Posted below are the combined console unit sales from January 2010 through June 2010 in the United States using data provided by research firm NPD. The percent change in unit sales from the first six months in 2009 is shown in parentheses to the right of each console.

Nintendo DS - 3,071,400 (-25%)
Wii - 2,455,700 (-19%)
Xbox 360 - 1,924,900 (+19%)
PlayStation 3 - 1,591,000 (+42%)

The reason why this weeks annual gaming conference was cancelled prior to this years reincarnation was because of the amount of money it was costing to own your booth, and attract excitement with every developer/publisher trying to outdo his neighbor.

Graffiti not having a booth at E3 is insignificant imo. While Sony and Microsoft are displaying their new motion control peripherals, every major third-party and first party game developer showcasing brand new never-before-seen games, over in the farrr corner we have Graffiti on display with Reader Rabbit Wii?

Waste of money. Glad to see they have priorities!

That about covers it all, but even quality doesnt translate to revenues. I have a friend who designed the iFart app, and after the apple cut he was averaging $10,000 a day. A simple .99 app that spits out about 20 fart sounds

What is happening with this stock? I bought in at .06 and sold most at .19 and held on to some that appears worthless now. Anyone know whats goin on?

There are loads to look forward to with SDVI we dont discuss.
Once we can guarantee our products placement at major retailers, game developers not wanting to lose large margin to big publishers aka Activision, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft; will look at options like Graffiti to distribute and/or publish. Being a jack of all trades is very appealing to me if/when we can establish ourselves and earn reputation (and money)

We just need one HIT and I believe Ken has what it takes to take us into new territory. We all see how fluffy PR's are virtually non-existant now, with all new PR's introducing new information to shareholders

If there is 7 billion preferred-convertible shares, it doesnt matter if the A/S is maxed

At what point does this preferred share nonsense stop? The AUTHORIZED share count is the only thing to be concerned about. If the authorized goes up to 5B (which it won't) yeah great, sayonara.

The company has been taking steps to ensure no more stock will be issued to pay for COGS, and all the FACTUAL evidence supports this agenda.

1) Electronic Arts is trading at 18.50 a share, but they have lost over $1B in the last 18 months or so. We actually HAVE a higher net revenue than them in the last 2 years combined, and our bottom line looks like it will continue to improve in 2010.

2) What if we hit a "home run"? A fancy "stud" CEO taking 6 figures off the top won't make a world of difference if we have a game that sells a million copies, roughly $15M gross to us (RR series easily could imo). Profit is profit, and it will translate into PPS when it is sustained. When the CEO's promises start to hold water, with that water, they will carry weight with old and new investors alike. IMO, that time is near, a few more pieces need to fall into place, but I am not disappointed with the progress made in the last 6 months

3) Also, I highly doubt announcing that the biggest shareholder and CEO is standing down is going to be the defining catalyst that turns around SDVI. Lets just ix-nay that thought process

As long as the company is making money (which they seem to be), then one must believe they are getting value at this PPS

In regards to shareholders of record, here is an excerpt from some communication between me and Ken a few months back
"...definition of "Shareholders of Record" and DTC electronic system and see that we can have 2000+ people that have shares in their accounts. DTC is one of the "Shareholders of Record.""

So we have roughly 6MIL short sells on a day of 15M total volume?

Try one year ago.

Factor in dilution to survive and expand and look where we came out. Identical PPS to February 2009. BUT we have revenues this time, and loads of SKUs in stores, and more on the way.
Evidence points to no dilution currently underway.

A big investor with any sort of savvy should be even right now, or poised to break even with the next push.

Oh wait...i forgot, there is a printing press taking money from shareholders pockets and buying vacation time for the CEO. Hehe..K

There is a GLARING difference between convertible preferred and preferred. Nothing on the financials suggest a convertible preferred is employed, the rest is deluded imagination.

I believe the number is closer to 550,000,000 total Common share "votes" now to maintain majority. 34,000 preffered shares held by people other than Ken, most likely family members. Whats 34 million shares at this point? If they havent already been converted or retired that is...

You do realize even if 5 billion company-owned preferred shares were outstanding at a 1,000,000,000,000,000 to 1 conversion rate, when the A/S is 1.5B thats all we need worry about.

Regardless, the amendments from 2002 are not applicable. We probably haven't heard about the preferred share count because it is most likely retired to zero. This is what the balance sheet said

They doubled the share count and the price is THE exact same as it was. If the cap doubles does that mean they failed in 1 year? Doubling the market cap is failure? Delusional friendo, delusional

Very true my friend. But venting to chimps isnt aiming irritations at the party responsible. Direct communication with Ken can be achieved a number of different ways, though it seems futile while "The Vacation" is underway.

A lot of people are upset about "The Vacation." I understand the timing might be bad from OUR perspective due to FR release, but if WE think harder on this and THIS is the best time to vacate, we have good times ahead (lots of games upcoming first couple quarters) not just the one. I would say, anyone with millions of shares or multiples of that, HOPES this is the bottom. No one has made "da TURN at da same time" instead, what is being implied rather simply is agreement from some fellow Ihubbers that the current situation of ignorance sucks, and if the price is going to go up we will need news. Everything else is a derivative of this.

We have products, a bunch, selling quite nicely, right? We have a business model that practically eliminates risk as a shipped product is paid for (within 90 days) all we need to do is find decent software to manufacture, package, promote, distribute, re-distribute...

We are in nearly all of Canada's biggest video game retail outlets, EB Games (owned by Gamestop) selling seven products, we are also selling in Walmart's across Canada.

Whats different about now and this time last year? Well the PPS is identical, but we have seven products on a shelf finding customers. We have proven we can make a half-decent product successful (RR). We have several more RR games to be released, amongst a smorgasbord of other titles. We have a new subsidiary, despite what we don't know, it probably WON'T be an unsuccessful merger. We have oil wells which were sprung on us that while we dont know what exactly for, we do know they were placed as an asset, leading us to believe they could have been used to secure a loan and eliminate the need to dilute further, all the while gaining value as oil has doubled in the last year.

What we are waiting for is the audited financials to shed light on how successful we really were. Pave this bumpy lightly-traveled road we ride; Help forecast 2010 realistically. Can we uplist? How much debt? How many games can we release at once and stay on top of it all? The questions we need answered to provide the foundation for future success are in the financials we should be getting shortly. Hold tight, buy if you think it will be good, and if they are good, look out.

We definitely hit our bottom. How could anyone consider selling at this level?
