The March Toward Marijuana Legalization: 2016 and Beyond
State-level marijuana law reform won big in last month’s elections, with legalization initiatives triumphing convincingly in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington, DC. The Florida medical marijuana initiative lost, but only because it had a higher bar of 60% of the popular vote. It ended up with 57%, a clear sign of solid majority support.

Banks tap into big data to trap wily traders
A recent swath of trading scandals has spurred big banks to turn to new technology and data sources as they attempt to crackdown on illegal behaviour by their staff.

The 'bleeding' will never stop. ERFB is working hard towards it's next reverse split.
Is that a rhetorical question?
Only the Q will tell the tale so we should see this week.

I don't especially like it. No suspensions, no officer/director bans, no real damage to the companies, except for the fines.
It encourages the attitudes you describe.
I agree. It also creates a whole new level of stupidity.
Well, it would depend on who might say that.
It was a poster. The company/ticker was fined for selling unregistered securites. Worked out a payment plan with the SEC.
test
If you say so. Best of luck to you.
LATF needs it's own memorial for fallen traders.
Just sayin'.
Guess what I heard today?
Brace yourself. Make sure you're sitting down and/or have a helmet on.
Violating SEC regulations and being fined for it, are considered insignificant issues.
When you and everyone else are done laughing, I'd love to hear some thoughts.
Most likely a suspension.
Get out while you can. It's only gonna go lower.
Yea guess I better dump my 2,000,000 shares next week
I would. There's no reason to hold shares here. The recent pump is over. It was a nice little spike but ERFB was clearly frontloaded, then pumped, then dumped. Just look at the chart. Somebody recently asked me about the AD line going up. There's the answer why. ERFB was a frontloaded POS.
The SP will continue to decline. The company is going broke. They're in the process of paying a $50,000 fine levied by the SEC for selling unregistered securities.
This turkey is done.
with the amount owed and whom it is owed to we will see nothing but a reverse split and constant dilution to follow.
Yeah, sure.
That's a rather outlandish thought, isn't it?
Wonder what's next? Cubley saved thousands of Oompa Loompas from the whangdoodles and hornswagglers so, now they're out in the oil fields selling ERFB's wireless systems.
There are ZERO reasons to trust this CEO. Rose colored glasses must be on sale.
Note to self... violating SEC regulations is insignificant. Good to know. Thanks!
Yes!! I did!! I forgot about the money levied by the SEC for selling unregistered securities. Cubley blatantly violated SEC regulations. Not a good thing, eh?
You've seen the payment schedule for that, right?
Not without another reverse split.
Company has declining revenues, financed debt, soon to be bankrupt. The writing is on the wall.
There's a helpful little tool that iHub has so kindly provided for us, it's called a sticky note. Read them much?

It was a rhetorical question.
ERFB has done nothing but, dilute. See the 8-Ks? Read them. They RSed it to bring the OS down, now they're just adding shares on a weekly basis. When it's finally maxed out, they'll do it all over again.
I didn't fail to read anything. They're paying the debt with financing, it's still debt.
How many shares have they issued to pay their CDs?
The shareholders are paying off the convertibles. All ERFB is doing is issuing shares.
They have not paid their dues yet. Did you see the payment schedule? Pay attention!
Respondent shall pay civil penalties of $50,000 to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Payment shall be made in the following installments:
$20,000 on or before November 15, 2014;
$4,000 on or before December 15, 2014;

$4,000 on or before February 15, 2015;
$4,000 on or before March 15, 2015;

Everything is not as it seems.
Know what you own.
BAAAAAH!!!
How can someone have faith in a company that was fined for selling unregistered securities?
Loadin back up for what, disappointment? There's a clear pattern here.
Baaah!!!
How many were issued at .007 and, in the same breath please, what was today's total volume??
Answer those two questions and the light will shine.........totally irrelevant.......we call it a "wash"!!!!
WTF are you talking about? Call it a wash?
Are you insinuating that todays volume 'washed out' the shares issued in the last 8-K?
LOLOLOLOL!!!!
This pump is over. The folks behind it are now gone. Sold, dumped, whatever you wanna call it. The AD line went up because they were buying, lower and lower, until they had enough shares. Then the pump ensued. Look at the AD line and compare it to the SP trend. It's obvious. ERFB was frontloaded, then pumped, then dumped. The rest of the sheep are headed in to be slaughtered.
Like it or not, those are the facts.
It'll just drop more tomorrow. The pump is over.
How's that working out?
They were fined for selling unregistered securities.
You can disagree all you want but, there's nothing that can save this.
It's a complete disaster. Years in the making.
Know the facts before you have the audacity to disagree. FWIW
Oh goodie then.....my first:)
LMAO!! It's never gonna happen. Get real.
"Is there a specific stock issuance they have made (debt conversion or otherwise) that you don't think had an appropriate exemption??"
"Not right now."
LMAO!!!
Tomorrow.... this POS is gonna crash. Spike early in the morning, then it's downhill from there.
Sarcasm... Here's something promising for SIPC, SMH.
Take a look at Sipp's Registered Agent's Facebook page...

Better do your DD folks. Things are not as they seem. Same shit was pulled 5+ years ago by a Texas Tornado. She was eradicated too.
Have you ever communicated with Syman Vong? According to the State of Nevada he/she is the President.
Companies like SIPC will take advantage of the naive. This sector is far from being "NEW".
Agreed.
FWIW... Quiros lashed out at me the other day when I emailed him.
We went back and forth several times.
I won't discuss how it ended.
Charts and TA are a self fulfilling prophesy regardless of the rumors.
Charts and TA don't mean a thing when emotion is involved. The only reason SIPC did this well today is because there's a promo going on.
With a show of hands, how many of you received some sort of email about SIPC?
Somebody is doing a pumptastic job at herding sheep.
SIPC was a shell that had not filed in a few years
Makes it ripe for a hijacking.
this will be a 3 way reverse merger into the Marijuana Sector and so far SIPC appears positioned to be the First Publicly traded Marijuana Dispensary in Oregon with the Oct 27 LOI
If that ain't a pumptastic statement, I dunno what is. At the very least, it's one of the funniest things I've read all day.
