It's coming for sure
Longer term, the only way to really use ELYS to its potential is for a bigger company to buy it. To me, the only question is when and what will Mike think is a fair return on his investment. Your range sounds realistic to me.
What's weird is
He was just buying a few weeks ago and the market didn't even notice. This happens and it gets a response. Last years' salary conversion got scant attention. There is no logic to stocks sometimes.
It was a salary conversion
Mike always takes shares. If memory serves me right, he did a million share conversion last Jan.
I don't know for sure
But it could be that their budget doesn't include a couple of hundred thousand more for share purchases. It could be that there are material events coming up and they can't very well make a big purchase right before a significant deal is announced. Could be a lot of things.
The benefit must have been minimal
Compared to the cost of compliance. There was never any real action there.
Looks good going into the New Year
This 10k is going to be interesting. I am hoping for over a million dollars in chocolate sales next year. That would be solid growth and, most likely, get a lot more eyes on this stock.
Well, one thing for sure
If there are 54 million shares reserved for issuance 54 million shares will be issued and more unsuspecting shareholders will get screwed.
I think so too
When you start seeing things that seem odd with stocks like this there is usually a reason. It makes little sense that someone wants to drop 20k on a stock that doesn't really consistently trade unless something is afoot. ??
I saw that
WTH?
With this stocks history
One would have to be crazy to take any kind of big position in this stock. They dilute faster than you can sell. A caveat....that history also includes some hard pumps, increases in stock price, and crushing dilution. There may be a momentum play here in the next month or so but long term it is a black hole for your money.
I hope Santa
Brings me some Southeast Edibles functional chocolate. I hear it is all the rage at the North Pole.
This isn't the first time
We have seen a trade over 100k shares right at the close. I can't help but think the seller is a vendor that got paid in shares but who would the buyer be?
As I say
I am happy to put my money at risk when those that really know what's going on from the inside put theirs at risk. The next 3 months should be great leading to the 10-k.
Is this dude
Still trying to sell this crypto scam? You can buy some Alternet crypto, load up with lots of CBD water from PURA, and speed away on your ridesharing electric bicycle that is sort of like Tesla, indirectly of course. Using the Harley-Davidson approach, that ALYI pioneered, you can really get the feel of the open road as you ride around in Nairobi taking in the sights. Then, the discussions about a distribution agreement with Amazon can progress to get this winner distributed worldwide!!!!!
That is what amazes me
Nobody thinks that the major shareholder, and others, buying indicates confidence in the company? Really strange.
That has happened before
At right around the same price. Whoever dumped those shares surely lost money so you have to ask why? Clearly there was someone else willing to invest $20k or whatever. We shall see.
It's actually really good
The company is funded by the owners so the only shares outside of that goes to vendors. I font believe that there is any long term debt outside of the insiders. The 6.7 million share float means the company is 80% insider owned.
You would think
That the insider buying of the last week or so would get someone's attention. I am excited to see what direction we go in next interns of installs. This is an exciting time to be an ELYS investor.
I really feel like
We are going to get an announcement of a new deal. I love all the insider buying. I can't think of a safer place to put my money than with the CEO.
We are on Costcos web portal!

I think we will hear fairly soon
If the new e-commerce sites are successful I am sure they will want to communicate that. It all depends on how it is marketed.
They sure have
It tells me that they believe, as I do, that this stock is really undervalued. Last year about this time they did the same thing culminating in Mike Ciavarella buying I think a million shares on a salary conversion at $5.72/sh. 1.8x earnings is absurd for a company looking at the possibility of $55 million in revenue with a 15 million share float. Hard to understand why we are not above $5.
Yep
Not only are they flippers but they are the buy high, sell low types that just kill share prices with terrible trading. I am looking forward to hearing that the e-commerce sites are doing well and the factory is humming. I suspect we will hear relatively soon if it takes off.
Somebody is dropping their ask
Every 5 minutes as if this is the last chance to sell. Why not leave your price up and see what happens? If you drop from.30 to .29 to .285 the buyer will just wait for you to drop it again. Be patient.
I wonder why
McMeekin, Liz, Barry, and all the other 100 executives, don't buy shares at these Rock bottom prices? Anyone notice that none of these people seem to ever accomplish anything except cashing a paycheck. How long will this 10 million last? 2, 3 months. Then what? Profitability? As far as I can see this is a vehicle to screw shareholders while enriching insiders. There was no logical reason to waste the money for a NASDAQ listing if there is nothing prompting the uplist except to make it easier to sell shares.
Really rough lately
I am not sure what is stimulating all of this dumping. Other gambling stocks are moderately up yet we drop, even with insider buying.
FIFG....Costco partnership....6 mil float!!!

I think we will see results
(or lack thereof) very quickly. I am betting that the quality of the cacao beans, the skill of the chocolatier, and the obvious effect of the full spectrum CBD will make this a big winner. Plus, the overhead is exceedingly low.
Should be an interesting week
I hope that we can maintain some decent volume this week. If we do, the share price will grow.
Good volume
Now maybe we will get some measure of consistent volume. That is the next step that needs to happen to get us moving up.
Yep
Yesterday I was watching the price fall from about .45 to .23. You could literally watch people fighting to lower the ask which drove down the bid. I have been in this stock since 2018 and I can tell you there has never been trading of any real consequence. This is bound to lead to instability and wild price swings. I love what we are doing and where we are going.
Back to where we were
I am excited to see what this Costco agreement amounts to. I doubt Costco would waste space on their website if they didn't think they would make money at it.
It will
This stock will be extremely volatile since it has never consistently traded before. Now we have some new shareholders and we are in a position to start moving. The 10-k in March should be interesting.
Whiplash
This was a quick buy and sell for someone or some people. The press release is great but it looks like some manipulation going on.
Holey moley!!!!
Looks great!
We are definitely getting out there. What would happen to this company if it is successful on the website and they decide to put it in stores? Success breeds success. I am ready for lots of it.
More insider buying. 41% insider owned!!!!

Love to see the insider buying
It is never bad to invest in the open market with the biggest owners of the company.
I love it!
I think we have both agreed for the last couple of years that we just need to see progress and eventually will pay off. I see nothing has changed. We now need to see some bidding and consistent share activity. Onward!!!
