Most of the volume today came from the early morning dump.
Does anyone know when the reverse split takes place?
Why will it take a year to uplist?
I think this deal is last chance saloon for us. If it doesn't go through this will drop to sub-penney.
When is the reverse split happening?
Ouch eom
If it's gonna take 500k to repair the processor and 4-6 months just think how long it will take to build one and how much it will cost. We are no longer looking at revenue streams from the processors, just straight up sales of processors. Not to mention the time it will take to get through the regulatory agencies to approve them for operation wherever the decide to install it. We are looking at a long time before any serious action happens.
Never buy a stock that is about to do a reverse split. You can get it cheaper afterwards.
Moving around on really low volume. Looks like the pump is ending. Too bad my average price is at 1.25. It hardly pays to sell here...the money would barely cover the cost of the trade.
Didn't they have to run drain oil through with the plastic to get it running half way decent years ago?
Beer i cannot private message...it was a second town in Wisconsin close to the one they originally planned, so both here fell through.
Speaking of the competition Agylix the plant they were going to set up in my town fell through.
Did they say there would be royalties....that's a different story.
Not liking the selling machines angle.
Who is in charge of the proxy vote thing going on with JBII? I cannot private message so I have to get in touch somehow. I am not sure it will do any good anyhow, but just in case I can add my shares to the group.
I agree...processor no 3 looks like a monster. Very glad to know that the heat transfer fluid can be one or many different used petroleum products. As for the wet plastic... it is no surprise to me that water slows it down.
Rejoice
I used to work at a plastics factory. Anyone who has will tell you (as someone already pointed out days ago) that the label on the box means nothing. Our empty boxes we used were from all over the place to include DOW. They are just boxes circulated from all over the place being reused. I am not disagreeing with your post. Just making sure people see that what it says on the box means nothing about what is in it. They basically get reused till they fall apart.
Especially when some of the doom and gloom ammo has to be dug up from 3 years ago.
Not really oil is already recycled.
Lead time on parts is out of their control if you ask me...relax. All in good time.
Can you say "Trumped Up", or other pertinent phrases like "Canned" in reference to the person at the SEC who started it? Other short phrases also apply. Did you actually read the SEC complaint. I could have written something better in forth grade. The SEC openly admits to going after easy prey, because if a company fights them it gets dragged on in court...what does that tell you?
One final note...it is DONE and over. Time to move on to other things.
A Waste Management money deal....does John have titanium knee caps? I am not sure that is a good idea.
Ill go with 1.51 eom
no inverted spinglefluke?
Thanks for the heads up....go JBI
It is a shame to us JBI longs and all long term holders that there is no tax benefit that goes with it anymore....unless I have been misinformed.
I especially like the part where he says JBI makes ULTRA LOW SULFUR fuel. Sulfur is the real problem NOT CO2. Sulfur is what makes acid rain causing dead lakes. CO2 changes the KH level and nothing else. Using CO2 in the aquarium teaches you a thing or two.
1) Just because there is more CO2 in the tank does not mean there is a significantly lower amount of O2.
2) KH (Carbonated Hardness)really does not do anything other than measure the amount of CO2 in the water.
3) What causes problems for fish (especially saltwater due to their sensitivity) is the TDS or Total Dissolved Solids.
4) As long as the TDS does not change, and there is enough O2 for the fish adding more CO2 does nothing to them. These nuts saying CO2 acidifies water in any significant way are full of it and are probably trying to sell you something....Carbon Credits...cough..cough.
So...if we have an increase in CO2 it will be good for plants, and that is about it.
GO JBI...keep the sulfur out and add years of life to boilers that might otherwise have to be changed/upgraded to a different type of fuel. If anything ever looked like a win-win-win it is JBI, the people who use the fuel they make, and the people who want to keep plastic out of landfills.
P.S. P2O works!!!
Once again I have to post the same thing. All of the speculation, and chemistry talk about what plastics can be used, and what ones cannot, but the problem everyone seems to think exists is shipping? Fuel is shipped around the globe profitably, but for some reason plastic(which when processed equals fuel) cannot be shipped? If they can process local plastic at a profit the shipping will not make any difference.
Fuel is shipped all over the place without questions asked. If plastic becomes fuel it is a silly argument to think the same will not apply to it. People act as if transport is a problem when we ship fuel from the mid east to Texas and then truck it all the way up to the northern states. Same should be applied to plastic becoming fuel if you ask me.
As a side not I am sure that most people know that much of what we separate in our trash as recyclables ends up in the same land fill as the regular garbage, it is more of a "feel good" action having separate containers for garbage at present.
Better to actually own something than to have cash....agreed.
I am pretty sure there are still a few minor bumps ahead of us. In the end I am quite sure they will be successful, and all the banter about it taking too long is going to disappear. I have to admit that if I had known it was going to take this long to get things moving I would not have jumped in, because of the possible collapse of the US dollar.
Converting waste plastic into usable LOW SULFUR fuels is a win-win, especially if they can do it at a profit.
The small size of the private placement is a good vote of confidence for impending success. GO JBII and good luck to us longs.
Sorry to hear that also...good luck to you. My post was just to give you a bit of ribbing for consistently being wrong on timing.
"They could care less" implies that they do care. How much is the question.
I was thinking about that myself. Snyder is a big company, and I thought they might think of JBI as something too small for them to bother with. I also wondered if they might not just be getting their "foot in the door" due to future increase in business or use of the fuel themselves.
24 milion tons of steel or petecoke?
You can add mine to the list... The processors will not function correctly at 0 G in a total vacuum. It fits in well with the list.
OK this conversation has gone flat. I give up you win.
