All of this selling - all of it - on low volume. PPS is more representative of a weak BID than selling. This is the doldrum dynamic, and it played out this year no different than any prior.
I’m already on the BID this morning.
SIPC
Market cap at current PPS is $3.1mm.

Tucktoberfest?
Picked up 265k at .0083. Not sure if that’s a good thing. First buy in a while. First significant buy certainly.
BID is absolutely putrid. At some point the traders show up (some already have).

You indicated you’d be back at trip 6? Your prior post
Lol. That’s funny. I think he was speaking with regard to expectations. Expectations for a product launched less than a year ago.

I think all along, the goal has been to lay a groundwork off of the Hemp based product, in anticipation that they later have the ability to deliver a CBD and THC variety. That’s where the money is. I don’t think many reasonable investors, thought this would go exceptionally high on Hemp IPA alone.

I think this is down to about 20 dudes who are trading this ticker. It’s exceptionally thin in both directions. If I didn’t think the underlying dynamic was predictably changing, I would be concerned by the lack of liquidity.
SIPC
Lol. That’s funny. I also like the fact that - the same regulatory challenges will await prospecting competitors.

If you invest in SIPC, this is a good thing. If CBD beer were legal tomorrow they are still limited in terms of distribution network. They need Texas to come online first, then more distribution.
Then CBD legislation.
There is a selected order of things in terms of an ideal outcome for SIPC commoners.

I’m not talking about fraud. I’m talking about taking responsibility for one’s investment decisions.

I’m not blaming anyone, which was precisely my point. I never stopped to articulate either, as to whether Bernie’s victims are also guilty of helping him perpetrate his fraud.
Advertised by whom? I’m never quite clear what you are referring to.
I’m not presuming anything, but I also view Texas approval as something of a formality at this point. If it wasn’t for our knowledge of the friendly hand extended by the State of Texas to craft brewers and original varieties such as SIPC’s Major Hemp IPA and SIPC’s original CBD beer recipe which has already been submitted for approval.
Texas, USDA regs in less than 2 weeks I would guess. I wouldn’t be surprised if one or the other took place this week. Regional distribution deals to cover new territories to follow. Then, the FDA iteration and the floodgates to follow after allowance for specifically derived CBD in the food supply.
Sync this with a time of year when historically, volumes have increased substantially over prior summer months.
I’m liking our chances for a fruitful harvest. What do you think lt?

Buyer’s remorse and the inability to execute a tactical maneuver is something we all go through once, and hopefully only once, as we develop our skills and disciplines. It is only our refusal to see a need for self-improvement that stagnates our growth.
Every single investor is 100% responsible for their successes and failures - without exception.

FDA Regulation of Cannabis and Cannabis-Derived Products: Questions and Answers
For those interested in fact-checking or becoming more knowledgeable of the current regulatory landscape for Cannabis including CBD. The FDA has projected a clear view on Cannabis derived products in the food supply even as the country awaits commentary of the USDA which is expected any day now - quite literally - and certainly before end of month. A study will reveal how many companies currently participating in the CBD market are about to be pushed aside, or mandated to change their product. Understanding how this affects SIPC correlates directly to the market value of SIPC commons.

Texas is exceptionally friendly to the craft brewery community. The Governor of Texas has signed several bills into law for the benefit of craft brewers. Such as the 'Beer to Go' law.
"Craft brewing is a big business in Texas"
“Beer-to-Go” in Texas
Texas, here we come!

I’d wager, more than the current $4mm market cap.

What newcomers will find - that is, the variety of newcomer who would look to add shares in the millions rather than the thousands - is that there isn't a whole lot of shares available.

We really need to see consecutive closes above that middle bollie. A true bullish signal. We’re getting very close.

I personally like buying when the graph line is low. I think that is smart. Based on what I read, and based on past successes.
See the part on the graph where it is highest? The spike? Don't buy up there. And if you do and it starts falling, don't hold it. This tact is referred to as capital preservation. It's an investment strategy. For personal finance. I know, I know, we're getting pretty deep here. It's not as complicated as it sounds.
Charts are really much more technical though. It requires study.

Peeps should read this over, and over, and over again. Commons on Sale for a Penny!

No doubt.
That’s the wonderful thing about Texas and Nine Bands - it comes with California as well.
And the company believes this because the FDA has spelled it out for al to consume. It’s public information. Only the nuances unclear at this stage.
Two dynamics about to unfold here. I’m certain of it.
SIPC
It’s a no-brainer. I’m betting on it.
Recognizing others here are subject matter experts is a good start. Kudos.

I would recommend you don't drink a 12-pack a day, then again that's your business.
Again nothing. One opinion in contrast to hundreds of industry and market experts. I'll follow the latter which is the only relevant opinion when we are exploring market factors.
Good grief. Be smart. Make money.

This is a good brief. Don't take my word for it. Take the word of industry experts.

meds? CBD is not recognized as medication, and it certainly is not being considered for SIPC's Hemp Beer lineup due to its medicinal benefits.
CBD and Beer are an absolute perfect match for reasons that have nothing to do with medication.
