My guess is that it is either a market maker scare tactic or someone is trying to short some shares. Looks like 650 shares were shorted yesterday. Good luck to whoever is shorting a stock that the CEO is buying.

TEXC What makes you say that they reported earnings late? They have until March 31st to report 4th quarter earnings and they did that after the close yesterday the 31st. I had several stocks report after the close yesterday.
Also, what are your thoughts on KINS's earnings? They have a fantastic chart. http://screencast.com/t/ucAuszusTgF5
Thanks
Looks like the question of who the recent buyer was, is now solved.

Shareholder Moves to Solicit Proxies for TexCom, Inc. Shareholder Meeting
HOUSTON, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Houston, Texas, privately held Weekley Energy Holdings, LLC ("Weekley") announced today that it has sent a letter to the shareholders of publicly listed Houston-based TexCom, Inc. requesting that proxies be sent to Weekley that will demand a shareholder meeting of TexCom be called. The Weekley letter states,
"Over the past few years I have monitored the stock of TexCom, Inc. ("TexCom") and did not purchase the stock until recently. I believe this stock is grossly undervalued as a consequence of (a) it is not reporting as a public company under the 1934 Act, (b) its moving its state of incorporation from Texas to Nevada, and (c) management's failure to take steps to maximize the share price.
On this basis I am asking you for your Proxy to demand a shareholders' meeting to nominate new board members and to demand that actions be taken to increase shareholder value and to make the company a fully reporting 1934 Act Company.
Please mail your completed proxy to me on or before April 10, 2014 so I can go before management to demand a shareholders' meeting to protect our interests."

ARCI earnings out after the close.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/appliance-recycling-centers-america-reports-210000587.html
MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. (ARCI), a leading provider of appliance recycling and retailing services, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2013.
Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013 were $32.8 million, up 23.8% compared with the same period in 2012, due mainly to growth in the recycling division. Income before taxes and noncontrolling interests in the fourth quarter of 2013 was $0.8 million compared with a loss of $(2.7) million during the same period of the prior year. Net earnings for the fourth quarter of 2013 were $1.2 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $(2.1) million, or $(0.37) per diluted share, reported during the same period in the prior year. Improved fourth quarter earnings were the result of several positive factors, including increased revenues generated in the company's appliance recycling division; improved performance at the ARCA Advanced Processing (AAP) joint venture in Philadelphia; expense reductions; sale of carbon offsets; and the release of a noncash income tax valuation allowance recorded against deferred tax assets.
For the fiscal year ended December 28, 2013, total revenues increased 13% to $129.1 million, compared with revenues of $114.2 million for the same period in the prior year. Overall, the company reported net income for the 2013 fiscal year of $3.3 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $(3.9) million, or $(0.69) per diluted share, in the 2012 fiscal year.

If they continue to produce strong financial results, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. I tried to add some this morning, but it moved too fast. That was a very impressive revenue number IMO.

GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Good Times Restaurants Inc. (GTIM), a regional restaurant company focused on operating and developing Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard and Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurants, today announced its same store sales for its Good Times restaurants increased 14.1% for the month of November on top of an 8.4% same store sales increase in the prior year. November was its eighth consecutive month of double digit same store increases. The Company reiterated that while it does not normally release all monthly sales results, it plans to continue to release monthly same store sales results because the trend is so significant.
Commenting on the sales results, Boyd Hoback, President & CEO said, “We are beginning to lap our sales comps from the prior year that include the introduction of breakfast, which was fully implemented by the end of November 2012. Breakfast sales totaled approximately 6% of sales during the month last year and are still running just shy of 10% this year, so we continue to see growth in our core menu sales and overall transactions. Importantly, we are seeing increased flow through to our bottom line and expect that our first fiscal quarter profitability for our core Good Times business will be significantly improved over prior year, as we invest in the preopening and ramp up for the growth of Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar.”
The Company also said that it is on track to open its first Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar in Colorado in January with additional sites in the pipeline for 2014 development. Hoback added, “We have had our operations team involved with Bad Daddy’s for the last several months in North Carolina and are excited for our first store to be under construction. We have been working with the Bad Daddy’s team on operational, training and support systems and hope to have our first franchise development agreements signed after the first of the year.”

I just noticed this article, looks like it came out yesterday http://seekingalpha.com/article/1805852-3-lucrative-stocks-youve-never-heard-of?source=intbrokers_regular
I haven't heard any update since that post, but the dollar amount doesn't look that significant, in relation to their financial condition. I have about 25% of my assets there as well and will keep a close eye on their financials going forward, but they are the cheapest broker when trading stocks over $5.00.
