This drop seemed to happen
right about the time it became obvious that the U.S. is majorly shutting down in places. I just don't see any opportunity for installations in any big way in any country for at least 4-6 months. I hope I am wrong.
I suspect
That they intended on being in the U.S. by around March or April. Covid shut down all certifications, licensing, etc. It was a pretty big setback but due to responsible share management and decent income they have been able to weather the storm so far. I just wonder why these filings are late so much. There may be a simple explanation but it seems strange.
If they have a quality product
It will get traction. I am holding until there is a reason not to.
Its hopeless
A seasoned pro like yourself who makes screen names for one stock and constantly points out the possible need for dilution and other perceived negatives is clearly a serious investor.
Excellent analysis
When serious investors show up and drop pearls of wisdom like that we should all take notice.
Filing should be any day now
I hope we see the chocolates starting to get moved. Good luck!
Conference call tomorrow!
Come one, come all!
I agree with this
The share price currently has no connection to its actual value. It is merely a reflection of the company being in Italy and the overall negativity from there. Throw in a small stock offering and a temporary lull in revenue and you have what we have now. I think that once the company is taking bets here the share price will reflect it. Before Covid this stock was $4.00 and poised to run. It is worth at least twice that. Patience.
Covid will be profitable for you
This stock would be much higher, and the business plan execution much further along, if not for Covid. You caught it on a temporary lull but the foundation is solid. The next phase begins shortly.
This is the key
Low convertible debt, good share structure, solid management! Add to these the cutting-edge tech and you see why I bought in. I think these prices will soon look like a steal.
New name, New ticker
Sounds like the U.S. launch must be getting close. Looking forward to it!
I am hopeful
We will also be able to see if the product has made it into any dispensaries yet.
That is great.
I hope they sort it soon. GLTA
It looks like we are ready
For the U.S. launch. I am not sure if there is a separate mobile certification.. Covid really set this company back but we are clearly underpriced. Once we are taking bets it will be much easier to grow quickly. We already have Italian performance data so it is a foregone conclusion that it will be a hit.
American launch should be soon
I am looking forward to it. That should grab some attention.
Wall Street Research report

The next filing
We should get these numbers in a few weeks with some updated guidance. We will be able to see if we are soon to be cash flow positive and what our short-term outlook is.
In any event
We need a splash PR to get this thing moving. A major deal and a direct path from point A to point B. So far, how they are getting their deals and who they are with is very nebulous. We need transparency, not vague promises of soon to be signed deals.
This is an issue
I don't know how many facilities are available, how many techs they have for installations, and the availability of parts. All of that has been disrupted. If I am not mistaken they said earlier that they would connect just south of 2500 in Q3 but would still reach their yearly goal. I may be conflating different predictions but I think I am right.
My thoughts are the same
If they don't have the money for continuing operations after the deal is finalized they have serious problems. Bookend stock sales around this deal would severely test their credibility not only now but in the future. He could have sold more shares the first time if needed. If I am wrong I assigned them much more competence than they deserve.
I was mistaken
Surely the investor that had the foresight to buy in at the all-time low would have sold on that little pop to the $2.35 level afterwards. I just don't have that kind of foresight and instinct.
I am not worried
Because the CEO said the last financing would cover the Kanpei deal. If he tries to come back to that we'll again his credibility would be shot. I said the same thing about another R/S. Any speculation that they are out of money or won't be able to handle existing commitments is just that.....speculation. Any company dumping shares like this would be acting like a penny stock instead of a NASDAQ-ready stock. I could be wrong.
I am not worried about that
But the experts that bought in at the bottom should really think about locking in those gains if they believe that their shares will be diluted again. No good investor that knew they were about to lose money would do otherwise. Personally, I will just have to ride it out.
Solid price movement
We are heading up pretty consistently. Once the announcement is made that we are taking bets in the U.S. we are set for a larger uptick.
A good question
As often as I try and pick up a stock at its all-time low just as it turns around I simply don't have the insight or raw talent to pull it off.
We shall soon see
Moving up
We are near a million dollars worth of stock traded per day. Also, we are slowly but steadily moving up. Now, the next announcement should propel us upward.
Just so we are on the same page
What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ? To be listed on the NASDAQ exchange and reporting system, the following requirements:
Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000
At least 100,000 shares of public float
A minimum of 300+ shareholders
Total assets of $4,000,000
At least two market makers
$3 minimum bid price of the company stock
Public float market value of $1,000,000
The only issue outstanding is the $3.00 bid price. I, too, just had a stock uplift, NWGI. There are several routes you can take. As for the $75 million market cap, when we get to $3.50 our market cap will be over $100 million and at $3.00 we will clear $90 million. No issue really.
I was mistaken
It was actually 2.7 million shares. Those were a private placement back in June. This pr today is another piece if a great puzzle. I am ready to enjoy the whole picture.
Ok.....thanks
A couple of positives
Though hard to find right now. Somebody just bought a million share at $2.73 U.S. They must have seen something that convinced them to invest. Plus, while there are 5 million warrants outstanding the convertible debt is minimal. Beyond that, it seems very quiet.
Once we get a filing or two more
We will surely be above $4.00. U.S. expansion in process and other deals are possible.

I can't disagree with you
As much as I think this tech is really good the fact is that we see nothing happening. The good thing is that they aren't pumping it yet own a lot of the company. They aren't dumping their shares. There has to be something to stimulate interest from investors. The dearth of PR's and other communication is troubling yet could end up being great. If we get past the next filing and nothing is happening I will be very worried. Now I am just mildly concerned.
The link is dead
Perhaps there is another?
They have the pieces in place
Low share count, minimal debt, cutting edge tech, it is just a matter of getting Elys on line in the U.S. Coming soon!!!!
