That's old stuff.. She should have waited for him to fall asleep and kicked his azz.. LMAO..
Anger issues? HAHAHAHAHA.. Its fun to go back and re-read the PR's.. Dude has more than 'anger issues'
"I have NO comment, it is what it is. You either like our Company or you don't." ~ BS 8/18/2009
Very excited! I loaded up June 09..
Gonna be keeping this for a long time. :)
Oh come on.. it got better than that.. Hair Salons, Spine adjustment clinics, SGI, security personnel for Iraqi elections, shadow offices, domestic abuse, a dozen men named Rossi, international banking firms, major pipelines, phantom job openings, Canadian equipment purchased in a strip mall, Chinese sand.. etc. etc. etc..
Man someone could write a wicked novel based on this crap. Some kinda horror, science fiction, Action/Adventure, fantasy, crime novel.
Dont read too much into Tubestar thing, its a foothold into something much bigger.. lol

Just a few thoughts.. :)
They have an interesting habit of telling investors everything that is going on. They have an interesting PR team and are very active in the local community. A LOT of the information never makes it to the PR wire. IMO fluff, meaty or weak PR's are better than no communication at all.
Personally, I don't care if it goes up, down, sideways on a daily basis.. YTD is up over 650%.. PR',s no PR's, meh..
I'm local, Ive seen both physical sites and am glad the Elmore County one didn't fly.. I've been to numerous public hearings have watched the battle with Snake River Alliance with interest, I continue to watch and 'listen' to all the local (and favorable) news reports..
Bought in at the very bottom.. This is one I'll keep for a long, long time.. :)
Yep.. AEHI has been and will continue to be awesome.. :)
Just like it's cousin to the east. INIS..
Go long and just wait, you wont be disappointed.
RE: #3 Wait? Im still waiting for the last 2%.. Has August become promise a dividend month?
Just go back and re-read every PR ever released by this company. All the 'defensive' vague, poorly written PR's always promise a dividend.
I will beleive it when I receive ANY shares.
"It is what it is ..." ~ BS, 8/24/09
SYNJ IS the Pickens Plan - remember!?
It is what it is!!! LMAO
It is what it is.. Get it? Got it? Good!
That's what made me look at RFP opportunities at local National Guard units, The Citadel and military bases in Charlston, etc..
Picture caught my attention and I had the same vision.. :(
Most of Mack’s officers in SRE and SGI are ex military. I’ve only dug the surface but someone should also checkout The Citadel..
Was it Michaele Duke?
She didn't respond to my last email.. :(
Did you see the picture and story about the small plane hitting the empty warehouse? I used that story as my opening...
really..
And the verifiable link to that is..
here?

or here?

Better yet.. here?

Wonder what minority he is.. Caucasian?
LOL.. That DHS experience always bothered me. Why is his experience so pumped up? Why is Mack so hard to research?
Hummm..
All the DD you point out comes from "HIS" website and seriously over inflates his experience..
Example.. go back and re-read the letter of recommendation. DHS from the county level is a far stretch from DHS at the "country" level. Did you lookup how many people he provided on the security detail at the Ramada Inn? His Solar company has more personnel..
Nothing else beyond the Picken's plan threads shows actual political ties. And we all know about the plan right?
SYNJ is Picken's Plan..
Here is a list of every USDA Rural Energy Coordinator for all the States SRE indicated they have possible projects going.
The last update to the list was on 3/21/09.
If SRE is in phase 1, 2 or 3 of building or blending anything 'energy related' in a rural area, one of these people will know about it.
I added PA because of they are a wind friendly state..

"Yawn"
That's pretty old DD and has already been researched - months ago.
You should at least try something newer..

Yes, we've all seen this. Yes, it doesn't mean anything in the long run.. here ya go.. yada, yada, ;)
Already done and added to the timeline, like 3 months ago..
To heck with the States.
Sign up and data mine for everything Mack ever wrote.

Then follow all the connections. See where Macks conversation timeline intersects with Brian's conversation timeline?... Build Brian's timeline... LOL
It's definitely the MO.. He wasn't convicted though..

3/1: Timely commentary on rural SC
To Statehouse Report:
I found your editorial, "Legislators need to stop forgetting our rural areas," very timely and appropriate. I happen to live in Williamsburg County where I relocated from Marlboro County. I find it sickening how the legislative delegations for rural counties, particularly, those in the Pee Dee Region, shortchange their constituents election after election after election.
But the problem isn't just at the state level. It also rest within these counties and municipal councils who refuse to do anything to create something that slightly resembles quality of life in these rural communities. Case in point, the federal prisons in Marlboro and Williamsburg counties bought in 300 plus jobs to each county. Less than 15 percent (my personal estimate) of the prison employees live in the counties.
Since there's an overage of available housing in these counties, the elected officials argue the schools are the problems. I beg to differ... many of the students who attend these very same schools receive an excellent education -- for those who want to learn. They go on to college and do very well for themselves. So "the schools" have served as a convenient political excuse to deprive these counties and their residents of economic development.
These elected officials can recite the list of projects and money they've bought in to help their constituents and communities, but the facts of consistent high unemployment and persistent poverty are the real indicator of their achievements as legislators and council members.

Lets think this through for a moment.. What would need to be analyzed?
We have at our disposal;
1. Rossi for managing the most difficult of structural issues including securities offering materials, SEC filings to go public, anti-take over strategies, financial presentations and capital raising plans, annual shareholder meeting preparation, valuations and corporate governance.
2. The Advisory Board Members Perichyappan Senthilnathan, Kabir Ratnani and Nicholas Ng who all share their experience with Methes and Sunsi, not to mention holding various patents in alternative energy production.
3. Monika Jansen (although I’m not sure she’s 100% utilized) from Jansen Communications in DC to create “smart marketing communications programs using integrated online strategies alongside classic communications tools.” She also does grant writing.
So right off the top I’m thinking we have legal, lobbying, marketing, biofuel technology and solar production and install (via from Sentinel Solar) and all covered.. What’s missing?
Wind!
We need someone to analyze the data to build and manage wind farms. Wind power is in the business plan.
IMO, of course.
I respect the disagreement. I didn't mean take him out of the picture but for a moment.
This whole PR 'madness' is making it harder to follow the crumbs...
IMO, it looks like Syndication owns 100 percent.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=40552949
Article 8:
SRE, SC - 51%
Pinnacle - 18%
Met, NC - 18%
Sun, SC - 13%
Brian owns all the above.
Mack owns Sentinel Solar, LLC and has SRE registered as a trade name in Maryland.
Brian appointed Mack as CEO of pinnacle earlier this year.
TAKE Mack out of the picture for a second, his appointment as CEO and title of director muddy the waters a bit..
Question: Since Brian announced that Pinnacle merged with SRE, SC didn't he basically announce that he merged two of his OWN companies??
You're right.. And Syndication Inc. merged with..? SRE,SC.
So what you are saying is that Mack's company, DBA as SRE in MD, is registered for grants and not SRE, SC? Right?
Nice. But where is SRE, SC? That's the CCR listing I wish was there.
Building a biofuel processing facility? Who would you need to hire to perform operations?
http://www.simplyhired.com/a/local-jobs/city/l-Kingstree,+SC
Nothing yet.. :(
Wonder if there is a job description for a Methes plant operator?
I agree pretty tough way to travel.
Not the silos and garage.. Go down the road to the intersection. I was thinking about the "construction equipment" digging on the vacant lot directly EAST as you stand in "Bryan's crossroads."
Bryan’s Crossroad is at the intersection of US-521 and SC 377. Do a drive by.. Drill down to street view in Google maps and look at the EAST corner of that intersection..
Or just enter this address in Google maps the drill down to street view..
3988 Martin Luther King Jr Hwy, Lane, SC, United States
I don't know.. I had the same thought. Maybe they did impeach them. That article (as with everything else from the County) is two years old...
Nice find, but then in July Williamsburg County says no to biofuel. They should impeach the supervisors!!
July 07 - Votes down and says NO to biofuel.

Here is a link to a document describing the procedures and workflow for obtaining and managing contractor technical support to the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program and its current projects. These procedures include both contract

Hummm.. The military. :)
Wonder why Lamont incorporates LH International Consultancy in VA in 2005 and MD in 2008? Is that common?
Okay, I don’t know where your desk sits in the sea of cubicles.. LOL
First, we must remember that Mack owned a security company before he began to dabble in alternative energy with SRE.. Second, I suspect some of these bios are over hyped inflated. Nothing wrong with that though, we all do it.. Third, “US Military” (on high level searching) seems to be a common denominator here.
Lamont A. Hale
Senior Vice President and Chief of Business Development
Mr. Hale has been with SRE since its founding. He is a retired United States Marine who served from 1982 to 2003. During this time, he held various senior staff positions as an advisor, instructor, and operations chief.
In 2003, he incorporated LH International Consultancy, which specializes in assisting companies write and implement policies, procedures, and training programs for staff operations in both the US and abroad. His firm has worked with leading media organizations, oil companies, security companies, and various Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Hale has a proven track record managing and maximizing profits and saving for multimillion dollar projects in the military and private industry.
Research:
1. JTEM welcomed three new members to the staff. CPT Lamont Hale assumed duty as the Deputy, Transition and Operations Office. You found this earlier though.. :)
http://www.jte.osd.mil/docs/highlights/Newsletter%20aug%2008-08.pdf
2. Started LH International Consultancy in March 2008 not 2003.. Entity Name: LH INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY INC. Dept ID #: D12429643
http://sdatcert3.resiusa.org/UCC-Charter/CharterSearch_f.aspx
3. This says Lamont is 44 years old so he was a US Marine since he was 17.. Nice!

4. Looks like he donated to 250.00 to Obama.

Malek Z. Majzoub
Director of Product and Business Development
Mr. Majzoub joined SRE in July of 2008. He brings thirty-three years of industrial management experience to the team. During his career at Ford Motor Company, he was a manager in production operations and an engineering manager in charge of process and industrial engineering on a number of vehicle lines.
Mr. Majzoub has also been a project manager for a number of multi-million dollar facilities and product lines. He was the Production System Lean Manager at a three thousand-man site, where he was coordinating lean systems in the areas of Leadership, Work Groups, Training, Station Process Control, Maintenance, Engineering, Material Flow, Environmental Systems, and Plant Safety.
Research:
1. Majzoub’s Linked In account shows he is the owner of Genesis in VA.
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/malek-majzoub/14/415/162
2. Can’t find any registration for his “Genesis” in the VA, DC, MD area.
3. Picture?? http://portsmouthpd.us/?p=805 shows an aux. police officer in Portsmouth VA.
4. Lean systems theory can also be applied to the military – kinda like six sigma..
https://acc.dau.mil/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=140490
5. This ties into Hale above. IMO.
6. Can’t find him as ex-Ford although he has a couple of ‘friends’ who work for Ford in his Linked In profile..
7. Nothing else on him and Genesis. I searched using Google, Yahoo, all blogs and dove fairly deep.

Devin Tullis
Business Development Consultant
Mr. Tullis spent ten years working in the security industry before joining SRE and has managed and conducted protective operations for several Fortune 500 companies as well as numerous foreign dignitaries. He was the Senior Security Specialist and a special investigator for the Office of Ethics and Compliance at US Foodservices, where he was responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations were properly conducted per state and federal laws.
Research:
1. Owns Tullis Worldwide Protection, Alexandria, VA US
2. Myspace: http://www.myspace.com/dtullis
3. Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/devtullis
4. Can’t confirm resume with US Foodservices
5. Nothing else on Tullis Worldwide Protection. It appears that it is not registered in MD, VA, SC, FL, DE, NV or NC.
6. Again, I searched via Google tools, MS-Yahoo, blogosphere, RSS-DIGG, Agora, etc...
Tremond Hale

Mr. Hale is also President of Trademark Investment Group, based out of Charlotte, NC in which he oversees investments of small business and real estate ventures.
Research:
1. There are 3 Trademark Investment Group companies in NC.
http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/corporations/searchresults.aspx?onlyactive=OFF&Words=STARTING&searchstr=trademark
2. None list Tremond Hale of Charlotte as an officer, however...
3. Infinite Entertainment Inc., doing business as Club 304. Owners of the club are Tremond Hale of Charlotte, N.C., Debra Hale of Bluefield and Atiya Watkins of Bluefield.
http://www.bdtonline.com/local/local_story_078202201.html
4. Infinite Entertainment test website.
http://hiconceptmedia.com/Test/nfinite/index.html
5. NO RECORD of Infinite Entertainment or Club 304 at SOS in NC??
6. History: Club 304 was shut down in March 2007. Complaints have included altercations, gunshots, subjects with rifles, brandishing and noise disturbances, among others.
http://www.bdtonline.com/local/local_story_078202201.html
7. There is another Tremond Hale who works for Wells Fargo in San Francisco, CA. Trail is cold from there.
8. Searched the usual places…
