Happy 4th of July everyone!
Happy 4th everyone!
OK, so DKAM can reschedule over and over again, pushing a 90 day process to nearly 1 year but if LIQR requests a reschedule it must mean they suck.
Keep dreaming.
Hey Rilo, I think you are forgetting that MEXICOR is on a different tier of the alcohol realm, the 3 tier system prohibits them from occupying 2 levels, therefore MEXICOR will not be interested in taking over DKAM, IMHO. Also, why would they bother? Why get in bed with a company that is this troubled?
You can start a company from scratch for $50K and get compliant within a few weeks.
Rhythm & Beer? You can actually mix this stuff with beer? Crazy stuff!
Loaded up today I see.
I heard that the BLVI guys were in one of the LIQR warehouses in Jacksonville. Did BLVI announce any distribution in FL?
I have a new competition idea for DKAM:
Let's guess what the next pump story that falls through due to the economy, naked Canadians, the Caribbean Illuminati or other unforeseen circumstances will be!
Who votes for:
-Renigold coming out then the whole deal falling apart
-Aguillla doing great in sales then falling apart
-Israel moving forward then falling apart due to shipping issues
-Russia moving forward then falling apart due to Communism
-TV selling in Canada then being de-listed due to lack of sales
-OWR selling well then running out of supply
-Kidd Rockz beer being sold well then not more than 500 kegs sold
-Elephant selling quick then 7 bottles sold in an entire state
Oh, that's right, all of the above already happened, have already been pumped here and elsewhere, and have already proven to be untrue, unfinished, unfounded and incapable of completion with current miss-management!
The contest should already be over, but some here think there is some great news "in the next quarter".
If I only had $0.079 for every time I heard that on this board about DKAM I would be RICH!!!
That does not make sense either. Try again.
Great for a NY tradition, make it in PA!
HA HA HA!
This beer will not come out while PK is the CEO of DKAM. IMHO.
Crazy stuff. I think DKAM products simply cannot compete against products with actual marketing budget.
FYI: Canada inventory is showing 416 bottles of TV as of today. At wholesale cost that would be about $6200 worth of product.
Let's see how long it takes DKAM to deplete these bottles and claim they re-shipped to Canada to keep up with the strong demand.
Not too bad. Many here do not like my DD on the company. PK did actually say something about me in one of the shareholder CC's. That was funny for him to pick on little old me.
Other than that, I just rely on DD to make my point, like the fact that 7 bottles of Elephant sold in my home state in the past 3 months, which shows a pathetic trend for the company.
Remember Bill, I was right with you on that prediction, I think I was off by $0.005.
Today looks like a pump to me.
If "news" was going to come out and 4m shares traded without the news actually being out, that tells me one of two things:
1. Whomever is in charge of SOX compliance is doing a terrible job.
2. Insiders are letting their friends know what is up.
If no news and the volume/price jumps up, I assume that DKAM has hired yet another stock promoter who is buying into the market with a bunch of free shares that takes their average to 10% of the total investment.
You pick which is right, I don't think it really maters much though.
IMHO.
No one wants shells anymore, there is some new rules that make it difficult to do. I know some people looking for an OTC that is active with a small OS to take over and dump a new technology patent into.
WOW! Now it is 15! Next week it will be 30! WRONG.
Public records show only 1 open litigation with LIQR listed as a defendant, and that litigation is against the old owner of Liquor Group Holdings, a guy named Solomon, from activity dated in 2006, which by the way the Judge ruled that the case must be mediated because there was not enough cause of action against the company.
Total value of that entire case: $45,000. They sell that much in a day.
Again, you are being fed some really thick stuff, hope you have large stomach.
Now consider this:
LIQR, Trump glass supplier, State of California & even multiple former DKAM employees are all suing DKAM, does that tell you more about the true nature of the situation?
It is OK if you don't believe me. Just wait and see the outcome. New schedule TBA within 30 days from the 18th.
Why would LIQR spend 1 year fighting DKAM to even get to a face to face hearing then not show up and blow the whole thing? Not a very sensible move wouldn't you say?
I think your sources are pumping you up so that you go pump up others, which means you are being used like a tool.
IMHO.
Shareholders have power. If they all demanded PK to do the right thing he would have to do it.
Yes, I believe it was part of the announcements made. Frost is trying to reign in this stock to increase share price for acquisitions he is making. IMHO.
You should join me on these alc bev stock boards.

UBS U.S. Spirits Distributor
Survey: Outlook Improving
In its third proprietary spirits wholesaler survey,UBS has reported that there is a “slow burn U.S. recovery.”
“Our survey findings confirm the view that U.S. spirits will be slow to recover, driven by falling unemployment, but the industry will see a return to price/mix growth. We forecast 1% volume growth and 0.5% price/mix in 2010, skewed more towards H2. Mid-term we believe the U.S. spirits market can return to 2% volume and 2% price.”
UBS also reported a “stabilization in current trading, pointing to late cycle recovery.” “Significantly more wholesalers see current volume trends as better than three months ago, especially in the important on-trade. Trading down remains a headwind, though a diminishing one. Markedly more wholesalers expect a stabilization of price/mix trends over the next three months y/y than in our March survey — only 9% now expect a decrease in price and 78% expect flat y/y. Additionally the majority of wholesalers expect volumes over the next three months to increase y/y. The average Optimism Score improved to
2.3 vs. 2.8 in March (1 = most optimistic; 5 = least).”
UBS has rated Diageo “as our most preferred stock in global spirits. We have neutral ratings on the other international spirits players.” Responses to UBS on the current status and outlook cover 12 percent of U.S. spirits wholesalers.
Where have you been hiding girl?
Does anyone know of an Alternative Energy OTCBB stock that is interested in a reverse acquisition?
Welcome to the Alternative Energy play board. Post your comments about movers and shakers in the sector here!
Sad part is, even after all the chiding, LIQR CEO offered DKAM to pay LIQR a fair settlement over and over again, even offered to take DKAM back under their wing, PK is so stubborn and egotistical that he would not do it. Remember, LIQR was the company that got DKAM huge orders for their products and DKAM did not deliver. Look back at the joint PR's put out and the historical financial records of DKAM & LIQR.
So, when it was apparent that DKAM would continue to claim LIQR was a scam (gee, sounds like every other vendor whom disagrees with DKAM's tactics, just wait until they begin to say that about MEXICOR too) LIQR dropped the $5.5M hammer on them (triple damages for unfilled back orders).
LIQR featured on the NASDAQ building, DKAM hits all time new lows again today. Which company/CEO sounds like they are doing a good job and which is not?
ALL MY HUMBLE OPINION GATHERED FROM MULTIPLE PUBLIC SOURCES.
Liquor Group news story displayed all day today on NASDAQ Headquarters Building in Manhattan.
I have great news for you about Olifant:
From before the beginning of May 2010 to today, my home state has sold a whopping 7 bottles of Olifant to retailers and other licensees within the state! Yes, DKAM shipped them about 50 cases as reported in their financial data and so far the state has depleted 7 bottles!
That is HUGE NEWS! It should be in a PR immediately about the massive sales success they have achieved with MEXICOR! ALERT PK! Make hey while the sun shines!
Don't believe me, go contact the various liquor boards in various states to see what sales (or lack thereof) are being made for these products. Then, you can blame the naked Canadians and the Caribbean Illuminati for the downfall of DKAM stock...
Liquor Group Illinois Acquisition Exceeds Expectations
CHICAGO, June 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Liquor Group Wholesale, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LIQR - News) is pleased to announce to shareholders that the investment made into Liquor Group Illinois has significantly exceeded early expectations. Since the re-branding of this recently-acquired statewide alcohol distribution operation through a publicly announced stock vesting acquisition strategy in October 2009, LIQR has added more than 300 new spirit and wine products to the Liquor Group Illinois distribution portfolio, and has delivered more than $1,000,000 worth of product in the past sixty days alone. This is only the second of 32 such planned acquisitions for LIQR.
"We anticipated strong interest in our products, several hundred of which are now available in the Illinois market for the first time..." said C.J. Eiras, CEO "...the Illinois sales force has done an outstanding job, requiring many suppliers to send multiple inventory restocking deliveries over this very short period."
Many of the thousands of products represented by Liquor Group are competitors to mainstream brands from Diageo (NYSE:DEO - News), Pernod Ricard (Pink Sheets:PDRDF - News), Brown Foreman (NYSE:BF-A - News), Fortune Brands (NYSE:FO - News) and Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ - News), however they reach a different audience and consumer, either through alternative marketing, selection due to ethnic tradition or by packaging or taste preference.
Liquor Group Wholesale VP & Product Manager Lowell Newman anticipates that dozens of additional new product will be introduced to the Liquor Group Illinois portfolio within the next month, a development that is sure to help extend the blistering sales pace throughout the summer. "The systematic operational strategy is not to overwhelm the sales force with too many new products at one time..." says Newman "...rather we prefer that our reps understand fully the products being presented, so they can embrace the knowledge, educate their licensed customer base, whom will eventually assist the end user consumer in their decision making process at the cash register."
Liquor Group Illinois is rapidly expanding; a well seasoned team of 15 sales representatives headed by Director Alex Chudnovsky, with Sales Manager Vadim Klugman and Marketing Manager Yuri Zamostin assuring a sales representation presence throughout the state. "It has been an amazing experience..." says Chudnovsky, whose distribution company was purchased by LIQR in October of 2009 "...the systems, technology and unique methodology that is utilized by Liquor Group in every facet of the operation facilitates sales, grows our business and drives our profits. After years of trying it ourselves we now realize that we could not have grown and thrived like we have in this tough market without being part of Liquor Group."

LIQR vs. DKAM Update
PUBLIC RECORDS: Arbitration date of LIQR vs. DKAM was canceled on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 2:30PM.
A new date must be chosen and confirmed with both parties within 30 days from Tuesday, June 22, 2010.
LIQR suing DKAM is still on like Donkey Kong.
LIQR has also raised the stakes against DKAM to aprox $5.5M.
Not sure what they are claiming, it has been a rant over there lately. LIQR was suing DKAM for about $1.4M, now it is up to $5.5M.
DKAM counterclaimed for $500K.
I guess that may explain the decrease in share value of DKAM, insiders want out regardless of what price. IMHO.
LIQR reschedules arbitration hearing against DKAM.
Public records show that a new date is to be chosen during the 30 days period from the original schedule date of Tuesday June 22, 2010. This means it could get rescheduled for up to 90 days from yesterday.
Funny that on other boards people think somehow DKAM won their defense and counterclaim in a suit that has not even begun yet.
Go figure.
Frost is buying up his own company to increase the share price, then he will sell it back off from his holding company.
He is a very shrewd businessman.
Really, where do you get your DD?
Did BAB show up in the last financial report? No? Why not? Didn't they sell thousands of kegs for concerts? Didn't DKAM get thousands of placements of the beer all over? Wasn't that the reason so many continued to buy during that quarter? Wasn't that the savior of the company? SHOW ME THE MONEY!
To imply that BAB will yield anything of substance at this time is confusing to people reading this board. The deal is tied up with lawyers and will not yield DKAM any money, and will likely cost DKAM money IMHO. Of course PK will not mention it to anyone even after the deal is stripped from them, because he is always so forthright with his shareholders...
You are normally a very straight shooter, but I think this low PPS has you down.
DKAM has a new "savior" each quarter, now people are talking topless as the savior, but we have all heard that tune for several years now. Next it will be some other pipe dream.
All MHO.
You can't be too hard on PK for filing late. Although he pays himself the salary of a CEO from a major company, he must also act as the CFO, the head cook, the bottle washer, the head paper shredder and the garbage man.
He no longer has any staff because the company is failing and could not keep paying staff.
Remember when the CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD of DKAM Bruce resigned because the company owed him sales commissions from Florida placements and it could not even pay him for that?
Anyone who thinks PK is doing right by them is a fool. All MHO.
MM's are easy to find, just go to any website that offers L2 Quotes.
In fact, the more diversified your shareholder's brokerage accounts the more MM's you will have displayed.
Remember, it can always go to $0.
Yep. I was #2 in that competition. I was deemed a basher, but I could never have dreamed DKAM would drop to 3/4 of a penny without PK taking some drastic actions to save it.
Just goes to show that I had more faith in PK than I originally thought, however miss-placed it was.
PK should start with apologies to all he has screwed over and then he should resign.
IMHO.
Well, we finally agree on something! Cheers!
Joe,
You state: "This is one of the few penny companies that I came across that gives a damn about its shareholders."
What gives you the indication that DKAM cares about it's shareholders?
Can you list them for us?
Just curious.
Fat Ass and whip cream, sounds like a weekend at my place...
