Wickenburg Mine : 0.00235 oz/ton or less
That's a good estimate imo.
See:

Highest Gold Content at the Wickenburg Mine : 0.00235 oz/ton
At $1,000 oz for gold. That’s $2.35 of gold per a ton of raw earth.
They did 3 tons that day – So 3 x $2.35 = $7.05 for a day of hard labor for 5 people! ($1.41/each)
If they go into full production at 200 tons/day – that’s a whopping $470/day!
There is gold all over the Wickenburg area - But not in any significant concentrations to make it profitable.
CONCLUSION: WICKENBURG IS NOT A PROFITABLE MINE!

Larry Wilcox Emails
I sent Wilcox an email yesterday, concerning the Florin assay. I asked one simple question:
”Is this 7.06 oz per ton of "gold concentrate" or per ton of "gold ore"?”
Here is the EXACT email correspondence. (Truly, UC HUB is NOT a “fully transparent company”.)

Hello,
I was hoping you could answer a question on one of your assay reports.
Florin did a fire assay on the gold concentrate for UC HUB. The assay results were published in this press release: http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Uc-Hub-Inc-947925.html .
The highest gold result was 7.06 oz/ton.
My question is:
Is this 7.06 oz per ton of "gold concentrate" or per ton of "gold ore"?
Thank you for your time.

Mr. Wilcox,
I asked a simple and direct question concerning your published gold assay:
"Is this 7.06 oz per ton of "gold concentrate" or per ton of "gold ore?"
I'm not quite sure why you sent me an 877 worded "Dear Shareholder Letter" that does not answer this question.
My question is still waiting a simple response from you.
(Simply respond "per ton of gold concentrate" or "per ton of gold ore")
Thank you.

Mr. Wilcox,
I have respectfully sent you multiple emails asking a simple question concerning your published gold assay.
"Is this 7.06 oz per ton of "gold concentrate" or per ton of "gold ore"? "
Your first response is an 877 worded "Dear Shareholder Letter" that does not answer my question and your current response is "What is your phone number?"
Is this how a "Transparent" UC HUB operates?
My question still stands without a proper response from you.

Detailed Employment and Work History
Current Position: Intellect, Inc., Dallas, Texas, CEO/CIO, (July 1981 - CURRENT)
Report to Board of Directors: Mr. Steven Cohen, Chairman
Since beginning under my direction in July 1981, Intellect Inc., (avg. staffing level 40 professionals) attained a strong reputation and successful track record in advanced technology development projects. National/International work focuses on planning, development and implementation of live hardware/software information tracking networks. Specific projects completed by my staff and I include the following:
(Current Projects):
(2005-Current): Patient and Facilities Monitoring System For IntelleCare, Inc.
(Project halted due to lack of funding)
I led a team of twelve programmers and design personnel in a multi-year effort to design and program a comprehensive hospital and large medical facility tracking, monitoring and clinical data collection system. The system work was halted due to lack of funding in March of 2008. The system was originally written in Delphi and Delphi assembler language and is being converted to Visual Studio.NET using C# and VB. The system includes both specialized hardware and software interfaces. A range of wireless devices and software was programmed including cellular phone (IVR) interface and document/image scanner interfaces. The activities and movement of patients and personnel are tracked live, by wireless entrance and exit tracking sentinels. An HL7 interface was designed and was partially programmed as of this date.
Additionally, I designed and programmed a large part of an image and clinical data management system for the client, which accumulated multimedia data directly from modalities such as MRI, and made that data part of a central repository called the SoftPACS™ network using a MS SQL Server database and C++ platform. Subject to security provisions, medical personnel, administration, physicians, staff and patients could gain access to parts of the data via a special downloadable software program available over a secured Web based network interface developed by myself.
(2002-2006) Individual Health Monitoring and Screening System for IntelleCare, Inc.)
(Project Dates Overlap with Previous Project)
I designed a complex system and managed a team of 7 programmers implementing a medical self testing solution for families and individuals that promotes preventative health and early detection of major illnesses such as cancer. The system includes a set of user software programs collectively called the Family Health Desktop which facilitates recording, analysis and sharing of health test results and conditions. A cellular phone interface was also implemented with Dialogic and Asterisk featuring voice based data entry. The software interfaces with a set of Intellect developed self testing kits which analyze hair, saliva, blood and urine for signs of major illness. I programmed the system in Delphi and Borland C++ using various relational database management systems including Interbase, MySQL and MS SQL Server. It is scheduled to be converted to Visual Studio .NET.
(1998-2002) National health Repository, Partnership with Pacific Bell
I was responsible for negotiation of a long-term joint development/marketing contract with Pacific Bell to design and program a live U.S. health data repository for secure accumulation of health related test results, clinical multimedia, statistics and similar data. I assumed full management responsibility for the project handling a $7,000,000 budget and programmed much of the system personally in Delphi and C++. The project was staffed with approximately 15 full time developers. Programming and testing was completed successfully in late 2002, but the product has not been marketed due to funding limitations and the acquisition of Pacific Bell by AT&T. The system was developed on the Pacific Bell backbone and contained both Web based and traditional software programs. Parts of the system were written in Microsoft C++ using Oracle database management. Most Web work was done with Dream Weaver. A peer-to-peer (P2P) interface was implemented with Delphi and a cellular phone interface was implemented using Pacific Bell proprietary IVR software and hardware. The project was tracked using Pacific Bell project management software and Microsoft Project.
(1993-1998) VisionQuest® Secured Online Meeting System (VSOM)
In 1993, I successfully negotiated the purchase of a patented Microsoft DOS and Mainframe based software/hardware system and customer base facilitating secured remote online meeting and distance training. The assets were purchased from a venture capital company. I acquired approximately 20 software developers, management and sales personnel. During the next 5 years, we reengineered the system, converting it to a Microsoft Windows Platform using C++ and Informix, and released new versions. I successfully reactivated a large customer base with the new software, filed a patent, and attained over $3,000,000 in recurring revenue from major teaching universities and hotel chains. The system used an in-house developed secured TCP/IP transport system. Over 1,000 customers used the system, which was eventually sold to IBM/Ventana at a substantial profit.
(1987-1992) Key-to-Disk Hardware and Software System for Centrex International and memorex/Telex
I successfully negotiated the acquisition of a division of Memorex known as the “GCS” division that was involved with the total engineering/support of a special purpose mini-computer, operating system, a computer language and applications software for high-volume financial transaction capture and management, disaster recovery and claims processing. The acquisition also included all patents, several hundred customers in the United States and abroad and approximately 12 warehouse/office locations. Over a 6 year period, I managed the division and all technical aspects with approximately 45 full time personnel and 40 outsourced consultants in the U.S. and overseas. We vastly improved the system by adding a PC and improved IBM mainframe interface, new hardware circuits and eventually a Windows interface. We responded to software modification contracts and conversions of many customers. Revenue from software modifications and customer support alone exceeded $2,500,000 annually. I personally managed, designed and programmed many systems and also developed a comprehensive IBM mainframe VSAM interface using COBOL, ALC and CICS. Customers included Aetna, Travelers Insurance, Sanwa banks, the FBI, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Lockheed Aircraft, Grumman, the English stock exchange, the States of Colorado and Connecticut, PEMEX, Warner Lambert and many others.
(1988-1993) Key Medical Examiners Laboratory Information System (LIMS), Tarrant County, Texas
(Project Dates Overlap with Previous Project)
After winning a competitive bid for the development and implementation of a secured crime lab system over a 5 year implementation timetable, I designed and began programming the system using Microsoft C++, Assembler language and IBM ES9000 mainframe interface. The system interfaced directly with forensic equipment such as electron microscopes, DNA analysis systems, spectrometers and toxicology systems. A staff of 7 developers was involved and EDS was designated as the project manager. The system was partially completed when sold to an EDS affiliate who assumed responsibility to complete the project.
(1981-1988) Various Projects completed as summarized below
Prior to the design and programming of the crime lab system, I was involved in the design and programming of several different systems.
These include: a secured medical multi-media (FedEx like) service for shipping of medical information, the development of a smart card reader interface for personnel tracking, a voice identification system, and various business systems using Microsoft C/C++, Borland Delphi, Assembler language and both relational and non-relational data base solutions.

Edification on “PROFIT”
Lesson #1
A paper profit is an unrealized gain on a security or asset.
For example, suppose 10 shares of Acme stock are bought at $8 and two months later the stock is selling at $12.
The paper profit is (10x12)-(10x8), or $40.
If the stock was sold, the paper profit would become a realized profit.
A paper profit is just that – a profit on paper only – and should never be confused with a tangible gain.
Lesson #2
If you have not sold your shares – you have NO Tangible Gain – NO PROFIT.
Lesson #3
In November 2008 TSHL (Tri-Star Holdings/Lyfetec) had issued RESTRICTED STOCK DIVIDENDS.
These dividends are simply More TSHL Stock – Not Cash.
Because they are restricted, you can not sell them. In this case you CAN NOT SELL/TRADE THEM UNTIL NOV 2009.
Remembering Lesson #2 – No Selling of Shares = NO PROFIT.
Lesson #4
To all those counting on receiving UCHB shares because they own TSHL:
- You have not received these shares yet from Mellone.
- Good Luck (but it may happen – who knows)
These UCHB shares will, once again, be RESTRICTED.
You can Not Sell/Trade these Restricted UCHB Shares for 6 Months.
If you received these Restricted UCHB Shares today (Feb 2009) – You CAN NOT SELL/TRADE THEM UNIL AUG 2009.
Remembering Lesson #2 – No Selling of Shares = NO PROFIT.
Summary:
If you currently own TSHL (currently trading at 0.0001) – I’m sorry.
The TSHL Restricted Dividend can not be turned into a profit until Nov 2009. (By then tshl may be gone, reverse split, or still at 0.0001.)
Do not assume you will be getting your UCHB Restricted Shares. The simple fact is you don’t have them.
If you ever do receive the UCHB Restricted Shares – they can not be turned into a profit utill 6 months after you received them.
The current price of UCHB has no bearing on the profit you may make in 6+ months when you sell your restricted shares of UCHB.
TSHL SHARES = 0.0001 (NO PROFIT)
RESTRICTED TSHL SHARES = Can Not Sell (NO PROFIT)
RESTRICTED UCHB SHARES = Don’t Have Them & Couldn’t Sell Them (NO PROFIT)
“My bank acct is looking very nice” – BS!
tx – You always fall back to that same old crap “I never sold my shares of TSHL” or “my bank acct is looking very nice”.
Who the Heck Cares?
TSHL is at 0.0001 or 0.0002 a share. – It’s a LOOZER! And you know it!
And your bank account has NOTHING to do with this!
Banks Accounts have cash – TSHL & UCHB have not given you any CASH dividends.
And owning 16 Million shares of TSHL is NOT CASH IS THE BANK!
Why Not Argue with Facts – Like I did –
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=35666624
Or tell me why my facts are wrong- referencing your facts.
Saying “I never sold my shares of TSHL” or “my bank acct is looking very nice” just isn’t going to cut it anymore.
Of Course Wilcox Says That Now!
Because we caught him in an Obvious Misleading Lie!
Can you show me where it says “oz of gold per ton of CONCENTRATE
in this Wilcox Assay Report?
www.uchub.net/Assay_020609.pdf
That’s Right – You Can’t!
Truly Trying to Mislead Investors
Relax and let them have a chance?
"Relax and let them have a chance." - WHAT?
Give me a Break!
Should we wait & give them a chance just like we did with Mellone & TSHL?
(How did that “Gold Production Soon” SCAM go?)
For gosh sakes - These are the SAME MINES THAT MELLONE SCAMMED US WITH!
When will you people learn !
“felons, their families” – What the Heck?
tx - Have you read that NUTTY Letter to Shareholders that you reference?
Here are some EXACT quotes from Wilcox:
“Wallowing in any other exchange other than facts is indicative of the source of such speculation and perhaps representative of defamation for their indulgent and parasitic reasons.”
“Obviously rumor mongers, felons, their families and veiled affiliates are not reliable sources.”
“Simply stated for the creative fiction writer, the rumor monger, the felon family, and the logical minds”
I’m not going to say Wilcox sounds like a Nut Job – Because I don’t have to!
FYI - Wilcox's letter said Nothing like what tx posted "The company news to shareholders says there was not any complex twisting of samples sent to the assay labs" - FALSE!
UCHB is Ridiculous - My Analysis Stands!
Okay tx let’s review your post----
"Your analysis is ridiculous."
Sorry, my analysis is spot on!
And you know it!
"You quote from the press release and then add your own words in parenthesis in order to help the "interpretation", and turn it into a lie."
I most certainly did not. Please cite an example if you can. You can’t!
"You say...
“take 3 tons of raw materials (1 yd bucket three times) from two distinct locations and reduce it to very detailed concentrates" "
NO, I did not say that -LARRY WILCOX SAID THAT! – Your leader Larry Wilcox wrote that in his own “Green Mill Mining Report”: http://www.uchub.net/Green%20Mill%20Mining%20Overview.pdf
(Look up the EXACT quote – it’s right there on page 5.)
"Where did you get the idea of a 1 yd bucket?
Buckets are not a yard of earth?"
Again, Larry Wilcox (your impeccable leader) made that statement on page 5 in http://www.uchub.net/Green%20Mill%20Mining%20Overview.pdf .
If you have a problem with that, let him know at lwilcox@uchub.net.
"You added your comments about three times, but that is just your slanted idea. That is not what it says."
I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to say. But this is not a “slanted idea”. You’ve been asking for proof that this thing is smells like a SCAM – Well here it is – And it STINKS – Doesn’t it ?
"Your figures do not add up and you cannot make buckets into yards."
My figures add up just fine – and that’s what scares you!
Again your fixation on this “buckets into yards” thing was a direct quote from Larry Wilcox on page 5 of http://www.uchub.net/Green%20Mill%20Mining%20Overview.pdf .
Are you concerned that the CEO of Gold Mining Company (Larry Wilcox) doesn’t know this “buckets into yards” thing?
I stand behind my statement:
CONCLUSION: WICKENBURG IS NOT A PROFITABLE MINE!
P.S. I did make ONE mistake in my earlier post (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=35666624)
Apparently there were 6 workers there at Wickenburg collecting the samples. I said that there were 5.
“$7.05 for a day of hard labor for 5 people! ($1.41/each)”
It should have been:
“$7.05 for a day of hard labor for 6 people! ($1.18/each) - I stand corrected.
This is FRAUD!
The following statement is a COMPLETE LIE and clearly meant to lure investors.
“gold exists on the Wickenburg Property and the range of gold in a particular zone is from 2.06 oz/ton to 7.06 oz/ton.”
Taken from UC Hub’s own Press Release: http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Uc-Hub-Inc-947925.html
This statement is blatant lie.
Here is the truth.
NUMBER ONE
The analysis was done on “concentrate material” NOT raw earth.
Look at Wilox’s own report that describes how they “concentrated the samples.
See: http://www.uchub.net/Green%20Mill%20Mining%20Overview.pdf
Wilsox collected “approximately” 3 tons of raw earth from two selected sights. This raw earth was processed, concentrated and refined between 9 and 12 times to produce a concentrated sample for each site.”
The two concentrated were dried and sent to the assay. By looking at the pictures in http://www.uchub.net/Green%20Mill%20Mining%20Overview.pdf (3rd & 4th from the bottom) a reasonable guess would be that it weighed in at about 2 pound per sample.
(Making this value greater really makes no difference in my final conclusion.)
Here are pictures of the samples:
Here are quotes from Wilox’s own report that describes how they “concentrated” the samples.
See: http://www.uchub.net/Green%20Mill%20Mining%20Overview.pdf
“take 3 tons of raw materials (1 yd bucket three times) from two distinct locations and reduce it to very detailed concentrates
“process the three original tons of raw dirt through the high banker and the high pressure water system”
“It took us at least one full day to process 3 tons”
“Once we had acquired the first phase of a concentrate we would further break it down with more exact processing to a more concentrated sample.”
“in the end we had completed no less than 9-12 processes to get a sample concentrate.”
“We then reviewed some of the placer gold we found in the concentrates and black sands with a microscope and dried the samples for delivery to a combination of different and unique assay facilities.”
“On January 18, 2009 around noon we had collected very concentrated samples from GPS area #1 and GPS area #2.”
NUMBER TWO
The gold results of 7.06 oz/ton and 1.156 oz/ton are JUST A PLAIN LIE
The high gold result was 7.06 oz/ton and the low was 1.156 oz/ton - as stated in the second assay report. ( http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Uc-Hub-Inc-947925.html))
7.06 oz/ton is FALSE
1.156 is FALSE
When results are given in “oz/ton” the reference “ton” SHOULD refer to the raw earth. (But it doesn't!)
Here they are referring to the 2 pounds of a concentrated sample. This concentrated gold sample should be Raw Earth – The material the bulldozer picks up – Not this overly processed/refined material
Let’s look at the highest value – 7.06 oz/ton.
2 lbs of CONCENTRATE with 7.06 ounces per ton. That means each ton of CONCENTRATE contains 7.06 ounces of gold.
2 pounds is 1/1000 of a ton (ton=2,000 pounds) or 0.001 of a ton.
7.06 * 0.001 = 0.00706 oz/ton
But remember it took them 3 ton to get this concentrated sample. So we must divide by 3.
0.00706/3 = 0.00235 oz/ton
TRUTH
Wilsox’s Press Releases are at Best - Misleading
Thermo you said: “They didn't tout the results or make any claims as to the total volume of gold that may be present”
But Wilcox DID tout the results and make claims as to the total amount of gold that may be present.
Quotes from Wilcox’s Press Release
“The higher gold result was 7.060 oz/ton and the low was 1.156 oz/ton”
“The Arizona Assay results re-confirmed Gold again, with a 2.06 oz/ton.”
Taken from :http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Uc-Hub-Inc-947925.html
Wilcox certainly is “touting” the results when he says the Wickenburg mine has over 7 oz/ton of gold. Especially when the average gold mine has well under 1 oz/ton.
Wilcox certainly is “making a claim as to the total volume of gold that may be present” when he says 7 oz/ TON.
In addition, these results were done from material that had been processed at least 9 times to produce a gold concentrate.
There is no way to relate the results back to tonnage of gold ore (the material the bulldozer picks up).
The gold concentrate may have 7 oz/ton of gold – But the gold ore (the material the bulldozer picks up) has a gold content FAR FAR LESS.
Truly Wilcox’s Press Release is False and Misleading to many investors.
I have sent emails to Larry Wilcox (lwilcox@uchub.net )
And to his geologist Donald G. Strachan (dgstrachan@yahoo.com, donald@geostrachan.com ), and to the assay company Florin Analytical Services (fas@florinanalytical.com ) . I have asked them to explain this.
I will post their replies when & if I receive them.
Questions on the Assay Results.
I have some questions on the second assay report:
The PR says:
“Two separate chemists and labs have now confirmed that gold exists on the Wickenburg Property and the range of gold in a particular zone is from 2.06 oz/ton to 7.06 oz/ton.”
I see where Wilcox got the 7.06 oz/ton for the high value – but why is he using the 2.06 oz/ton?
Shouldn’t he use the 1.156 oz/ton. – That is really the lowest value for site #1.
(The 2.06 value was from Jacobs’ fire assay.)
