but if it goes way up that is great too. Easy money!
If the news tomorrow is they are going to sell the company without prolonging the process with a shareholder vote (The longs say,"Yes!"), this stock is going to explode. I don't get why the pps dropped today but decided to buy 3,500,000 more. I have only owned one other subpenny that got bought out (IGTP) but made a great profit in a short time. Hopefully, this will be the same!
Volume nearing 1 billion- should start to move up this afternoon;
Xplosive Stocks predicting .oo1 by the end of the day!
They did say the offer was significantly above the recent stock price, so that .03 seems reasonable. I have owned the stock since 4/09 when I started buying at 0.014 and just dollar-cost averaged down to .0002 because the company seemed to have a great potential. Why sell the company if the pps isn't at least 4-5X the recent pps of lets say .oo4 (before the news) to be conservative. I am guessing that offer has to be at least .016-.02, but .03 is also possible depending on the numbers they are using.
Anyway, next week will be intersting.
Also, IMO I don't think they need a special shareholder meeting if they are doing what's in the best interest of the shareholders.
Great post. I think the price is going to move also in the next few days based mainly on the potential sale of the company.
Great Post. Huge potential with Cooper!
That's good to know; thanks for the information.
Does the Caveat Emptor warning on Pink Sheets concern you?
I do see a lot of potential with the stock and am a long-term investor, but am thinking about bailing now. Should we give GE more time or not?
I agree. It is hard to be positive sometimes, but it seems this stock has great potential. Good news out today which could help generate future profits, but it is probably a stock to have a "long" view on to give the company time to post some orders. I have been loading up at these prices and plan on giving the stock a year or so to produce.
I don't think we will see a r/s. The company seems to have many prospects to make money, and if it keeps doing that, the pps should go up. Another r/s will turn the longs into bashers, and they will have a hard time keeping their pps up in the future. It also is one of the few subpennies that is actually rated in the current information category on Pink Sheets-another good sign. Who knows how long it will take for the pps to move up, but I hope that if we are patient, we will be rewarded!
Great Post. Thanks for the summary. I keep waiting for this stock to explode. It doesn't seem any positive news releases really help the pps...yet, but a subpenny stock that can actually make money. Not to mention the fact that it releases its financials to pink sheets to receive a Current Information rating unlike a lot of penny/subpenny stocks. THIS COULD BE A GREAT YEAR FOR THOSE WHO STICK IN!!!
THRR upgraded on pink-sheets to transparent level: Pink Sheets Current Information. I wonder if some news will be coming out soon. Does anyone who follows this stock know anything?
I agree. I think this company could and should be doing well, but GE is emphasizing something that drives away current investors while keeping others at bay. Most people won't buy a stock they don't already own while there is talk of a r/s. We should all say no to that if there are proxies still out there, and GE should say no, too. Bring on those investors he has waiting on the sidelines now!!!
I hope your prayers will be answered. I did send in the proxy against the R/S. You have a lot of good ideas, and hopefully, those will get addressed at the meeting. I still believe in this company and GE for some unexplainable reason, but it would be nice to see results soon.
For the longs who still believe this company could take off, this is a good time to dollar-cost down. There may be some price movement with a cc, an interview on radio or TV at some point, and the meeting in December. Long-term the potential is there, but this stock is definately not for the weak of heart or for those looking to make a quick buck. There products seem to be good ideas to me, so will pick up a few more shares today.
You bring up a really good point in questioning of whether or not they are selling more shares still and for what purpose. If they are selling shares for something reasonable like another acquisition that should really help the pps once the news gets out. Hopefully, GE will talk about it tomorrow.
The estimated revenue is a great question. I think once the long-term investors feel more confident that this is indeed a profitable company, we will buy more and that will drive the pps up. It seems most are buying in small amounts just in case the bottom falls out. However, asking GE to predict where the stock will be is a little harder because he tends to value the stock on things we are not privy to so is not very accurate.
I had planned on just holding also, but 17 pretty cheap so had to buy more also. Looks like this is where the longs will support the stock while waiting for the financial info.
I am patiently waiting for LaKesha Wilson's video; I hope it is better than GE's. I have faith in him still nad am a patient long-term investor who sees great potential, but his videos are a ,little too unprofessional for my taste. As an investor, I rather hear about what his short-term goals are and what the long-term goals are. And stop defending yourself against the bashers; let the above speak for itself. What are the financials? Even if you think they are bad right now, do you expect sales to pick up? Why? And even with all of these unanswered questions, I do think it is probably a good time to buy right now because any decent news could really move the stock both short-term and long-term depending on your interests for the company.
A move to .004 would be a 100% profit for those buying recently or averaging down. It usually takes me 5 years on the big board stocks to make 100% profit- maybe more recently factoring in the last 12 months. I believe this stock is going to move real soon!
I agree with a lot of what you are saying. Although I haven't lost faith in Greg Evans yet, I don't think it matters much what he does when there are so many negative postings. For other penny stocks I own, any lit bit of news makes them move dramatically. But not LGTT, and I don't blame it all on Greg. Hopefully, the financials and sale revenues will be released by the company itself or by someone at the meeting, and we can all decide for ourselves if the company is worth owning.
I am confused also. Thresher is obviously placing orders and having positive things happen, yet it pps just slowly falls. I am not sure why. I think the company has potential, but it would be nice to see the stock price start to go up. In it for the long haul I guess???
I have a good feeling that this week or next we will get the financials from either Greg or someone that goes to the meeting. There have been hints about good things to come, and you can't acquire companies without good financial statements. So I am reading in between the lines and hope I'm right also. Is anyone on this board going to the meeting?
I agree! Nice job G_Money. It is great to see some longs on the board. I think this will be a really good week for us.
I wouldn't say that Greg Evans doesn't believe in timelines per se, but he has long term goals for the company. I also think he has been saving the financials for the first meeting since it is a new company. This stock should skyrocket after that meeting. Be patient and for those waiting to get in, this is probably a good time to buy.

Great read...Thanks!
I agree. This company has great potential, but who knows how it will do in the short run. The orders are startin to come in. That is a very good sign. Longs should do nicely!
