ASK is breaking down. ASK has been breaking down for a few weeks now.
Oh. Just didn’t understand the question of how you can be more accurate, at the same time an admission of not being entirely accurate. It seems the answer lies within the question then.
Good luck!
If predictions only ‘almost all came true’ this would be an admission of room for improved accuracy?
Hi - I own no shares but I have CANB on my L2 watchlist. There was a 4mm share BID this morning. It was very noticeable as you can imagine. Approximately 10-15 minutes later it was gone. I had presumed a withdrawn BID before seeing the trade history.
I only mention that I noticed the 4mm Bid. I have no view one way or the other.
Good luck. Happy Holidays.

I think the real suckers are the ones who follow him or praise his ‘work’.
No doubt. He’s a hypocritical goofball who lacks the intelligence to recognize his own hypocrisy.
Maybe I’ll buy an Epipen company and raise the price of Epipens by 400%. In the view of some, that would make everyone who required an Epipen to also be a sucker.
Right. The hypocrisy is off the charts.
MMs will inevitably create a market here. Right now there is only one way to do that. They really need to release 3Q fins as soon as possible.
At least a few big bidders have shown up today. Or one bidder at least.
I think most are here only to gasp at the outcome. Absurd as it would have seemed 6 months ago, the market cap has been reduced to a point where a new venture should be considered. The share structure is fantastic but they aren’t doing a whole lot with it to be honest.
Difficult to explain why no update on Texas which was not predicated on CBD. Many hemp beers received label approval in past 60 days. I know fees are substantial, but you have shares available. Sell them, pay the fee, and launch h-IPA in Texas. Bad time of year to go silent.
What keeps me here in spite of S-show - the share structure has barely changed. No clear signs of enrichment. Monitoring closely but could only place small amounts of capital at risk here. For now.
Agree Panzer. Sipp needs to deliver Texas. More and more Hemp varieties approved in Texas every month. Sipp needs to be one of them.
Good to hear from you Panzer.

Happy Thanksgiving ZZ.
Give thanks, for your 7.75%
FDA is absurd. Still, need to launch H-IPA in Texas. Doing so will stabilize and give us that bottom.
Interesting that our ‘sister’ company and their investment in distribution, is about to take a big step towards next generation. I wonder where Sipp will fit in all of that.
Why do you call out SIPC shareholders? Most shareholders are common people who did nothing more than purchase a security. Why criticize them?
Lol. Talk about out in a pasture - alone. One article is about the ‘dangers’ of marijuana, the other article is 7 years old. Great DD. The type of DD that will see your investment portfolio depreciate.
As for buying the high, you first need capital to play with. You need $$$. Most brokers allow you to ‘invest’ with play money. For purpose of bettering your skills. Then when you have real money to invest, your improved skills will help you avoid buying the top, and will certainly help you avoid holding a stock while it increasingly depreciates.
Basic disciplines required if you are to have any sustained success.
Good luck.
Living in the muck bro - I love it. See you on the top.
SIPC
On the chart you posted - see the high spikes? Don’t buy there. Or if you do and soon after realize it, take action to preserve capital.
I often refer to these types of actions as disciplines. I’d be a train wreck without them.

In 2018 the Q3 was filed on November 20.
After yesterday’s close, Market Cap is down to $1.55 mm.
A few heavy retailers in distribution during a period of low activity has really cratered the share price. All the evidence is here to see.
With the same heavy retailers now announcing their exit, I intend to resume my third tranche of buying shortly after shitty financials are posted.
SIPC
Guess they went dark? Lol. I’m sure they will be posted within a few days. There was little expectation they would be posted on 11-14.
Check OTC Markets for their filing history.
It's less complicated than that. The object is to grow your portfolio. One of the most critical things to do is to take responsibility for your investment decisions. This leads to self diagnosis when things don't go as planned. Otherwise the tendency is misdiagnose losses as someone else's fault or blame.
Best advice - take full and complete responsibility for your own investment decisions.
SIPC
Market cap about to dip below $2mm.
Good luck all.

What about feelings? Do they count?
Thanks ZZ. In the end, peeps need to make their own investment decisions. But good grief - at least be informed. Pursue the facts. Use verifiable resources to support due diligence. Be specific. Understand the concept of evidence. Use tools to aid in your research.
In terms of SIPC - very high risk investment. As is every OTC issue. But SIPC files regularly and they have a verifiable product selling in stores today. And while the footprint is small, it is expanding.
As for common shares, SIPC does not dilute on top of a great share structure. The debt in terms of potential dilution is exceptionally minor, owed largely to the owners of the company who provide funding vehicles in order to keep the operation running.
This is a small business right now. Outstanding shares are less than 350mm and the market cap as of this writing is less than $2.5mm.
Good grief. The question was when does SIPC report financials. Afraid the DD board won't help with this one.
Tiger Money - you inquired about financials. Your resource for determining is OTC markets. Best to refer to prior reporting periods for an indication of timing. For instance, in 2018, Q3 was reported on November 20. In more general terms, consider that not every company follows the same fiscal calendar. Most - but not all - are aligned with the common Roman calendar.
PPS depreciation is not an indication of a scam. Dilution for no specific business purpose however, is one of the clearest indications of a possible scam.
There has been exceptionally little in terms of dilution of SIPC
commons the past few years. This has been proven over and over again. I think bad timing and expectations more at play than a scam.
SIPC
The footprint may still be small but it is factually inaccurate to say there is no beer. SIPC is in contract with a number of different breweries and distributors which has been verified and confirmed. I personally know for a fact that the beer is available in numerous locations as of today.
Agree with this. We need Texas if we are to see the Q over Q growth we are looking for. I expect Q3 financials to be not a whole lot different than Q2. Hoping for a modest increase.
There are a number of potential SIPC-specific catalysts as you rightfully point out. While I'm happy with organic expansion over time, an FDA approval of SIPC's CBD-beer formula would bring immediate national attention.

That’s not a mic, it’s a hot dog.
Really? It was a facetious remark in response to a different statement about front loading. I was being sarcastic, given the term was being used out of context.
The style here seems eerily familiar by the way.
Happy Friday!
SIPC market cap currently less than $2.5mm.
I front-loaded today.

WSK - it’s all good. Some seasoned investors such as yourself, appreciate that one is not mandated to hold stocks forever. Buy low, sell high - that’s the name of the game.
This basic concept seems to elude some.

Low-volume doldrums and the corresponding affect were predicted months ago. It’s good to be prepared.
