Is adv-dec confirming this up move? Or I am not seeing it correctly?
Also, I think NetN had a very large short position. So adding calls will hedge his position, or become neutral, as he likes. Just my $0.02.
Look at the 4-hr chart. Does the last 2-3 days look like a bear flag to you?
Looks like paused at upper rail resistance line drawn from the tops of the past 4-5 days, so far.
Bounced at VAL, higher low than yesterdays low so far. Fake-out 4?
Looks like still holding the channel so far this AM.
Maybe buyers waiting at VAH, which would be close to closing the gap.
3rd time into value area. Still trading within downward trend. Put ratio has been over 1 most of the morning.
Looks like rejection of VAL so far this morning, just before open.
Looks like a revisit of the former downward range that was left on FED day, which looks like correlates to your 2828 level.
I got fortunate with a $283.50 put that I held from yesterday.
I like to sell during the move, into the power. I seem to usually capture around 20%, don't like holding longer, been burned too many times holding and waiting.
Back into value area.
Adv-Dec fizzling out all morning thus far. Gap fill?
Put ratio fired up over 1.00
Read my post 23302, see my screen shot of the convertible notes, which were included in the PPM that around 20-30 investors bought into.
These are convertible into Class A voting shares. These have never been dispersed by the company. With this, how could any decisions by made without the approval of those with voting share rights?
This shell has only ever been to scam, Bruce Pollock and Craig Huffman. Their supposed attempt to build a gasification facility in Canada was never actually followed through on. Once these PPM investors started following up on the progress, we learned that GESI was not really making any attempts for a legitimate project. The sole efforts was to publish PR's and unload shares.
The PPM investors unwittingly tried to defend the company on Ihub because we all believe the efforts to be legit. I reported all of this to the Texas Securities Commission and I know they had people looking into it. I spoke with the main agent every so often to follow up.
Big move premarket.
Looks like opening smack dab in value area.
Hugging VAH premarket.
value area rejected.
Value are rejected again. Lower prices.
Return to value.
Trying to get back into value area. Rejected twice so far.
Looks below VAL. I am looking to see a run at VAL. Will see if rejected, or can re-enter value area.
Puts skyrocketed.
Yes, here is a screen shot of the note signed by Gordon.
Here is some more detail of the convertible note, "Note into fully paid and non-assessable Class A voting no par value common shares".
These have never been paid, or dispersed by the Company. So I ask, if this note has voting rights, who truly owns the shell?
Wow, down big time. Below VAL.
Put ratio rushing up. Defend the open. Still in value.
Does it look like a bear flag on the 1 hour chart?
I think it's close to that. I watch the SPY, I have 272.40-ish for VAL.
I'm thinking the same as you. We're opening lower, so perhaps inventory adjustment, or short cover...
Looking pretty far below VAL this morning.
Ping-ponged between VAH to VAL this morning.
In value area toward VAL. Watching to see if we get more balancing today.
Is the 5th over?
Push to above VAH premarket, back to value area.
Under VAH. Do you think chop day?
First move up. You think it retraces?
Looks like stepping down to VAH.
Currently above VAH. Put ratio was above 1 most of the day yesterday.
