Nice update I think that things are going well and that gave you the confidence to level with us.
My concern is with the individuals that you bring into your business, I'm sure every challenge poses a lerning experience. However the deal with the Dutch individual and opening a office I would hope would be a throughly thought out action. The other Dutch individual that funded a private PR campaigne with tandem PR's about a buy back has seemed to have the exact oppisite effect as it was intended.
Point being.......
Protect the company and know the character of these individuals you deal with. They all have priorities and i would rather have them be as close to yours as possible.
I'm sure it is. However it is somewhat true to form.
IPO? Really? With one man that is stretched so thin he allies himself with several individuals and orgs only to part ways soon after... Tiresome...
A board of directors?
It would be ironic to find out he actually shorted shares. Set up the expectation for price decrease as well... Make money on both ends?
Meh... he just played people. Lying is lying and he lied.
Sucks
Everyone has an angle, respect to Clever to be sure. I suspect as much good came out of it as bad. Just my opinion.
Can't fault him for trying though.
I heard that lying causes cancer...
Just saying :)
Ken is the very reason for your admiration and criticism. Take him away and you ain't got much...
No, it was a common sense question. Deserves answers, public rumors, private reasons for the rumors?
:(
A common warning about any investment on many sites, I'm sure but worded very bluntly; kudos to them, leaves no question what so ever.
Somewhat juicy. No idea either way.
I would say that Ken is and independent thinker and has made it very clear in his statements on and off of IHUB that private information is not given out to individual investors. He has also stated that those individuals ought to not seek out and disseminate such information (if I may paraphrase). With that in mind I imagine Ken may just not want to validate rumors being passed around, even if they were true.... Just my take
Really great ideas coming out of this board. IMO
Lol, I think you are correct.
It's all good. :)
Nice post bionic, this is what I might use to tantalize my boss into getting the Rabbits.
I'd direct that question to clever and his rumors. He cleared up the whole 2.5 cents issue......
Hey BB, on a side note, I know we discussed this before but....
If you draft a promo, or make a statement about the rabbits for a DD day program I will give it to a few folks I know. I think you had some great insight into this area. Might sell a few more Rabbits in the process.
Nice little bump today.
I think it is a great product and worthy of not having a life for. I might not think that way if it were a shooter or a hack n' slash game. Never expected Graffiti to get into education games....
I would rather not, K. H. Has been liberal with dates in the past. Circumstances have been such that a great many people have become disappointed when they are not correct. Don't get me wrong, I want to know when but.... No more optimistic WAG's by Ken; only realistic if anything...
Exciting stuff. I think so as well.
I for one look forward to finding out the latest developments.
Nice post BB.
Interesting, nice post though.
Nice Post. I actually thought yesterday's PR was good, it acknowledged that there was an expectation on the 17th for the games. I also think that company needs to acknowledge some other expectation they have set on their own.... Bottom line: realistic expectations please.
We believe parents and our youth of all ages want games that abide by the physics of right and wrong, not dead or alive.
= Irony
I would agree. If I had converted I would be questioning if it was the right thing to do right now. There are a great many things unanswered currently. Even though I did not convert, I do not in anyway wish I were in their shoes. I think a up date should be done for the converters, not to placate or pander to them... but because an expectation was set, and has past. A new situation with management that could or could not have bearing on the IPO has been festering.
If no information by next week... I would say a decidedly negative sentiment may set in.
Lol, true
I think that was an added bonus for them...
Either way we should be pretty sure about PR's next week about games. Everything else is..... Who knows..
No doubt, however.... The basic building block of the concept is sound, which is buying and holding; unless the crime is in the 'intent' which wouldn't really surprise me. The by product that results if there is an uncovered short position or ethereal NSS is a secondary issue.
Point being you are completely correct and I imagine this company and the nonsense that surrounded it will go down as a fail.
There is salvageable lessons here though.
Even if this worked and someone made money from it, it would most certainly set a bad habit in the future for any trader. JMO
Framed like that yes I would agree. It would seem as though JW had his own plan. Or at least a back up plan... What happened to the days when the captain would go down with the ship?...
He has been shown to have a history of that... :-/
Liquidation!

Agreed, it was doomed.
Float lockdown is a solid concept, IMO however the stocks chosen by the monk crew, are questionable at best. His public methods in FLD is shady, as more comes out he didn't even follow his own plan.... Tragic really..
It would be nice to get some clarification on recent events.
