Thank you and Rogue
I wanted to confirm what I read back then.
My thoughts are about the possibility the IDMC is in the middle of 100% data right now.
Ciao
@Fosco
Thanks for all your efforts and all those who contribute here. Outstanding board.
Question as to the estimated 12 remaining events: Is that based on the Ergomed slip/delete from the June 30th report?
Not counting the time to review and confirm data but wouldn't 298 be reached (Est) Oct to Dec? 2 to 3 per month from July 1st, Unless I missed something...
All IMO
Long live CVM
Yes, you are right. Geert talked about if MK becomes SOC it could easily be added to anything, already have some good data in cervical and earlier in Melanoma and why wouldn't you add MK...
If MK becomes SOC as an intent to cure treatment then its possible for MK to be administered primarily, if not solely, without surgery etc.
Geert did mention (@4:30 into presentation) having a number of products under development but clearly the main product is the Phase III Head and Neck Cancer drug..8 1/2 years and would only talk about that in the limited amount of time..
I heard a microphone bump and apology from Geert. Maybe that is what you are referring to?
If something is mentioned elsewhere in presentation let me know.
Yes agree, just as Geert said "A Trickling in of events...
Geert also talked about the principal of Decreasing event rate from Bristol-Myers Squibb Event-Driven study of Yervoy and MK, which he believes are similar (Slide 24).
Thumbs up on last post turned into ????
????
Agree and understand
Austria
London
Paris...etc.
Did he say Zurich?
Geert is going to travel like a whirlwind!
From https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01265849?term=cel+sci&rank=1
Brief Summary:
The purpose of this study is to determine whether LI administered in combination with cyclophosphamide, indomethacin and zinc (CIZ) in a multivitamin combination prior to standard of care therapy (surgery followed by radiotherapy or concurrent radiochemotherapy) is safe and will increase the overall survival of subjects with previously untreated squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity or soft palate at a median of 3 years
Under Study Design:
Estimated Primary Completion Date : September 2019
Estimated Study Completion Date : September 2019
By definition Study Completion Date:
The date on which the last participant in a clinical study was examined or received an intervention/treatment to collect final data for the primary outcome measures, secondary outcome measures, and adverse events (that is, the last participant's last visit). The "estimated" study completion date is the date that the researchers think will be the study completion date.
The last participant was September 2016 thus September 2019 is "estimated" completion date.
By definition Primary Completion Date:
The date on which the last participant in a clinical study was examined or received an intervention to collect final data for the primary outcome measure. Whether the clinical study ended according to the protocol or was terminated does not affect this date. For clinical studies with more than one primary outcome measure with different completion dates, this term refers to the date on which data collection is completed for all the primary outcome measures. The "estimated" primary completion date is the date that the researchers think will be the primary completion date for the study.
IMO the study data will be complete by the end of this month.

Guys,
I believe the “dropout” is a patient electing to dropout of the SOC.
PII had 1 individual who did not qualify HNC stage III or IV and I believe the other did not want to continue follow up.
I had thought, on 298, that the SEC gave their perspective to Geert as non “material “ mainly because of the rules the stock market commission governs.
But,
Medically, we know those life and death figures are substantial and do matter.
So Yes, it is about the data.

Many Thanks to all the posters, great info and I’m happy to be invested although late to the party. All IMHO

There is a 30-day Free trial at Stat plus.

Stat plus is hosting Adam on April 9th.
Did anyone else get an email this morning?
“Bring your biotech questions
Ever debate whether there’s a difference between Opdivo and Keytruda? Do you wonder if gene therapy will ever be a big business? Have you ever been curious about what became of some penny-stock biotech from yesteryear?
A week from today, we’re going to sequester STAT’s Matthew Herper and Adam Feuerstein and force them to answer any and all queries that come. This is your chance to get them to explain some thorny issue or just hold them accountable for a bad opinion or two.
It’s starts at 11 a.m. ET on April 9, and it’s open to STAT Plus subscribers.”
Good chance to put the question(s) to him directly...
Hey Guys,
Been a long term reader, short term investor but I was wondering if anyone noticed the updates on www.clinicaltrials.gov?
Newest update March 4, 2019 posted 5Mar19: what I see changed is the anticipated Primary completion and Study completion to the September 2019 timeframe.
The Feb. 26, 2019 posted update shows December 2020.
IMO the latest update may indicate the study is close to the end point.

Hey Pam,
Did you figure out what % they paid you?
Most pawns and buy gold outlets only go as high as 50% - 60%
Just curious if you checked.
So all .0001 offers are LOTTO plays?
better off giving it to the states for senior citizens, LMAO
Why hasn't the company changed it's name yet?
Can anyone tell me why they went from fight promotions to gold?
I haven't heard or seen one advertisement from TFZI but I have seen and heard from dozens of others.
Thank God I only put a few dollars into this.
First time ever at subpenny stock.
Bad idea and now lesson learned.
TFZI does not deserve the dignity of being called a business.
I'm out.
Thanks Doc,
I for one appreciate the truth.
I never knew that companies and families were out there beating the investors up.
It's difficult to accept that it's allowed to continue.

I thought everyone would want to know.
I agree with your take on where HEB goes from here.
It's just a sad moment having to give up potential profit this AM.
I did almost the same as you but selling my freeroll now.
