If that were true, it would't have been possible for the shareholders of CPRK to vote out a sitting BOD....
IMO of course...
What about anyone who may have bought restricted CPRK shares and still hold them? Could this have happened during the time in question?
Rich: What can you tell (remind) us about the "Very High Area of Interest" on CPRKQ land you have circled in red?
Thanks,
Same situation here also, slimmed down, bought some back to drop my average pps.
I bought most of mine back around the “Grand Opening” when the company was diluting shares to complete the mill, there were about 3 billion shares back then. I had planned to hold long term – at least 10 years.
Obviously a worst case is they decide to cancel all shares, but IMO a best case scenario would be to expect at least 1/100 RS if/when a successful POR is approved. It wouldn’t be a bad move though, as the share price would adjust accordingly. I don’t see how they can avoid an RS in order to completely re-structure the company with any hopes of future up-listing. The rumor was, about 1.5 billion shares were held with loans, and would be cancelled when LTF came through. If the ESHC obtains the appropriate financing deal, submits an approved POR, cancels those shares, completes an RS of 1/100, then CPRK’s AS would be around 45 million shares.
Within 12-16 mths, with a mill that could run 2000 tons of 1.5%CU ore running at marginal efficiency should produce daily at least:
50 tons of 30% CU con (30,000 lbs CU - $130,000)
5 tons of 90% CU Cem Con (9,000 lbs CU - $39,000)
11 t/oz AU ($15,500)
900 t/oz AG ($32,000)
200 tons Mag ($6,000)
without breaking a sweat…
With debt load reduced to around 20 million, and about 1 million in overhead/mth this little mining company could easily see a PE around 10. Fill out the appropriate financials for pink sheets, or up-list this and investor confidence kicks into high gear.
If I told you what I calculated as the value per share with the above sustainable (conservative) production rates, you would call me a cheerleader with my head in the sky - but these are all conservative numbers above…
This is why the odds favor us, as long as whoever puts forth the approved POR doesn’t cancel our shares….
All my opinion if course,

Scottrade is placing Buy Orders with no problem...
Bingo!
Who has said anything about 100M on the side but Plain?
Nothing he says makes sense unless he needs or wants to stop the recent successes of CPRKQ by influencing the public opinion of the company.
Perhaps he already holds the remaining short position of CPRKQ and is afraid they won’t get cancelled. In light of recent court decisions, I wouldn’t want that position…
All recent court docs do not support the level of panic that he is asking for.
imo of course….

I really hope it will happen here as well. It’s one thing when traders lose money investing in a particular company – that’s their arena, live by the sword, die by the sword. There’s always another trade around the corner.
Some posters can sit back and laugh and poke fun of those of us here that have hope in CPRKQ, but some of us have hopes go far beyond us – to the community of Milford.
There is an additional dimension to the local people of Milford who saw this coming to their area, they really need this operation to succeed. It is a small town and many of those in the community invested in CPRK in the early days. They have not only invested money, but hopes of a brighter future for their families, homes, schools and local businesses.
The mill and mine operation brought great hope of good jobs and a better standard of living in a relatively isolated part of America. It was to be a great source of pride and accomplishment through hard work that would ultimately strengthen the foundation of the community.
It would be a sincere shame if as a community they were to lose all they invested because of shares getting wiped out or liquidation through chapter 7 as a result of these proceedings.
I extend a heartfelt thanks to Chuck and all those behind the scenes working to make this organization successful, your efforts are much appreciated.

Ditto CopperKen. Lets also remember that there are many on this forum that read every post, follow the facts, but do not post very often. Unlike most of the newer posters here, I still have millions of shares purchased before the "Grand" opening.
Its probably not prudent to decide we know what the CPRKQ "forum" thinks or wants based on the last few thousand posts.
Thanks for that excellent post!
I agree sleep.
It is going on three weeks since the last PR issuing bad news was released and yet the share price has held, even went up for a week with no apparent reason.
Volume has been unusually low considering the PR clearly stated that production has been halted for an indefinite period of time. Could be several weeks or even months before a solid game-plan will be revealed, much less implemented and completed. I’m not sure about everyone else, but I thought we were likely to test new lows on that news….but support is coming from somewhere…
If you are watching the trading, you will see that there is always someone there waiting to catch any shares that get thrown out…a little quicker even than you would expect, especially if you are buying the panic that is being passed around.
Obviously, whatever the “informed” long term investors are doing, they are not panicking, at least not yet. (and some of these are unusually quiet at this time) IMO, that is a good sign for a company like CPRK that may, at any time, turn the corner.
Someone or entity is accumulating at these prices and not waiting for the price to drop in order to do so. IMO, this is a bullish sign if you are familiar with CPRK’s past trading patterns.
We haven’t yet seen a myriad of lawsuits being filed or massive positioning going on that would precede bad news. There are certainly dark clouds overhead, but it appears something is holding back the rain.
I started buying this stock back before the “Grand” opening so I am way underwater, but I’m not ready to throw in the towel just yet. I believe that a beautiful sunrise on the “Milford Miracle” may yet surprise even the most skeptical members of our board.
imo of course...

Must be contract pricing, they treat it more like a grain than a metal....
John O'Hurley mentions 6 billion pounds of copper in the ground under WUCC, but the Dunlop Report came up with less than half that in 2005.
Do you think O'Hurley was reffering to numbers that were in the Hatch report?
Not that I'm putting any stock in what O'Hurley says, but would like to try to clear up some inconsistancies....

75000 tons is about $4,875,000.00 per year at $65/ton (todays prices)
Do you know if there were any provisions regarding the spot price, early pay-off, etc?
Seems like this was a great deal for Massey if they have an iron clad agreement with no "wiggle room"
Verdigris
That is what CAM told me in response to my question to him in early January this year.
I do not know if that was based on the mill run rate and ore concentration/type at the time, or if that is all the cementation circuit can produce in 1 day. I asked him to clarify, he said he would and get back to me ASAP....
I have not heard anything yet.

I remember Richwaters had similar conversations with Walt durring his visit about the gold in the Eagle Drift area and that they were planning to chase it underground. They were not sure at that time the length or the width of the gold deposits.
This is the stuff that dreams are made of, a start up mining company that has the potential to run into massive veins of gold....
Verdigris
CO1:
"But Eagle Drift...it is over .25 oz per ton of raw ore on the low grade stuff"
Is this a typo? I thought it was .25oz/AU per ton of CUcon here also.
If not, running 2500 tons of ore per day through the mill at the Eagle Drift would yeald 625 ounces of gold....if you could get it all.......
Verdigris
Kennecott's Bingham pit ore is between .6% & .4% CU, (CPRK is looking at 1.75% and up,) and I really hope they are extracting more than 20% of that...
Verdigris
Anyone put together any rough numbers representing a ballpark of new found reserves since the Hatch report came out in 2005?
Verdigris
O'Hurley mentioned several times that there were 6 billion pounds of copper in the ground available to CPRK....does anyone know where that number came from??
Verdigris
Do you know what % of the Mag CPRK is able to extract from the ore?
It was reported that the "Hidden Treasure" ore contains 30% mag.
CAM stated that at 3375tons/ore mill rate, they may recover up to 1000 tons of mag…this suggests they are extracting almost ALL of the mag. Maybe I heard him wrong...
Does this sound about right?
Verdigris
I like your guess, but how do you come to that number? What is your thought on the share structure, mill run rate, ore percentages, anticipated P/E etc....
Don't get me wrong, I think were going higher, but I have thought that since I started buying before the "grand" opening last year...nothing suprises me anymore with this stock....
Verdigris
Is it possible that they are using the money from the prior shipments of at least 500T of concentrate? At 2000/ton, that's around $1M and there has been minimal staff at the mill for the last 6 months.
We heard rumors of another lender stepping in and helping out with cash also...
Would the revenue from prior mag sales, lease agreements, con sales have been available for this use, or already spoken for by lender agreements...plus we heard of re-imbursement for the SX/EW purchase...
in the dark....

Tracking short interest in CPRK, is it possible with the data we can get?
Can anyone help me understand if it is possible to calculate the short position of CPRK with any degree of accuracy.
Suppose you followed the trades of any given company from the first day it trades.
Example A:
Day 1: 10M Volume, 4M buys, 6M Sells (60% short day) Result: 2M shorts opened.
Day 2: 10M Volume, 6M buys, 4M Sells (40% short day) Result – Even
Adding the cumulative works if the volume is consistent, and you can start on Day 1 (at zero).
BUT not if the volume changes, or if you cannot start at Day 1…
Example B: Volume changes…
Day 1: 10M Volume, 4M buys, 6M Sells (60% short day) – 2M shorts opened.
Day 2: 20M Volume, 8M buys, 12M Sells (60% short day) – Result – 6M total short??? Maybe not…
Scenario 1: (example B)
On Day 2, the first 2M buys may have been placed by the MM’s to cover for Day 1 shorts, and marked as Buys by the MM. This would leave only (Day 2’s) 4M short cumulative.
Scenario 2: (example B)
On day 2, 2M shares were purchased by private investors, (like me or you) and recorded as buys, MM’s bought 6M & sold 12M. Result, MM’s opened another 6M shorts for a total of 8M total shorts…
So you can come up with 3 different answers of 4M, 6M & 8M shares short from example B. Can you tell which is right?
It seems too easy for the MM’s to swap shares or execute small share orders (5000 or so per trade) in order to move the price in the direction they want in order to have a specific transaction marked as a “Buy” or a “Sell” . Not only are they intentionally moving the price, they are hiding their short position also.
Can anyone shed any light on this, or are we at the mercy of the status quo?
In the dark…

I e-mailed Pinksheets this morning: Below is the correspondance...
CPRK (Copper King Mining Company) currently carries the STOP SIGN on the pinks. The company stated they have submitted the necessary paperwork to have it removed by now…
Can you tell me the status of CPRK?
Have they met the requirements for removal?
Will the STOP SIGN be removed?
Thanks in advance,
xxxx
Dear xxxx:
As a non SEC Filer, they need to post at least their balance sheet, income statement, and total shares outstanding. If you look in their disclosure statement, specifically Item 12, you can see that they have yet to post their financials. Until financials are posted, they will remain Pink Sheets No Information, associated with a Stop Sign. Once the company uploads a document to our website, it appears immediately and we review to make sure the items are there for Limited Information.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further questions.
Best regards,
Brandon Ferguson

Quick Cementation Questions:
Does anyone know if the Cementation Process works equally as well on both types ores? (oxide and sulfide) or does it favor one over the other?
Are there any additional agents added to the cementation process to make it work more efficiently?
Does the Cementation Con have to be shipped separately from the CU con, or can some (or all) of it be added to CU con they may have that is shy or low in %CU?
Thanks in advance,
Verdigris
BTW...Friday was a nice feeling, to have millions of shares in a company that rose 85% in one day....more to come I think....
A small order of 47,000 shares, more of an effort to see how its traded than anything else...you may have seen it go across on level 2...
Verdigris
I was just filled at .0019, my order was only in for about 5 minutes through Zecco....

If the current blackout of information is connected to the finance negotiations...breaking the silence (with a PR) has the potential of very good news.....

Glad to see your back, valued your posts, knowledge and DD.
I would like to know what is involved in joining your cause. 15% is a lot of shares, but maybe enough could be brought together to bring this to fruition....
Verdigris
What percentage of the total copper in the ore do you suppose they will be able to extract using cementation vs SX/EW?
Verdigris
Excellent post!! Thank you for bringing this all together and sharing the contacts.
I will take some action, send some letters regarding this as well.

That giant sucking sound that you don’t hear..... isn’t the lenders rushing in to foreclose....
Imo of course...

Thanks for posting you correspondance, this should show everyone that you should pick up the phone before you panic.
I have found Charles friendly with information and understandably reserved discussing anything that should be released for all under official release,....this is reasonable and he is doing a great job.
He can only release what he is allowed, look to upper management to loosen the hold on info...
imo of course,
Verdigris
That would be great if they are....problem is we don't have any confirmation from the company on dollar values. Lots of variables there and may be difficult to predict accurately.
I hope the next PR will have some info that will address this issue, along with Jan 10th issue and LTF etc..
Verdigris
You analogy is horrible because Chrysler and GM were not brand new start-up companies without any prior revenues. I'm pretty sure they had more than 20 employees also.
Verdigris
I heard back from Charles today on this topic:
"The cementation process will produce an additional 3-4 tons in the short-term and that will improve to 5-6 tons as we reach 3375 tons/day with the finish of the soft-start."
Hope this helps...
