"What's holding it back"
20+ years of losing money.
Outlandish management compensation, nearly all of the shares owned by insiders have been gifted to them.
Cash burn.
100 for one reverse split and 10 for one reverse split.
Debt from line of credit growing @ $1M per quarter.
Just lost either their biggest or second biggest customer.
PRs in the past that have proven to be outright lies.

Lookout above!
LMAO
That's great!
I'm only:
13 behind cap
44 behind red
58 behind lacy.....
Check those mirrors folks!
Oh the week that almost was. If not for that sneaky little 29 I would have caught everyone I was talking trash to. And little Danica should have let 2 cars pass her on the last lap.
Too little, too late. ;)
One more chance!

I feel like an old man with an intestinal problem......
Can't pass a thing!
It's good to want things.
And talking trash about catching people to break into the top 30 is not exactly what I had in mind coming into the season.
I'm only 54 points behind ya Red. I made up 42 points just this week.
Can you feel the heat? ;)
GREAT NEWS EVERYONE!
I passed Wrinks!
I got Cap, Red and the Lacy-One in my sights.
I'm sure your all thrilled.... ;)

"WM is in it's late development/pre-revenue phase as it it close to launching products."
What would give you that impression? Because they said so?

You should investigate more.
They tried this scam in 2001 claiming a $20 million contract for NYC taxis. Here we are 12 years later and no usat in taxis. But you cannot find any information on what happened to the $20 million dollar contract, and of course every taxi in NYC has credit/debit card technology, why is it they are not using usat? Was there never really a contract?
Here is usat's original taxi PR.
September 5, 2001- USA Technologies Awarded $20 Million e-Port Contract For NYC Taxis And Limousines
.
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 2001 USA Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USTT) will install 15,000 e-Port(TM) devices in taxis and limousines operating in New York City The deal with United Taxi Alliance (UTA), one of the biggest taxi and limousine companies in the world, is valued at $20 million over three years, and represents one of USA Technologies' biggest contracts since e-Port was first unveiled a little over 20 months ago. This deal could revolutionize the global mass transit marketplace and open up new revenue streams for taxi and limousine operators.
“These companies will be able to share in advertising revenue, and add entertainment value to a passenger's commute by delivering content, such as news, weather and sports," he added. "New York is the gateway to the United States and perhaps the most influential marketplace in the world for the taxi and limousine industry; there is no more challenging or exciting marketplace to demonstrate e-Port's many unique advantages and benefits to the global traveler," said Stephen P. Herbert, President and Chief Operating Officer, USA Technologies, Inc. "e-Port will change the way people, including the riding public, view public transportation. Everything, from how a passenger pays for the fare, to how they inform and entertain themselves during the ride will be vastly improved," said Mr. Herbert.
In the United States alone it is estimated that there are approximately 6,300 taxi companies transporting 1.4 billion passengers annually, and there are more than 1,200 limousine companies transporting 400 million passengers annually.
The first of several thousand e-Ports could begin appearing in New York cabs and limousines in January 2002. The initial contract is to install e-Ports in 15,000 UTA taxis and limousines

Come on now.....Ambrose is okay, but stay away from Koslowski....
Now if we can convince someone to take out the #9 car some of us on the bottom can move up the standings.
Where's Jimmy Spencer when we need him?

For the race last August I was on the fence at the exit of turn 3. The lightening strike that killed someone was just across from where I was. I had just pulled out to leave when it hit and man it was the biggest explosion I've ever been near. Scared the shit outta me!
About a month ago, there was a charity ride at Pocono. We got to take our bikes on the track. Let me tell you something, that surface is smooth as silk. It was amazing how turn one seemed to grab your bike and just throw you out of the exit, in a hurry!

I don't really care much. It's not my money. However, I do feel bad for people who get caught up in a scam stock. It is no different than someone breaking into your house and stealing your stuff.
This is too funny. A press release stating that nothing has changed. LMFAO
No products, no sales, no contracts for future sales and yet people buy the stock and tout the company as a great investment.
Good luck to those who believe in this scam.

After attending both Pocono races last year, It looks like I won't be going to either this year. :(
Actually, I don't think the company has any products. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is nothing in production, therefore, no products.
Well you posted about $3 soon on March 1st.
Touched $2.65 that day, down 33% since then.
This is a 20 year story of failed promises, huge management compensation and even bigger shareholder losses.
Are you buying at this level? You responded when I said it would test $2 that "That would be great. Ready to buy some."
So are you buying?
Greatest actual name in sports history. Could you imagine his pickup line:
"Hi I'm Dick Trickle" can I buy you a drink? No really that's my name. Can I buy you a drink?
That's it, that's all he needed. :)
