fair point- it'll be tough to prove what is what without pictures of checks etc.
...Monique was a puppet in their pawn. You believe what you will, we all know the truth. She never received money or shares from BNPD.
The company folded under, it is just a shell.
I never said that DF was not responsible, but Berry also was responsible as president and board member. She is not the guiltless peon you seem to suggest. She was also responsible to do whatever it takes to protect her employees.
If one wants to play pin the tail on the donkey, one needs to remember that there were more donkeys that just DF.
maybe it was just that all the employees worked as hard as they could without being paid before it was finally too much and they resigned so they could look for other jobs where they could get paid?
That release was put out under the name of local darling Monique Berry. Yet Fisher is bashed?

All any "smart investor" (LOL) has to do to get them of the ask is buy all those shares up. Doesn't seem to be happening. Selling yes.
Let's see, and exactly how often are they turned in on the first day of the quarter? Probably a lot like paying one's power or phone bill on the day it is received--not the date it is due. I don't do that and I don't know anyone who does.
Pink sheets does give 45 days in recognition of the fact that it does require time to do the paperwork creating the reports.
I am not arguing that it is not late, but that 67 days is quite an exaggeration.
Suggest you re-check your dates. Last I checked, the Q3 reports are NOT due on the first day of Q4. Generally, they are due the middle of the month following the end of a quarter. While past due, they are much, much less than 67 days past due.
I agree. Debate should be looking at all sides of BEHL. A forum where only one point of view is permitted us definitely not very useful.
Seatrade, you hit a home run with that post. I first bought BEHL over 18 months ago based on its potential. I DO realize that it may never fill that potential. I don't necessarily like nor agree with everything done by the management, but nothing I have seen yet is a deal breaker for me.
They are a startup company. Startups either make it or they don't. I have done very well on some startup companies in the past. I still believe I will do well with Fisher and BEHL/BNPD. I take the postings here as entertainment rather than anything serious as investing advice. Hard to take anything serious from anonymous posters--either PRO or ANTI BEHL.
LOTM,
Thanks for putting the content of this forum in perspective. GLTY (and BEHL investors)!

the vast amount of disappointment.
At this time, they are still in business. We don't know the details of what is happening. In my mind, we have until the company closes its door. At that time we will know they have not accomplished their goals. Someone confidently posted here (post 103141) that BEHL will be BK by then. So we won't have long to wait.
In my mind it isn't worth getting worked up about. If they succeed, I win; if they fail, I lose. In either case, life goes on.
Interesting comment. Original spelling left intact:
What has this man ever accomplished with BEHL that would lead one to decide he has an ounce of credibility ? And no, plumbing, shinny things, and massive printing of shares do not count.
LOL, I don't think I am the one with hearing issues.
Apparently you didn't listen carefully to the Playground Radio interview. What DF said was that the SECOND payment was delayed because of a problem with the Nevada Secretary of State. That was cared for and the way is open to receive the SECOND payment.
BB, I object to the use of the word "proof" in your posts. I agree there is no clear evidence that there are paying clients for BEHL--just the PRs from DF. Also, there is no clear evidence that there are no paying clients. IMHO, absence of evidence is not necessarily evidence for absence.
In other words, there is no clear statement for your point of view. There is also no clear evidence for the point of view of banyon or seatrade. One can believe what one wants to believe based on their own interpretation of the inconclusive available evidence. But I see no "proof" for either position.
Probably does not have anything to do with the use of sprinklers.
Nah ... gotta be a bad leak. BEHL is not sophisticated enough to think about using sprinklers for thermal management.
Now where did I put my spoon? I LOVE pistachio ice cream.
Oh, and I solved your hidden word graphic. In the process, I figured out the source.
Depends on your perspective. If you really want to trash BEHL, then it is the "same ol same ol". If you are a supporter of BEHL, then it is "more exciting news."
It is amazing that your crystal ball is so reliable. What brand and model do you use. I want to buy one myself. Maybe I could make a ton of cash having a high quality crystal ball available.
BTW, I am neither a pumper nor a basher. I try to inject a bit of realism. I am disgusted by the pumper without proper DD to back up the claims. I am equally disgusted by the basher without the proper DD to backup their claims.
The majority of posts here are in one of the two camps. Consequently, my own DD is the source of my investment choices. As someone else said here, I would prefer to listen to my wall over members of either camp. It has more useful information.
The price action is a classic P&D which does NOT directly reflect on the viability of the company. It reflects more on the fact that some were burned by that P&D and the incessant bashing it has received in the time since then. To my view they have made good progress in very difficult circumstances. I believe the progress has been slowed considerably by the P&D and the manipulation experienced between summer 2009 and now.
I see they are close to success, but failure may be a strong possibility--not because of their inability to get the job done. Rather it is because of the serious drain placed on them by the events they experienced (mostly out of their control) in the last 14 months.
The SP right now is as out of line as the price of 0.15 was in August, 2009
Come on, DF. Let's see you out by the PBR with a bucket of green paint. Better yet, some green paint that will turn red after a week or two. Give people something else to speculate about. Unfortunately, you would miss a grand opportunity, DF, if you weren't seen on camera with the paint. Feel free to use a brush, roller, or sprayer as you see most appropriate. Or maybe a crop sprayer airplane to fly overhead and paint from above.
Correct. No proof that they can grow algae. However, it IS proof that they have constructed bioreactor that they say is ready to grow algae. I am ready to give them the benefit of the doubt. It is time to show they are capable of using the system to grow algae. If they are scamming us, then it is a very elaborate scam. Most pinkie scams are run from a cheap office with nothing to show to investors. BEHL at least is showing us something is happening. Showing progress in the photographs posted earlier, the webcams, AND in face to face meetings where investors can see the bioreactor in person.
I agree. If one does ones own DD, then the company does look quite promising. An investment here is not "to da moon!", but it does have that potential once they get their product working at DJV. BTW, did you look at the biocam today? Looking good!
The red color comes after stressing the algae. It is GREEN before stress applied. They probably will not stress until some time after inoculating the Death Valley Junction PBR.
ALL algae do not need darkness to grow. Otherwise, owners of swimming pools or fish ponds would not need to add algicides. Some algae does grow well in the dark. Unilever may have made the best choice for them, but anyone who knows even the slightest amount about algae growth knows that there are many MANY different algae species. Each species has an individual requirements for growth. There seems to be an obvious agenda here to tell only partial truth biased to make it look like BEHL is incompetent. Knowing a bit about algae, that is clearly not true. BEHL is not the incompetent party here.
gummyf-bear, you probably need the settings on your computer (or is it your eyes) checked. I am a photographer. Color calibration of my computer monitor is crucial to the success of my photography. There is NO green color in the image of the PBR.
Sorry GummyF-Bear, there is an old saying that seems to me to apply here: Absence of evidence is NOT evidence of absence.
The discussion has been over this ground before. The claim of no permits was discussed endlessly while BEHL was building the PBR at headquarters. The talk rapidly disappears when seen as a false alarm. Then was the problem when Huntington Beach gave Fisher the permits then kept adding fees until Fisher said "Too much already!" He went for the permits there and was blamed for the excess fees charged at HB. This topic will disappear soon when it is seen as yet another false alarm. The mayor of DVJ is a friend of BEHL. He was at the open house. I would hope any politician would be thinking paperwork first.
Very true, banyon, but the fines generally have not been enough to even slow them down. If mama catches me with my right hand in the cookie jar and slaps my left hand, I sill get my right hand full of cookies along with a slightly sore left hand. They need larger fines or extended stays of free room and board to get the message across.
Interesting sidestep to my original post. I believe that clears up a lot for me. Thanks.
When I read your "not proven" post, I began to wonder if you understand the words you wrote? For example, some (but NOT all) omega-3 producing algae do require dark conditions. This has been pointed out many times before, yet you persist in recycling that partially incorrect statement.

If my investment in this company was a mistake as you point out that doesn't say much for the company.
Thanks for at least giving credit to the photographer. Too often BEHL videos and photographs are posted here without proper credits for the photographer.
I think you misquoted the original email.
Unfortunately, I can not, however I will ask my colleagues and if ok to share I would be more than happy to.
You haven't been paying much attention then. Most native American tribes are participating in the largest fund raising activity in recent history--they run the casinos. If they want a 10 acre PBR, that probably represents only a day or two profit from their casino.
This company represents my risk capital. I knew I may not make a profit. However, I still am in good shape as my average is now .00145 since I have averaged up. Then, and it continues, I believe the potential is great. I would hold.
Taking a "possible" single data point and making up a whole scenario about it. Do you write screenplays? Kinda like some recent movies from Hollywood.
Thanks for the PM. I don't have access to the PMs, thus the public reply. I like to cook too. Right now, I have several pans on the stove stirring them.
