why do the divis show up as N/A in my TDA Account
so how long until TDA shows these shares as something other than N/A?
exactly, i doubt the company would just hire someone on the spot because they claim to be a geologist, i would think the company would have checked the credentials of the geologist, let alone his company, to make sure the report was accurate and legit. if your scenerio is true, shame on the company. if the scenerio is true that the report was faked by the company, again, shame on the company.
Renee, i was agreeing with you. i also agree that no MM in there right mind would take on a company under investigation. my comment was in reply to the same comment you replied to. sorry for the confussion.
yep. and dont forget that the MM is to submit form 211, not the company.
The stated and un-stated listing requirements for the FINRA OTC-BB are as follows:
fully reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
minimum of 40 stockholders of record holding at least 100 shares each (note: this number is informal and has been moving up),
must have a market maker submit 15c2-11 (Form 211) application to FINRA and agree to act as market maker for securities of company.
90%????? i would like to see the evidence on that one. besides, Failure to comply with Rule 15c2-11 could also mean that the SEC has verified that the PR's were bogus.
unfortunatly common stock is last on the list to get anything, after creditors, bond holders, preferred shares etc etc.
oh didn't you hear? if one geologist would do something like that, than logically all geologist would.
yep, except this was an otc
its grey because no mm can quote a suspended stock. after the suspension if a mm is willing to take it and quote it, it will come back on the pink. all the gray market is is securities without mm's.
then again, the SEC does have a disclaimer about trading otc, pinks, etc etc wouldnt be shocked if they came back and said "we warned you this could happen"
him and his broker are not ill informed, you are my friend. as long as an mm is willing to take it and quote it, it will come back on the pinks. i already posted a link straight from the SEC's website that states that. IF no mm wants it then yes, it will come back on the grey.
it was hard to watch, ill say that much....
reread my posts, i never said anything about not posting opinions, i even said there are many great posts on both sides of the topic.
which opinions, people have posted opinions on both sides of the issue, your taking my neutral comments and impling im on the side of those saying no scam.
until the investigation is done and the facts are released, one can not say one side or the other is the truth or correct. there are many great posts supporting certain opinions, but they are just opinions until the true facts come to light, not just people saying they did or did not do something. hopefully the SEC will uncover the facts and this debate can be laid to rest.
Yup, the SEC took care of that and suspended SAEI's trading because of their manipulation to defraud people of their money.
The truth hurts sometimes.

Will trading automatically resume after ten days?
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
In contrast to OTC stocks, stocks that trade on an exchange or Nasdaq resume trading as soon as an SEC suspension ends.
ive been in 2 stock that got suspended and they came back on the pinks, not greys. how was that possible then?
so who wants to talk about the possibility that this company is not a scam, oh wait, we cant!
im concerned why a company would take down their entire website to post that. why not just put it under their IR section of their website like everything else?
hey guys, new to this stock, can someone give me the quick lowdown on whats going on? Thanks in advance.
that you know of, how do you know it doesnt exist? my company doesnt show up on google either and isnt a public company, does that mean it doesnt exist? has anyone gone threw all business registrations in every state, province, and country in the world? i doubt it.
because they have stated that multiple issues would be addressed in there next pr.
Onexim was never named in the pr, oxm was. and Prokhorov denied owning a business in china for a number of years before he finaly admitted to it after he sold his interest in the company. hmmmm looks like he too has a history of fibbing.
he wouldnt be the first billionaire to deny offering a buy out, just to find out in the end that he did infact offer and bought the company. he has already said that he is in the process of attempting to acquire 3 gold companies. this could be one of them, or one of many he submitted offers to, hoping 3 would accept. happens all the time.
assuming the people denying involvement are in fact the ones referred to in the pr's. no 100% proof either way. only speculation.
cause everyone knows that companies have nothing better to do then read what people are posting on boards and release PR's everytime someone questions something. they stated in there last pr that they gathering information to release to the shareholders giving more information. what are the chances they were just waiting till then to address those issues instead of releasing pr's multiple times a day. like you said, its been 3 days, companies do have other things on there plate then just awnsering questions.
no official investigation has released results proving anything this company said or has done to be false. only seculation on the part of ourselves.
very likely, not for certain. still missleading by saying the sec "will" halt this.
but that doesnt mean that the company doesnt exist, all that means is that we have reason to doubt, does not give us proof of anything. just one of many things on both sides of the arguement that people forget arent fact, just suspicion.
exactly, which means noone has any idea weather or not the sec is gonna halt this or not. noone even knows weather or not they are even thinking about it. people are missleading investors by saying the sec is gonna halt this. which is exacting what they are all claiming this company did, misslead investors. dont be hypocrits!
how do you know? the sec hasnt said squat about this. quit missleading investors.
if she isnt part of saei, she might not be authorized to address those topics. she could be held liable for any comments she makes about them. if it was me, i wouldnt address those topics either over the phone.
by weird do you mean that none of the allegations put forth cold hard facts that can be verified 100%?
all of what you said is referring to the first offer, of $1.75. not the second offer of 2.50 by JSC Rustamov Group (JRG). no one knows anything about that company. but then again no one wouldnt if it is a new or private company.
wonder where that info the company said it was gonna release no later than the 15th to investor is.........wonder if they still are gonna have that meeting on the 20th...........
like i said before, there are things that do raise questions, questions i would like the company to respond to, or the SEC. read my entire posts and not just part of them. you will see that i have said many times, i have questions about this stock. i have never said one way or another if i think this is a scam or not. people on both sides of this scam arguement have good questions. but not everything that is said here is true, fact, cold hard evidence of anything.
im not on either side. im waiting for cold hard facts to surface. not speculation, guesses, fake websites/emails, or false dd. i have my questions too that i would like the company (or the sec) to clarify before i make up my mind. sorry i dont just take someones word for it that this is fake because something was misspelled or not on google.
just having fun with ya hehe
