Who all here works for LVGI / Ufoods ? Guess I missed that.
Was Ufoods just recently created by shareholders?
Care to share with the board what exactly your involvement is with the company?
Hopes, dreams and 4 Billion shares to sell...
Why are you so sure it will sell huge? Market analysis? Area research ?
Past performance?
Are you running the twitter page as well as the ufoods website?
4 billion shares want out for a profit. Good luck!
Look at the volume, this front loaded promo is failing.
Good luck with your stock promo, cease trade restriction in Canada on LVGI may slow your efforts until those folks sign up with other brokers.
This ticker has been front loaded by too many amateur promo artists, now looking for a big payday.
But no one is buying it. Almost doesn't matter what the company does, it's being controlled by the market, 4 billion shares...Share price & volume are facts!
Produced but no proof of it being profitable. (Hype)
Low trading volume indicates only one person bought into the hype.
"Longs" aren't even buying anything significant, go figure...
So much hype, no one buying it. Bet you know why...
Slam bottler is done? It almost sounds like you're hinting at the fact that SLAM isn't coming soon. Another new bottler is in the not so near future?
Next week, that what JF told you?
Think I've heard that one before, hang on, let me look through my notes and find who said it...
Instantly on market open. Then someone will sell 00000000003's but don't worry, deep pockets are on the sidelines, whales cometh! MM games will soon be over, shorty will be forced to cover at $1. Back up the truck, load the boat, news soon! You will all be rich!
They did hire that California kid, Ian to do sales in that state. One would assume some products exist.
Why don't you call Ufoods and ask how sales are going :)
Do you know who the first administrator of the TTB was?
I bet someone like that would know some stuff!
No, they took to long to reply, I was then gone. Then they changed their move date& deleted that Twitter conversation. Then blocked me from Twitter when asked about posting pictures of "warehouse".
Draw your own conclusions, but to me, it seemed like they had something to hide. Or nothing to show.
IMO? Go see it for yourself so that you're not posting opinions, but just facts.
LOL perpetual? They're landlocked between many other tenants in that building.
Except for the garbage dumpsters some here think can be used for storage.
Looks pretty tight. They knew people were very interested in the warehouse, why no pictures of that?
No, great sales boost PPS.
Gear, Limitless body, limitless health, hempcore all combined didn't sell enough to get this out of trips.
Sold more shares than product.
SLAM isn't out yet and competition is, with better packaging and product promo.
Knowing this, gamble accordingly.
Looks like TTB is busy these days, falling a little behind. SLAM colas should be processed around June 8'th.
Do you think LVGI is lying with the following, or at least providing mis information?
Was built in 1985.
Search google image for warehouse. I think everyone knows what it looks like and how it has to be setup to function efficiently for a busy distribution network to function correctly.
They have a storage building too? Are you seeing the garbage dumpsters in back corner?
Loading dock not in the back either (south side), each tennant space has backdoor on West side.
That's a warehouse? OK. I thought it was more of a multi tennant retail / office space.
When I think warehouse, I'd expect to see space for large trucks to back into loading dock, trucks coming/going, parking spaces for trucks & trailers, etc...
I suppose they can use the back door & alley area.
Ok, understood.
Thanks for your time.
Yes. You follow my Twitter, should've seen it posted.
As in just leave it alone?
Deleted by mod reviewed by admin but if no rule about email exists, perhaps there is a bigger issue here...
If no one can point me to the rule the post is in violation of, it should be allowed.
If it's in violation, I'll embarrassingly shut my pie hole.
Resubmissions are for spelling mistakes or TTB requested changes.
New bottler in st Petersburg = new submission.
Submitted May 11'ish. Results should be posted first week of June.
Thanks.
Knew that about PM's. What about email? Grey area?
FAQ & deletions handbook seem to be broken.
Is there a rule stating I cannot post an email as it is private?
It's from a Mod, same mod deleted. Just trying to verify TOS rules.
Just don't ask them if pictures can be posted, they will not respond nicely!
That's fine but did amazon say they had a warehouse when they did not?
Hempcore was on amazon and removed for this ufoods.
Why was it removed com amazon? The web page had to be updated? LOL
Wasn't this a "start up" 3 years ago?
Classic! You're banned from a board so you respond here, nice.
This company cannot list a business address because one doesn't exist? They confirmed that on twitter.
Per the state registration;
http://ecorp.azcc.gov/Details/Corp?corpId=R20873499
The address is;
7209 E MCDONALD DR UNIT 5
SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85250
A townhouse. I'm sure the FDA approves selling products to be ingested into the human body out of a garage.
The past has carried forward over 4 billion shares. Not understanding that number or forgetting about it, is not wise.
What happened to hempcore?
Had potential global audience with a bit of marketing then they pulled all inventory? Amazon is legit.
Liquidated it to ufoods whom have no business license or location yet are selling it at discount prices through Twitter?
That was in the year 2014. Over 16 months ago
Soon after he PR'd a Spring break 2015 release of SLAM.
Then in March 2015, "is about to happen," stated LVGI CEO Joe Francella.
