And when this thing tanks at .0001 it'll be 300000. I wonder if this should be enough to go build all the other factories King Jared was talking about.

I too am a little skeptical of a buyout and I'll tell you why - you can and I'm sure form your Own Opinion.

I think Jared did turn down the offer for 10cents a share. And I do not believe a counter-offer will be made. OR, if it is made, it will not be accepted. It just doesn't reason why Jared would sell this nice little company when it seems he likes running it the way he does. New owner, means new rules and I personally don't think Jared wants to play with new corporate rules.

Secondly, in the video he made regarding the buyout offer. (I think its posted at the top of this board.) I have a good sense of "reading" people, and I just don't have a good feeling for when Jared is speaking about the buyout. Please, you review it, and tell me you don't hear Jared's voice quivering when he's talking about the buyout. Call me an old putz, but I think he's lying through his teeth and being a good guy, has a hard time lying. Just my opinion.

Thirdly, the whole hiring and promoting of Mark Murphy seems to fall in line with the company staying under Jared's control. Why announce all the news about Murph taking over as President unless the buyout IS not going to happen. EESO will to have to stand on their own two feet and Mark's promotion will help in the collateral damage after the announcement that the buyout is not happening.

I would still LOVE to see a buyout happen. It would make me a much wealthier man, I just don't see it happening. Sorry. And I'm not posting this to bash anybody else' opinion. I am posting this just to add some thought to the current events.

I did sell off about 60% of my shares of EESO after the Belmont PR. Anyway, Good Luck To All, I hope you all realize your dreams one day.

I love this stock. I flip it constantly to make my bread and butter. Oh, and of course always sock a few away just in case of that FDA approval. One thing trading has taught me is to NOT be married to any stock, this one included. GLTA.
