Lisa Jackson, head of the EPA with Vision truck :

From the yahoo board :
"Check it out!
TTSI using the Vision Tyrano truck takes gold in the Automotive/Transportation category.
Vision Tyrano takes bronze in the Electric Vehicle category right behind the Ford Focus and the Fisker."

I have not bought in a while. I am sitting on 30,000 shares. I may buy another 10,000 soon if the price stays in the .10 - .15 range. It may drop below .10 as well.
TTSI buying large numbers of trucks this fall is very important. Also, hopefully Swift transportation gets on board this year.
I am. Here is some encouraging news from Total Transportation Inc.
Notice front and center on their home page :

I like this part :
"TTSI has committed to purchasing up to 400 of the “Tyrano” trucks"
Yes, I see your point. Although, those early days were exhilarating !!!
Most certainly there are people who made money on BEHL. It was / is a POS scam. However, many got in in around March 2009 in the trip zeros and profited greatly.
The real problem for these people was how much more they could have made by leaving hundreds of thousands of $ on the table.
Yeah I am going to give options a try in about 6 months. Dividend stocks are nice as well.
By the way, BVTI is not a typical penny stock. They are a full reporting OTC stock and they are on the verge of submitting a BLA with the FDA and European Medical Agency for their cancer vaccine. They went through a bankruptcy reorg ( hence the low PPS ) with all original shares intact. They should hit $2.00 upon BLA filing. They were at 2.00 bucks twice in the last 18 months.
The one big risk is dilution since they are cash poor.
But yeah, most if not nearly all penny stocks are dog shit.
BVTI is ready to roll. Up from .35 to .74 in 10 days. $2.00 is coming soon. Regulatory filings to FDA and EMA are near.
http://www.google.com/finance?q=bvti&hl=en
According to recent prs they are in the process of talking with one or more regulatory agencies ( pre BLA filing meetings with FDA, EMA, and Health Canada) and attempting to gain feedback on the next steps for submittal of the BLA. If the meetings go well we should see a BLA filing in late 1st half of 2012 or early 2nd half 2012.
True, but I like the quote from the executive at Total Transportation. It clearly is not some made up LOI that all pinks use.
Also, keep an eye on Fedex, their leadership is big on alternative fuels and recently installed hydrogen lift trucks with the refueling system at a major distribution center. And they successfully tested one of Visions trucks.
Yes, but they are a real company with verifiable employees, revenue, customers and product. BEHL has none of this. BEHL is a dirty shell not an operating company. Understand ? BEHL has nothing.
Solazyme is pulling in cash from their IPO at around 22.00 a share and do actually have revenues from the Navy.
Yeah. Dilution is always a threat. I believe VIIC has 500,000,000 AS, which is a bit high, although the OS and current float are tiny. Hopefully they do not dilute anytime soon.
I like it !! Recently Sysco, the massive food distributor added hydrogen power forklifts and the refueling stations at one of their warehouses. Sounds like a perfect candidate for a sales call from Vision.
"Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it."
But hey, we do not want to hear about abysmal failures of the past. Each day brings a new future, regardless of the buffoonery of BEHL's past.
Banyon... I admire your enthusiasm, but why would you defend a worthless shell ? Clearly, BEHL is a POS. You must know this.
Can you explain what is good about BHEL ? Are "companies" that never do what they say, and have no significant revenues, have no verifiable employees, and trade for .0001 p/s quality "companies" ?
Yet, you come to this board day in and day out, and are routinely, intellectually eviscerated.
Those .008's do not look so cheap now, do they ?
You are quite the trouper.
LOL !!!!
No. Just admit these are your beliefs and you have no evidence that BEHL is an operating company.
Maybe things are going on behind the scenes and that is fine. However, at this point there is no evidence of this and reason dictates that it is an empty shell without much future until it is rinsed and re - branded. With the massive dilution it is extremely unlikely this issue can ever get over .0005 without a RS.
You are free to believe what ever you want. Some people believe in the tooth fairy.
There is no evidence that it does exist. Until evidence is presented that it does exist, any affirmative claim is unsubstantiated. Again, the burden of proof is upon the one making the positive assertion. Logic dictates that you can not prove a negative.
For example, prove that the that the devil does not exist. Clearly this is impossible.
Can you please list anything that BEHL has accomplished of any substance ? Independent of blame, what has this near worthless shell / company ever produced that has independent verification? And why would anyone defend a complete failure of a company ?
How many of BEHLs PRS ever materialize ?
What evidence would lead any rational person to think BEHL is nothing more than a complete failure of a company ? And why would any rational person believe any pr released from a company ( using the term company loosely) that has consistently failed to deliver any of their claims.
No evidence of a product, no evidence of employees, no evidence of ongoing revenue, no evidence of audited fins, etc..
The fact remains that for all the prs that never came to fruition this empty shell has nothing to show except a share price of .0001.
What business is BEHL in ? What products do they have ? how many employees do they have ? What are the credentials of the CEO ? Do they publish timely financial updates ? Do they allow public audits ?
What characteristics does BEHL exemplify to indicate an ongoing legitimate company ? What traits do they have to distinguish them from a shell company ?
Seatrade, one must first understand the very basics of economics and then apply that to BEHL. First, demand for shares and demand for BEHL products are two different things.
You see, for a massive drop in demand (economy wide recession) to affect a company, the company must first have demand for their product in order for the drop in demand to occur for their product.
BHEL was in an infant industry with no verifiable end product or sales of any consequence. Therefore, the macroeconomic loss of demand throughout the economy had little effect on BEHL.
Now, based upon supply and demand, the massive increase in supply of shares onto the market caused the price of the shares to crash. This is a very basic concept. That is the single biggest reason for the near no value share price (among others, i.e. failure to ever deliver anything).
Make sense, you understand?
Yeah, I know I went to the website and they explain everything up front. Their objective is to increase the visibility of their clients with out the traditional pr pump campaigns. They need to get the word out somehow.
At least the CEO is not incessantly pumping his company. They do not release many PRs and when they do they are of substance with verifiable sources. For example, FedEx Freight, ( I verified with them that testing of the Tyrano is ongoing ), the ports of LA and Long Beach, and Burtek etc..
Very interesting (from the yahoo board) :
http://www.baystreet.ca/articles/research_reports/Cohen/viic-report.pdf
Not necessarily; it depends on who owns the server. However, that being said, even if I own the server and delete every reference from the server and all backup media, many hundreds of cached copies may exist in cyber land.
Right. The burden of proof falls upon the one making the positive assertion. For example, the people asserting that Burton is a real person. Proving a negative is contrary to logical debate, and is evidence of an untrained mind.
Still think .008 was a good buying opp ? How did that work out for you ?
What business are they in ? Other than selling shares.
Yeah, but it was strange. Only 600 shares traded most of the day and then boom... 60,000 hit all at the end of the day.
$1,400,000 contract is great news and so is this :
Price of fuel cells will soon drop due to replacement material for platinum:

Hi Crystal.
Might be rare, but it just happened a few months ago with BVTI. All common shares remain intact.
BEHL ?? There is no BEHL but for a shell. No employees, no product, next to no assets, no HQ. It is not a vast conspiracy against BEHL. Rather, Fisher simply never performed. The man rarely ever did what he claimed.
WOW! Really amazing that no mater how pathetic, unreliable, a "company" is people still hang on to hope. I guess that is why scamsters can make so much money. At some point one has to admit it was a complete joke and move on.
BEHL has never produced any verifiable end products and never will. BEHL is a shell company.
The key is: "The Client" is no longer a client.
Nice to hear from you. BEHL is junk but we made some nice bank anyway.
-Great, I got down to only 100,000 shares in Spring 2010, and sold most shares last year in the .02 -.03 range plus a small portion at .10 in summer of 2009. Unloaded the last 100,000 shares aout 2 months ago.
I orig bought most of my shares in early 2009 in the .0005 -.0007 range. Oh, and I did not take your advice and buy at .005 - .008, ( earlier this year )that would have been stupid. Clearly they were not cheap at that point.
Well looks like all the "bashers" were correct. I wonder if blatant pumpers will exhibit any class and simply admit they were dead wrong. I notice a few screen names missing today.
