It appears as if North Korea is not posing as big of a threat as it was back in May/June/July. Some on this board were stating that the aggressive actions NK was taking could hurt EESO's sales to South Korea, a potentially large market for EESO.

IMO,
Bonzo
I am under the belief that 136 million projection will not look like 34 million each quarter. Especially since WG did not even start shipping until March. IMO the rev will increase dramatically quarter by quarter. In the meantime EESO is shelling out quit a bit of money to produce the goods for WG. EESO is also growing rapidly and needs money for supplies, business trips, testing of products. They need to supply the 20 new sales distributors(interviewing 20 more). Now the have the belmont suit and they really need to have the ability to stay well capitalized until the revenues starts ramping up.
And another opinion of mine is that WG could have been selling their shares recently to help pay to build their company. Its not cheap to launch a new global company.
This is all my opinion and my hopes.
so you completely nailed this one. At what point in your opinion are we oversold? Can we recover?
seriously???
how about taking responsibility for your own actions? I saw that report. He never said to bye the stock.
I'm not happy about what has happened here. IMO I blame the man that stares back at me in the mirror the most.
I knew I was investing in a pinkie.
is it me or did I read/hear somewhere that the agreement with wowgreen is that eeso gets paid in a lump sum at the end of the year for all products???
i am just nervous that jareds idea of good pr's will fail to meet the markets expectations of what a good pr is.
anyone watching cnbc right now? Cashing in on climate change? Loads of money to be made by helping companies reduce thier carbon footprint. Global meetings going on right now to meet these challenges.
prob not. The shares may trade lower (people are skeptical it will go through) The shares may trade higher (people believe the price will be higher through another bidder perhaps) imo
how could that be? I see it on my screen too...
Trades that didnt settle during the day?
those drops in sp happened instantely- no time for a pr
This post would make the most sense to explain the trading activity over the past month.
In addition, the buyout pr issued by jared only gave a common share price- not a total price. Could be because the purchasing company holds a ton of shares and would only have to buy shares it doesn't own.

there is no way anyone can answer that question without knowing details about what contracts eeso has been working on as of late. If memory serves me correct i believe jared said on the cc that even the buyer was unaware of everything eeso was working on.
you didn't ask me but my guess... Little Ceasars??? IMO
my guess is Thursday afterhours. Gives everyone 3 days to digest and make rational decisions on Monday morning.
I have no idea whether or not the company gets bought out or not, however, if the company gets bought out its not like everything changes overnight and everyone is fired. Most likely the current staff would remain in place for many months. They will be awnsering to someone else but the staff will remain most likely for awhile. IMO
i used to work for a company that was bought out by a major corporation. Management could not stress enough to us the fact that we must operate as business as usual. Even continue to pursue new growth opportunities. Even if the deal is accepted there is always the possibility of something going wrong and one party walks away. If you stopped pursuing growth then you lost all that time.
By the way, after the buyout was announced it still took months for the sale to go through in my case. If a buyout is announced look for the stock to trade below the announced pps/ look for it to trade above the pps.
The dot-com era was 1997-2002. This happened a year and a half ago. Welcome to the green boom bubble! haha
I look forward to us having more information in the coming days so we can really break down the numbers.
Keep in mind that some companies will grossly overpay for what another company has created.
These 2 paragraphs are from a story CBS did on Facebook when Microsoft bought a piece of the company. The link to the full article is below.
Which is why Yahoo! offered to buy Facebook in 2006 for $1 billion in cash. Zuckerberg declined. But then in 2007 Microsoft swooped in and bought 1.6 percent of the company for $240 million.
That meant that Bill Gates valued Facebook at $15 billion, roughly the same as Ford or CBS. Some analysts say that's wildly unrealistic, since Facebook has yet to figure out how to make money off its huge audience.

I'm not saying we have the next Facebook here- But companies buy other companies due to potential.
