We're talking about SEC sanctions and you give me a link to a fine by Connecticut State Banking?
Try again.
Yeah, it's bad thing when over 6M in debt is reduced to under a million. I can see how that would hurt the shareholder. Pfft.
Nice links but, still nothing about sanctions and subsequent actions. I thought you said you had proof there was? Not so much, eh?
Then show your hand because as far as I've read, there were no sanctions and the case was dismissed.
Financing debt? LMAO!! That's just more debt, it doesn't go away because somebody loaned them money to pay it off. Tell that to an accountant and they'll laugh their ass off.
The shareholder was slapped in the face with a bullshit asset sale that was supposed to pay off the debt. How's that working out?
Tarpon, Hicks, and Southridge were never sanctioned by the SEC. Contrary to what your post suggested.
What about the millions in debt? Is the shareholder ecstatic about paying it off? Clearly not enough assets to cover it.
Do they all promise unicorn farms in Costa Rica and fail to deliver?
No, and neither has STLK.
Do they all get sued by sec sanctioned individuals that were recommended to the company for repayment of debt?
Not all but, many have. Besides, Tarpon was never sanctioned by the SEC, Stephen Hicks was involved in a SEC litigation, not Tarpon.
Do they all go from a 39mil. Share float trading between .01 and .025 and dilute the piss out of it down to the current .0002 cellar boxed sp in 7 months?
Not all but, many have.
I looked up 'cellar boxed' as compared to 'cellar boxing'(it's clear the definition of that still eludes some) and what I found about 'cellar boxed' was a video by a fat guy with exercise equipment in the background. Reliable information? Doubtful.
The lower it goes the more shares that can be accumulated.
And falling like a knife, week after week.
Lol, this POS just keeps going lower and lower every week. Hard to fathom how losing money equates to a good day.
At least the CEO continues to dilute right in the face of the shareholder. Not enough assets to cover the massive millions in debt so the shareholder will fund it, just as I've said.
They all dilute and there are bigger POSs than STLK out there diluting to the tune of billions of shares.
Your opinion is just that, an opinion and it's duly noted.
Sure there is. Perhaps if it said STLK and the whole OTC has been halted, would be one way.
But it wasn't, it clearly said STLK and just STLK. Misleading at best.
Your post clearly said STLK and not the whole OTC market. It was misleading. The whole market was halted, not just STLK as your post would make it seem.

The post clearly said "STLK ~ trading has been halted". Not the OTC. I don't need your link to educate myself. I can read and comprehend the English language.
Stlk~ trading has been halted
What a bunch of BS. Trading hasn't been halted, ridiculous statment.
Pay no attention to this misinformation folks.
The 'Penny Dreadful' morale is for the birds.
If STLK was a scam, a MJ company, or a bunch of boneheads frontloaded and touted it, it'd be running. Even with the OS it currently has.
The debt this company has, is rather small considering there are other companies with millions in convertible debt and they're being touted as the next best thing.
Griping about convertible debt in an OTC stock is like griping about sand at the beach.
There are other companies around the World doing the same thing with better designs. Still, it's not cost effective. Do some DD.
This whole idea of solar wind power is ridiculous. I understand the physics behind it but, it's still a ridiculous idea. Think about it. Look at SWET's design compared to others.
It's not logical.
Someone was paid $2,000 for this recent pump.
Time to treat this trash like it should be, eh?
ERFB was a ton of trash a long time ago. Somehow it attracted a whole new set of flies that assume ERFB is the best trash ever! Well, it's not.
If Jose P Quiros was intent on transparency he would timely update the O/S every time it changes via OTC markets or an 8k filing.
That's an absurd request. No CEO does that. There's no need for an 8-K here because any shares that may be added are already eluded to in the filings.
This doesn't require a shareholder prodding him to do so
Nobody was "prodding him" to do so. One email is all it took. Let's not blow things out of proportion.

What we NEED is 'Anvil'(Mike Shea) to shit or get off the pot!!!
The FB of MJ? Get real.
This news has nothing to do with SIPC. It's sector specific. SIPC is not mentioned in the article.
Thanks for the cotton candy(fluff).
Regardless, this company has a history of reverse splits and declining revenues.
It's recent move to sell it's 'non-core assets' and focus on it's O&G part of the company is a bunch of bullshit.
A wireless company changes direction and decides to go into oil and gas? Ridiculous. The company doesn't even have a Geologists on board.
Almost two years ago, this same company spewed garbage about serving O&G companies with wireless connectivity.
This is a fire sale. Take your chances.
I doubt it's changed since your earlier post. Doesn't matter. Still small compared to other companies with 10 times the OS trading in the pennies and nothing going for them.
I don't see any reason to be surprised about the dilution. Anybody that read the Form 10 in July of last year would already know.
As far as the updated OS on OTCM, I emailed Jose on 10/1 and asked if it could be updated on OTCM. He forwarded the email to the CFO and it was updated shortly thereafter. That's what you call full disclosure.
There are no surprises here. The BOD hides nothing. Assuming the shareholder has been duped is absurd.
IMO we seen a rise in the PPS very soon!
Based on what? The fundamentals or the lame ass pump that's going on?
That was an epic turnaround for Gupta, imo. Even Dr. Oz supports it.
The weekly tells the past. It can't predict the future.
Floridians!!! Vote YES on Amendment 2!!!

You can't trust what this company says.
Declining revenues, huge debt, selling assets. It's obvious.
The reality is they're selling assets, declining revenues, the company appears to be going bankrupt.
Don't forget about this... http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=106854850
Maximum... 425M OS, IMO. No joke.
PSS is progressing well.
What about it?
If there's nothing wrong, why worry?
I just came across some HIPAA stuff, that's all.
DD the address in the disclaimer.
They're just hamsters with a tail. I hear they can dislocate their skull to get into tight places.
