President Comments on Recent Stock Activity and Price
FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPSC - News) today commented, on the recent run-up in price and surge of volume in its stock.
(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20031209/FLTU018LOGO )
William Ham, Spectrum's CEO and President commented, "We are surprised at the large increase in volume of shares traded and the subsequent increase in share price. We are unaware of any specific reason why such a significant increase in the share price or volume would occur at this time."
Mr. Ham concluded, "Finally, as we noted in recent releases, the management and board of directors are committed to not only intrinsic growth, but also growth through strategic acquisitions. Those acquisitions may require significant financing, resulting in potential dilution of the company's stock."

Lickly...Your position was confirmed to me on 2/5/04 via an e-mail by RP...
Here it goes...This is a copy from a post on Agora on 2/05...
Regards...Gilgamash...
''Thank you for your e-mail, XXX. This is the first e-mail I have received from you in many months so I don't know where your first two e-mails ended up.
We spoke of six different business opportunities in the December 18th webcast: two relating to Cornice-based business (Musical and TGE Group); two relating to video products (the first product expected to be released in late spring and the second in early fall); and two large OEM opportunities that, if realized, would integrate two or more of our technology platforms into diffentiated branded products, (no time frame was given for finalizing these opportunities).
All of these opportunities are progressing and we look
forward to providing more information regarding these as well as other business and technology developments this month. Please call me at your convenience if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you for your continued support, XXX.
ff...Wasn't part of the last deal that by June 15 warrants could be exercised into shares at $.45 per share?...
Thus, if the shares remain within that range no shares may be picked up by the lenders, and they are paid back by cash, with shares remaining on the shelf...
That jives with #3 on your list, and seems a plausible plan for the company that anticipates cash to be generated in sufficient sums to pay off the borrowed money, and clearly stated when filing the S-3 that they did not anticipate all the shares to be issued and become part of the float...
Regards...Gilgamash...
MH...He is good , isn't he...Lol...

moxa1...Your statement that follows is inaccurate...
<b."but the last time we had any public confirmation of working with these companies was when DataPlay was active."...
These slides were presented at the SHM in November of 2003...
IMO that is a "Public Confirmation. Data Play was long gone by then...

IMO Samsung and Toshiba would not be listed as EDIG Licensees (and/or) customers unless they were using EDIG technology...

ff...Ted waite has a lot of problems, and has been focused on Flat panel and Plasma TV to reinvent his company...
By now he should have learned of the Apple experience which indicates that I-pod is the tail that is wagging the dog...
IMO, as the numbers come in, it won't be long before DMP is taken more seriously by WAITE, and more promotional money is earmarked for it...

talons...Your opinion about RP and FF is not supported by any facts as I have come to know about them. And the fact that you claim to be a "long term shareholder" does not mean squat.
After 4+ years of being invested in this company, IMO both of them are very interested, and keenly aware, of the interest of their shareholders...
They have guided this company through some very trying times, have kept the doors open, and have arrived at a point in time that company's technology is in high demand and is being used by the likes of SAMSUNG, HP, GATEWAY, TOSHIBA...
If you can't admit to these set of facts then you know nothing of the cut throat business world and are engaged in sloganeering, not to mention defamation, against these gentlemen...
Good luck to you...

Tenderloin...They are pretty good, IMO...
Remember, it has all to do with the Multi-codec capability of MOS...
If you follow the thread on the Samsung site, there are screens showing all of their products, including a version of JB which can also play pictures, has the same configuration as their latest JB...
So, if Samsung, as a "LICENSEE" of EDIG 0-1000 and IFE platforms concluded the markets were ready for multi codec devices, and chose to produce different units for different markets, they can utilize the licensed EDIG platforms in any combination they choose...
All they have to do call Digital Way and say build me 10,000 of such and such widgets...
Of course, the only thing we know (1) they have these products out, (2) they are licensee of EDIG, (3)they could not produce products before that were muli-codec capable, and (4) EDIG technology can do that...
Regards...Gilgamash...
sdr...Now, that is funny!...Lol...
"not everyone wants a device their dog can swallow"...
Besides, wasn't 0-1000's original HD 2.5"?...SAMSUNG could have just ordered DW to make them a clone of it, instead of the second generation 1.8" units...

ff...Here is my thoghts on synergy between new business and pps...I guess we disagree, tell me why?...Lol...
Here is what I think will happen...IMO...
1) I think we can be comfortable with the thought that the pps will be in the range of $.45-.62 for the near future...
2) Based on what we know, (the contracts with GW, IFE, Eclipse, HP), the snow ball has already started rolling down the hill and even without any NEW contracts signed with the 2 multi billion dollar OEMS the revenues of this company are climbing the upslope of the bell curve thus laying the basis for a rise of the pps.
3) Signed, sealed, delivered, and announced contracts with multi billion dollar OEMS, with potential revenues of several hundred thousand dollars to several million dollars will decidedly push the pps upward, and IMO beyond the $.62 cents.
You seem to think these contracts will not affect the pps...
My sense, from everything I have heard FRED say is that the signing of these contracts are ''Imminent'', and the company is ''Busting at the seams'' to announce them as soon as they are signed, and when they do we shall have a spike in the pps which will hold...
Here is hoping that I am right and you are wrong...Lol...
Regards...Gilgamash
You ask..."you think one could be with the military?"
Don't think so...Military in NOT a multibillion dollar OEM...

Fred...I boxed when I was in high school, 60 years ago. Got up to Golden Gloves championship and know all about "Jabbing"...
I take your post as a JAB...IMHO such discourse is not necessary any longer,. It looks, at long last, this company is about to implement its "promise" which we all perceived 4+years ago...
To continue trading it will soon become an obsolete option for most of the denizens of this Board, unless they have millions in capital...
So, as an "old timer" with a young mind and Heart I strongly advise that you and the rest of this board focus on increasing your holdings so you will not be left behind...

You are on MH; the first Quarter Edig reports $5 million revenue, (before you say anything, that Q should be the one ending June-September 04), and I will the bring a bottle of Don Julio Blanco Tequila...

murgirl...Fiorina should have added to her statement...
"But Ms. Fiorina said HP concluded, after studying avaiable options, that the design of Apple's iPod was the best around, so it made no sense to bring a competing device, (and spend 100 million dollars promoting it, when Jobs has already done that), to market at the moment."...

Stricket...
(1) The majority of the shares in this company are owned by select few and they can do whatever they think in their best interest...
(2) Then there are the rest of 55000 shareholders like you and I who hold a an inconsequential portion of the float.
(3) While this company is evolving and growing, the vision of EDIG held by the majority shareholders may be different than that of the minority. At times, however, both visions may coincide, and that is when the bottom line shows consistent growth in revenue.
(4) IMHO those who have "invested" in this company will have to wait for growth in revenue. And the rest can trade their hearts out during these ups-and-downs fueled by all the forces that we are aware of...IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT...
No one in Bad, or Mean Spirited, or what have you. They are all here to make a buck, and it comes down to a matter of style that they are comfortable with...

ff...chwder...and others...
Here you have a pure unadulterated "garbage" opinion with nothing "factual", that is aimed at promoting "trading" in EDIG...
So, why don't you abide by your stated guidelines and delete this post???...
At heart I am cheering jedigit and hope he drives the pps to 41 cents or below...I have some standby orders that need to be filled. But, I am asking you where are the facts in posts like this that back up the opinionated statements it throws at potential investors?...
Regards...Gilgamash...
cksla...Lol...Lol...I would say they are regrouping to come up
with a "That's All you got?" line that will be plausible...
Otherwise, they have nothing left except "Show me the money", to which there is the qick reponse of give me couple of quarters...Lol...

ff...Do you remember the dot that came out from CES 2000?...
The embedded kernel DOT?...
Well looky here:
(CES - Las Vegas, NV – January 8, 2004) – e.Digital Corporation (OTC: EDIG) today announced that it is developing digital music products utilizing Texas Instruments’ (TI) digital audio digital signal processors (DSP) and featuring the Cornice Storage Element. These digital audio products will be based on e.Digital’s MicroOS™ technology and proprietary hardware and firmware, Texas Instruments’ high performance, low power digital audio family of processors, and Cornice’s high-capacity, low-cost, Storage Element.
“TI and e.Digital are driving the proliferation of robust, feature rich, and cost effective digital music players based on e.Digital’s proprietary MicroOS and our DA family of processors,” noted Chris Schairbaum, business manager of the Portable Audio and Infotainment business unit at Texas Instruments....
I know you would like to hear the jingle of coins falling in EDIG coffers, but anyone who claims that this is "reaching for the straw" have their head in the sand...

O.K. moxa...Here we go...
You want to buy a radio for your old toyota...You go to your local car audio store...Look up at several brands, Alpine, JVC, Eclipse, etc...
You choose Model 8503 by Eclipse because it has all the bells and whistles, including HD-1213. The main reason was that in addition to everything else it had SIRUS as an added feature.
That made it the "BEST", AND YOU ALWAYS WANT THE BEST DON'T YOU?...
That is how the PR re SIRUS is "related to us"
And moxa, go back and re listen to last CC and you will see that Edig work during the past year with ECLIPSE was to make many of Eclipse units work with EDIG and not only "One" as you say...
Regards...Gilgamash...
Blackdog...I am surprised at your comment!!?...
You have been around for a long time. By now you must have it figured out that SHCUB and TDCM and NITE, etc. are not the "Investors" ,as you put it, in this stock... They manipulate the pps with a sale or buy of 200 shares to drive their trade in the stock...That is how they make money...
Face it, you will be dealing the same scenario no matter what unless and until the stock is off OTCBB and on NAS...And, that is not happening till we see bottom lines of $5 million, or more for few quarters...
Regards...Gilgamash...
ff...At times, you sound like a genuine moderator who is looking with a jaundiced eye on everything relating to EDIG. And that is good so long as you encourage enlightenment through directing the discussion toward expanding our knowledge of facts relating to EDIG...
That attitude is to be commended and is a far cry from arrogant approaches taken by other moderators here who claim this is their Board and will do as they please scuttling discussion if it does not meet their agendas...
You say, The only factual things we have to discuss are the prs, the sec filings, the products actually out there and the troubled past. Now how 'bout another pr?...
I ask you then, what do think about the PR just posted about SIRUS and ECLIPSE?...
Don't you think that it puts the Eclipse PR of yesterday, which was mostly pooh poohd(sp) hereabouts in a much different light? Or, are you going to delete this post because it is dot connecting?...
A good and mature moderator encourages discourse instead of stifling it with their "This is my Board, and not yours" attitude...
