JUST RECEIVED FROM CM
Note to shareholders
June 15, 2010
Hello all:
As I’m sure you all know, I’ve tried to keep everyone up to date during the past year and a half, and I want everyone to know that it is my intent to continue along those same lines. While I certainly can’t give you any information that is at this point “non-public” I am still receiving 50-60 emails every day and answering those direct questions. When I see an issue repeatedly, I will issue a “note” to address that issue.
I feel it is both important and advantageous for all stakeholders to be represented in these proceedings. In order to accomplish that goal, all stakeholders need to be properly informed.
The new management group is arranging a strategic planning meeting in the near future. This is an important step that exhibits the managements desire to have a complete understanding of issues both financial and technical that face our company. It is my intention to report on this meeting with all information that may legally be disseminated without a formal press release…
Thank you for your continued support of our company.
Charles
THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DIDN'T PUT UP MORE MONEY TO KEEP THINGS GOING...
I disagree that it is short-sighted....If the mill runs we generate revenue...if we generate revenue we pay employees and debt holders...we become self-sufficient....ISN'T THAT THE POINT OF HAVING AN INVESTMENT GOING FORWARD???
I GET YOUR POSITION....
But IF their asset is worth $60,000,000 while we feed it ore, and is worth only $5,000,000 as scrap, what would you rather have backing your debt??
THINGS CHANGE, AND IN THE REAL WORLD UNPAID DEBT IS NEGOTIATED...
If the first lienholders had the Mill as an asset backing their debt and the Mill is not running, it is worth ONLY scrap metal...If someone comes along and wants equal footing, and are willing to finance the operation of the mill, the firsts are better off than if it isn't run and simply rusts and is worth nothing...
That statement is simply not true....
They can agree to take less in a settlement, they can agree to take options for the "back-end" of the deal, or any permutation of that...
Remember that what they are owed is not the same as what they are willing to take...MANY of them weren't paid interest, or got concessions when CPRK wasn't able to meet terms...
An investor may have been listed as owed $5,000,000 but really only had $3.5 invested...and may be willing to take $2.8 to get out....
CPRKTrader....
AND AGAIN, I'LL SAY.....
The first lienholders will deal exclusively for themselves....The demography of Milford and Beaver are "also-rans" in the battle for money or stake in the new incarnation of CPRK...
The money will "ease" all their concerns about their neighbors....
Did you EVER see a family that didn't fight over the estate???
CPRKTrader
I THINK CHARLES M. HAS THE HATCH REPORT...EMAIL HIM AND ASK.....
Unfortunately IF you think there is any benefit in talking to leinholders...IMHO...YOU ARE MISTAKEN....
It is clear that they are interested ONLY in what they can get for themselves...If you think that is not the truth, Good Luck....
They can pay you lip-service, but anything you get as an equity holder is something they would give up....AND THAT IS A JOKE....If they were even willing to take an "equal footing" of new debt to their "old" debt, we wouldn't be in this situation...
CPRKTrader...
My understanding is that they listed BOTH to avoid any
issues relative to prior claims on either entity. No advantage or disadvantage...
CPRKTrader....
I actually think that going back to their first dealings, Mark had 51% and Marcus and Eric each had half of the balance...
at least that's what Mark represented...
I THINK YOU ARE MIS-INTERPRETING THE % OWNERSHIP...
My understanding is that Dotson and Southworth did NOT sell shares, but rather they were dramatically diluted from the issuance of new shares. If you owned 40% originally when the outstanding was only 306,000,000 in 2008, without selling even 1 share, your stake at 6 Billion outstanding, would now be diminished to only about 2%....
CPRKTrader.....
I SPOKE TO CM ABOUT THIS
and he explained to me that anything that Nevada Star wanted he was opposed to...Simple reason, They want to take back property, and that would diminish OUR value....
I can agree, if that is one of the real issues facing our reeorganization and lets face it, NS is not on the side of shareholders....
I'm looking forward to getting much more info, but I doubt I'll change my mind about that...
CPRKTrader...

IT MEANS THEY DON'T QUOTE UNDER .001...
They just round up....
LOL.....
Nope...but we had a fairly long conversation that I didn't include in my prior posts....but knew the answers to...
CPRKTrader
CM confirmed the 37K number
and has no idea where the 60 number came from...BUT it didn't
come from him, as it is inaccurate...
I've asked about that too...
And he said the first he heard about it (the bankruptcy) was 11:30PM the night it was filed...from Dave McMullin...AFTER THE FACT...Never heard of the vote...
CPRKTrader
I JUST SPOKE TO CM TO CLARIFY THESE STATEMENTS...
And he told me that these comments are simply not what he said...
First of all, he said that usually, in this situation, shareholders take a haircut...
Second the Mill not operating anywhere near capacity is a direct and correct quote.
Lastly, his comment about "an adsurd effort" to raise capital was
"It became absurd given the price of the stock to give up so much of the equity for so little money."
He is very upset about these misstatements, and told me to look at all of the other interviews given to compare his statements...
He will not talk to this reporter again....
BTW, the $60,000 number was made up...he said he did not disclose that to anyone and it is incorrect...
CPRKTrader
I've spoken to cm repeatedly over the last year and he was not given any stock...he purchased it the same way we did, in the open market. I think he's been honest with the shareholders all along, BUT not given all the info to be more effective.
CPRKTrader
IF THERE WAS ANY "CRITICAL INFORMATION" AVAILABLE, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A PR, NOT A NOTE...
I would bet this was solely CM just trying to let everyone know that he's still here and that he knows that we are hungry for info...
CPRKTrader.....
Just got an email from CM.....
He was in the hospital until yesterday and is working on catching up on the 241 emails he got since he went in on Thurs...
I spoke to cm about this and there is a very wide range of pricing based upon quality....BUT
No matter what, if these guys that cm quoted this morning are right, 70-80% price rise makes everything quite cheery...AND cm also said ours is of good quality...
CPRKTrader
Just saw an update on CNBC....
Price has risen from $45-50 up to $60 for spot month delivery...
Good for me...
RS....Did you use my $300 to buy more???
I'M FEELING GENEROUS RS...TAKE THE $300 AND BUY MORE STOCK...I SPOKE TO CM AND HE SAID PR WILL BE OUT BEFORE 11:00AM
CPRKTrader.....
I AGREE, BUT EVEN SO, 3% / MONTH IS CLEARLY IN EXCESS OF THE USURY LAWS...
LAST TIME I HEARD THE DEBT WAS ABOUT $66mm..TO HAVE $2mm/;MONTH AT THAT NUMBER WE'D HAVE TO BE PAYING 3+%...A MONTH...
NOT BROKEN...JUST SHOWING THAT CPRK CAN ACTUALLY MAKE MONEY EVEN AT THE PREVIOUSLY STATED RESULTS....WITH NOTHING BUT UPSIDE AS IT IMPROVES THOSE RESULTS...
ALL MY FIGURES ARE BASED ON WHAT WE ACTUALLY PRODUCED LAST FALL
We never got higher than 2200 tons/day going in and we proeduced about 20 tons/day of Con...which we delivered and were paid about $2200 / ton.
I'm not using any specific "recovery rates." Just what cm told us we got in money for what we produced...
CPRKTraded...
HERE'S HOW I FIGURE IT....
If they get the Mill running at only 2500 Tons / day then we produce
aprox. 25 tons/day of Con....using the number cm gave us of about $2200/ton= $55,000 / day X 330 days/yr. = $18MM
Mag @ 2500 = 750/day X 330 days = 247,500 tons less the 75,000 to Massey + an additional 172,500 tons X $60/ton = 10.3MM
Total 28.3MM on top of what Massey gets...
Burn rate @ $800,000/month = 9.6MM...
This assumes no price increases or increased production...This MINIMAL production and no price increases clearly turns a profit...
CPRKTrader.....
I'D TAKE $50 AT THOSE ODDS...
6:1...IS THAT FOR OR AGAINST???
BASED ON THE CHART....
It looks to me if we can clear the .0054 recent high, the next resistence looks like the 50 day MA around .008.................
CPRKTrader....
CM'S Statement was the authorized...he said 6B...but he was mistaken on the issued..I think he said 5.3 instead of 5.6..
CPRKTrader...
My understanding is that it's not the Co. holding it, but rather the lawyers signing off on it...
I AGREE..MONDAY EARLY WOULD BE THE BEST TIME FOR PR...
After such a good vol. "green" week, and followed by Chippas on Tuesday...
CPRKTrader...
Can you give me an example or two??
PARDON MY STUPIDITY RDG...
But what are the pumping sites???
RICHARD...I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR POST....
How do you think the company can sell into the market? The are non-reporting so they can't file a registration statement, and any of the "new" shares authorized would be restricted for 12 months...So how can that happen??? Not being contrary, just don't understand how that could happen...
CPRKTrader...........
