The board authorizes and charges the CEO to do a lot of things. Whether they actually get done is a completely different story.
"... the $5 million SBLC provided by Capital Assets Holding Co. drawn off the HSBC Bank of London was in fact a fraudulently produced counterfeit document"
Seriously? The company's not able to authenticate a bank document?
The SYNJ Board seems to "declare" and "authorize" a lot in these PRs. They could authorize the purchase of a coffee machine, but until they actually BUY one, there'll be no coffee.
News pending.
Merrill: This security requires a minimum investment of $25,000.00. Please re-enter your order.
Ha! There's no way I'm doing THAT.
"News is pending ..." I've heard that before when the only news was that there was no news.
You use the word "huge" a lot. If history is any judge, when a PR comes out it will be carefully worded, short on definitives, and underwhelming. I must have infinite patience though :)
I've never been able to verify that SyMed even exists. If SyMed doesn't exist, and he's been going there, that would be very ineffective treatment!
What IS the CEO's fault is ending PRs with "news pending" for the past year when in fact there was no news pending, just wishful thinking that never materialized.
That said, I still have all my shares, excluding the Oct 2009 dividend that STILL never materialized in my TDA account.
Volume typically precedes price. Wait for it.
How about SYNJ repeatedly stating in multiple PRs "news pending" about things that had supposedly already happened when -- in fact -- NOTHING HAPPENED?
Are these the Pickens turbines Syndication, Inc. was supposed to do something with?
http://www.baltimoresun.com/features/green/bs-gr-wind-farm-20100802,0,6583648,full.story
It's happening right in Syndication's backyard too.
I don't think Brian needs any more motivation for this to work.
Searching today, at http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us, it seems that a filing was entered to foreclose on his home in Aug 2009, dismissed by the plaintiff in Apr 2010 (http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiryDetail.jis?caseId=318142V&loc=68&detailLoc=MCCI -- you need to agree to terms to see this page).
The property was up for sale for some time, but according to Zillow the listing was removed in Dec 2009 ( http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/22909-Davis-Mill-Rd-Germantown-MD-20876/37275684_zpid/ ). The map on Redfin shows a pool full of algae ( http://www.redfin.com/MD/Germantown/22909-Davis-Mill-Rd-20876/home/10944089 ). Either it hasn't been kept up in some time, or SYNJ's growing algae for biofuel (kidding).
Granted, this doesn't look good, but I still haven't sold a share as it seems like there are motivated people involved in SYNJ. This may yet work.
According to OTCMarkets.com, no firm is making a market in BEHL (Unsolicited quotes only).
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BEHL/quote
It's unlikely an MM is hoarding BEHL shares.
Keepin' it real ...
I've figured the reason for no P/R's for months, as explained by the company in the 23-Dec-2009 P/R:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=40876055&symbol=NO^SYNJ
"... For this reason, until we receive initial financing from one of our sources, the Company will continue to restrict its P/R's."
Therefore, despite the Jan 2010 P/R announcement executing a "loan commitment", they must not have actually closed on and received financing from ANY sources, hence no further P/Rs as stated ... until now.
From casual observation, it seems like the PBR was much more stable and productive at the old site in the parking lot. Of course, that was shown via planned videos and not a web cam.
Move to Utah??
"... incentives to re-locate the Company's headquarters to Saint George Utah..."
So, are all the vital BEHL employees on board with this?
I never knew I had such an influence on this stock by being the first to get the buying going this morning!
I just added 2M. How low can it go?
There is, IMO, a silent majority that appreciates your honesty about BEHL, and I'm among them.
I like that MarketWire is no longer being used for PRs.
I think they missed some punctuation, which normally adds clarity and readability:
"Due to the very nature of being the first commercial client, BioCentric has consented to a Partnership Agreement to provide the solution -- from innoculant to cashing the check -- from the buyer of the Omega 3 with EPA."
That's the best I could do.
Replying to a publicly posted article cannot be considered "communicating with a key player in this administration", namely U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack. That is, unless we know Secretary Tom Vilsack actually read the article and the posted comments on that site, quite a reach IMO.
My buy at the ask executed below the bid (at .0075). Someone's selling like they're drunk on algae beer.
And a few weeks ago someone did SOMETHING to sentinelrenewableenergy.com so that it no longer responds at all as a web site. It's something, visible activity at least.
The published Sy-Med phone number is disconnected.
If it's not an active business, they should do something about that web site and provide public information on the state of that business.
What of it? I specifically referred TDA to that page (Page 13).
Oh, I know. My question to TDA was:
Has any progress been made with the allocation of dividend shares from Oct 2009?
The company has published a publicly available document ( http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=29933 ) which explains their position (page 13).
The latest I got from TDA today on the Oct 2009 dividends:
"Unfortunately, we still do not have a date listed for when the Syndication shares are going to be received and allocated. Our clearing firm is actively following up with Merrill Global and Pershing trying to acquire our due shares, but I do not have any definite information at this time"
www.sentinelrenewableenergy.com was redirected last week, likely to a new host, but no site is up yet. Up until then, the old About Us page and other old specific (non-homepage) pages were accessible, but no more. You are seeing cached pages that no longer exist in the search results.
There is likely no MM manipulation here, IMO, for reasons I've already cited. Pinksheets explicitly states "no firm is making a market in this stock". It could not be any clearer.
I suppose "manipulation" is relative to a degree in that "slapping the ask" to cause the price to go up could also be considered manipulation. But, IMO, typical MM tricks like dropping the bid is not happening here. We are trading with actual open market buys and sells here.
MM manipulation is unlikely as this is traded on unsolicited quotes only:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=behl
People like to blame MMs, but this is simply real trading with other parties willing to buy/sell.
I'm thinking of both. I just don't see how a short could/would be held here by any entity. This should be an exit point of a short position, and certainly not an entry point.
I really don't get how anyone could be short at these levels.
Hundreds of people emailing Carl/CNBC sounds like pumping to me.
And, the company likely knows when they're ready for mass media. It might not be time yet.
It's not the stockholders place to market the company.
I don't recall how many I had, but know how many I'm owed (from my earlier post):
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=48001785
Please don't interfere with the company. Let them do their plan.
I'm wondering what will happen when the April 2009 dividends are eligible for trading later this month.
Whatever. As implemented on http://www.biocentricenergy.com/, the standard browser functions ([Back], [Refresh], resize, etc.) will not operate as expected, and the site will not be accessible on iPhone/iPad.
It's a completely Flash-based site, non-web standards (browser [Back] button won't work, [Refresh] reverts to home page instead of refreshing the current page, resizing controls don't work, not picked-up by search engines), frequent crashes, not viewable on iPhone/iPad, etc.
I'm not a fan of Flash at all for these reasons. Although, the site is pretty, and (unlike most sites) seems to auto-resize depending on the window size, a nice feature.
They need to update and/or redirect any "spin-off" sites they created too, like this one:
