Can you say "Trumped Up", or other pertinent phrases like "Canned" in reference to the person at the SEC who started it? Other short phrases also apply. Did you actually read the SEC complaint. I could have written something better in forth grade. The SEC openly admits to going after easy prey, because if a company fights them it gets dragged on in court...what does that tell you?
One final note...it is DONE and over. Time to move on to other things.
