Haven't heard anything, no executives in the office to reach, everyone is out...
Wonder how the LIQR vs. DKAM case is going? This the last post I am allowed today...
Wish I had the OS count on this puppy...
Seems like a bit of DD that you could do for yourself don't you think?
Just call DKAM today, tomorrow, whenever, see if they answer.
Surely a multimillion dollar alcohol magnate such as PK should have an entire staff dedicated to receiving the overwhelming number of calls they must get from distributors and customers begging for the DKAM products right?
That is funny Mango, considering the LIQR office always actually answers the phone, unlike DKAM who is never there, and further that the Arbitration actually starts tomorrow, so why not call both companies when it is done on Friday to see the results...
I tried that and got nowhere. There is also a Knobias somewhere else, like in NY?
Not sure to laugh or cry...
FYI, I have no affiliation with KBAS, but I do have some shares from long ago. They sit like dead paper in my account...
Not that I know of. Just thought it would be interesting to hear what people had to say about them.
Welcome to the Knobias Board!
Closing Price Competition!
Guess the closing price of DNAX on Valentines Day, February 14, 2011. Closest guess wins without going over (price is right style). Last change in price trade must occur 15 minutes before closing bell so no painters can fix the game.
Here is my Guess:
BCInvestor: $0.39
OK. How about February 14, Valentines day?
What is the next quarterly report due date?
Hey Boca, don't take it personally. How about this? Let's start a contest on the close of day share price for a set date?
Everyone on the board can participate. Closing price for the day wins unless painted at the last 15 minutes up or down.
What do you think?
No I did not say the SEC would leak, I said that if there is trading based on the SEC "is about to approve" something then the company would be the leak. Please do not put words in my mouth.
If someone is trading with the knowledge that an approval is pending that would be a big leak in their Sarbanes Oxley Compliance.
Hey Boston! I did not know you were a Brewery Magnate! PK should buy out your beer brand for $10M then flip it for $100M profit!
Isn't that what he authorized the increase in authorized shares for? For acquisitions?
DKAM does not even have a CFO, how are they going to attract any big names to a company that has no reliable trained professional who is responsible for the financial data posting of the company?
If any big name considered joining DKAM's Board, they would be liable for accounting errors made by PK, who is just a part time employee of DKAM to begin with.
Right now PK is CEO, President and Chairman of the Board (that guy Bruce that was the Chairman of DKAM resigned because PK did not pay him sales commissions due right?)
Besides, big names only want to be involved in companies that make a profit or have a chance to make a profit, DKAM has been around for years and looses money every year!
All this while PK works in real estate or motel management or whatever else he does. CRAZY STUFF!
Your hope is Charles Davidson? Doing what? Saving DKAM from PK and his kid?
Good luck with that.
LIQR announced the opening of Total Wine as a DKAM customer 3 years ago with Damiana and Cohete. Once again, LIQR opens the door, DKAM steps in and slams LIQR's fingers in it.
As they say, TICK TOCK, TIME IS COMING NEAR!
So far, distributors/alcohol brokerage houses in Iowa, Illinois, South Carolina and now Montana.
I guess LIQR is still out there buying companies...

I agree with you on many of your points. Watch and see what Mel & Darren do to DNAX. They will bleed it dry just like they have with all other public companies that they have been involved with. Do the DD.
Yet you still have the photo of Bad Ass Beer at the bottom of every post, a reminder of a different time in your life...
OK, if that is the case, why not cancel the CUSIP, it would simply make the shell loose trading ability until it became a company again. Your logic defies me.
Isn't there only 3 people left working for DKAM? So that means 10M each allocation? Still way overinflated value of performance by DKAM staff.
PK and family will continue to pig out on the shareholders nickle (or 3/4's of a penny at the current share price).
Just think of what a lavish lifestyle PK lives in comparison with his performance as a CEO. It is almost as if he receives the pay for running a Fortune 1000 company yet sells less dollars than the corner bar.
Yes, but they could easily cancel the cusip and order a new one that would change the ticker and create a determinative course for the shell. This would keep them from confusing any shareholders or potential shareholders. Why would they not do that if they had no ill will? The answer is simple in my humble opinion, they want to keep selling to suckers who don't know the difference of DNAB and DNAX, so all their old advertisements and internet posts to attract shareholders are now attracting them free money.
I agree that it is murky at best, nefarious at worst. DNAB should have rescinded their trading registration numbers (CUSIP & CIK) which would have stopped trading on the old company once the new company transitioned. The DNAX management does not want that to happen IMHO because they can still dump boat loads of shares on the market to confused shareholders. Really nice of them huh?
Dr. Frost is the end all be all for this organization. He bought the wine company because his wife likes their products.
I agree, but DNAX has not done a good job of notifying people of this issue IMHO.
Gee, I wonder if that has anything to do with the rapid decline in share price...
Coming up in a few short weeks Griff.
Who would have ever thought that you could take a penny, cut it into 10 equal parts, then buy a share of DKAM with only 8 pieces of the whole penny, even after their 15:1 reverse split...oh that's right, I did, and so did you Mr. Bill, just as several others on this board!
Good work on keeping the pumpers down on this POS.
Next big sale on DKAM of any real value will be at the courthouse steps after BK and firing of PK & his family. IMHO.
I hope you are right for the shareholders sake...
You're a bigger gambler than I my friend.
PR department needs to find something more interesting to talk about.
With no filing made? That means they are out of compliance for more than 30 days and will soon be kicked to pinks. IMHO.
Yes, people call me a basher about DKAM when I am just a realist.
You can't go into the beer business with no money and hope people will continue to buy your product, when beer is one of the most heavily advertised and promoted products in the world. Almost like saying you are going into the automobile manufacturing business with $20 and some spare parts from the garage.
DKAM will see lower prices soon...IMHO.
DKAM products are not in all 50 states, in fact they are in less than 1/2 that currently. This is yet another of PK's fallacies on the shareholders.
Check the Liquor Department state websites for each state to see if any DKAM products are registered with the state, you will see that more than 1/2 do not have any DKAM product, and the remaining show DKAM products registered from years ago, some even still registered under LIQR from 3 years ago!
POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY LEADS TO POOR INVESTMENT ADVISE TO SHAREHOLDERS. How is that SUB PENNY stock treating your portfolio today?
I think you had a cached version load on your computer. Try again, I saw the site today and it was 2011 award winners.
